I use all of hylands products! I love the arnica and any time someone is hurt I give it to them. I also love the fact that it is safer than name brand products you see in the store. About four years ago my daughter fell and hit a sprinkler so hard that it snapped in half. My parents were going to give her tylenol and I said NO!! The bruise was about four inches all the way around. I had my mom give her arnica tablets three times a day and then apply arnica cream to the bruise in the morning and then again at night. Within three days the bruise went down to the size of a quarter and in another day it way gone! Now my parents use arnica all the time. When my dad had surgery I made him start taking it as soon as he got home and he healed faster. The Dr.s were amazed!

I am the picture of health - I make very good choices when eating, I am athletic and slender. My doctor did an annual CBC plus cholesterol as I was approaching 40 years old. He called the following day to tell me I was anemic and I had high cholesterol. He suggested taking a daily vitamin and omega 3s.

I immediately went to the pharmacy and asked which one the pharmacist recommended. She said Nature's Plus Source of Life Vitamins. I have never cared for taking any type of supplements so it was a big decision. She also recommended I pick up some Nature's - Flax Seed Oil. I do not particularly care for the fish "burp" that comes with fish oil.

I have been on these products for a1.5 years and I have never felt better. My cholesterol is under control as I was already on a low-fat diet. My cholesterol was due to genetics and the flax seed oil helped like nothing else. Most importantly, the vitamins gave me energy like I had not had in some time. Target's Womens Prenatal Vitamins are excellent. They are very inexpensive for a huge bottle. I wish I had found them sooner. I had been trying different samples from my ob and then getting prescriptions for prenatals filled every month which was taking my time up and it was expensive. Someone told me about Target's brand and I tried them because the ones they were prescribing me changed somehow. Many of the other kinds messed up my system, but the Target brand prenatlas were easy on my stomach and my entire digestive system. They are easy to swallow, small and don't have a bad taste to them. I also took them while I was nursing, and little when I stopped. I have yet to find regular women's vitamins that compare to those prenatals. The big bottle saved me time by not having to go, drop off a prescription, wait to have it filled each month, and it saved me lost of money as I just paid for one bottle instead of a small one each month. When my midwife told me I needed to start taking a fish oil I went to my local vitamin shop armed with a list of product suggestions she gave me and did a taste test of different fish oils. The first thing that I realized was that taking actual oil while pregnant was not going to happen for me. I don't mind fish oil by itself when not pregnant, but the slimy aftertaste of the oil just didn't work for me in my more sensitive state.

I found that having an orange flavored oil in capsule form was the best plan because there will be the inevitable 'burping up' later, and now that I am further along in my pregnancy this is occurring more and more often. I am very grateful that the taste I'm repeating is orange, rather than fish.

I take five capsules a day in the morning and always feel so proud of myself for improving not only my own health but the health of my unborn daughter. Fish oils are known for their cardiovascular and joint benefiting properties as well as for their help in creating...

I went to the doctor a few weeks ago for a cold. I expected my doctor to reccomend some medicine for me to take, but she didn't. Intead she told me to buy some ginger, lemon, and honey and make a tea with it. I was amazed that she was giving me an idea of something natural to try ond not medicine.

I went to my local health food store and bought ginger and lemon. I already had honey at home.

I got home and peeled the ginger and cut the lemon. I put water in my tea kettle and the I added the honey Ginger, and the lemon. I let it steep in there until the kettle whisteld. I poured in my cup and let it sit for a minute because it was super hot. When it was ready, I tried it. It tasted real good and was soothing. Ginger is good for upset stomaches as well, but the tea helped me feel better while I was sick with a cold. I drank it twice a day for the next couple days and it helped a lot. I even drink gingerale when I have an upset stomache.

I LOVE Viactiv calcium chews! Since I was younger, I've absolutely hated taking any kind of vitamin. I thought that vitamins only came in pill form, and that they were disgusting. My mom was always trying to get me to take different kinds, but they ones she always got me were huge and smelled awful - they made me gag! Ever since I've stumbled upon Viactiv, it's like a gold mine! I am not a milk drinker, so it's really hard to get my daily recommended dose of calcium. I was always worried that my bones would turn out brittle and I would be feeble because of it! These chews are amazing. They taste just like chocolate, and I can't taste any kind of vitamin at all. I feel like I'm eating candy instead of taking my vitamins. I'm also looking into taking the multivitamin form as well, because I need help with getting my other daily recommended doses of other vitamins. I would definitely recommend Viactiv to anyone who asked me about them, because they're great!

If you can't afford anything better, this will suffice, but unless you know where the source of the fish they are extracting the omegas from...well, it doesn't do you any good. It's best to ingest omega's that are free of heavy metals and thorough screened. Also, this product does not contain the gamut of all the omega's - 3, 5, 6,7 and 9. Having a comprehensive compound will give you better benefits including better absorption by the system. If you can't afford anything else, this will give you minimal benefits, but at least it's something and something is always better than nothing in terms of improving your health, but in my opinion, you will not get the same bang for your buck! You get what you pay for when it comes to what you put in your mouth and what you feed your body to keep yourself in optimal health!

I signed up to receive this product on a free trial over the internet. The trial was for fourteen days. When I called to cancel the free trial I was talked into trying it free for another thirty days. When I called back to ancel they told m I went over the cancelation date and they charged me sixty dollars for the product plus they charged me for some membership program that they claimed went along with the product. That cost me anothjer twentyfive dollars. The product never did what it claimed to do. It gave me a little energy but did not help me loose any weight and it is suppose to be an anti aging fighter I did not notice anything as far as that went. I would not recommend getting this product there are much better things on the market for a lt cheaper.I found the customer service to not be very friendly nor did they care about what I was trying to tell them. They knew there product was a scam.

I wanted an easy to use and easy to swollow product for me, and this is why I bought and am a continued user of Nature's Bounty Fish Oil. The pills are small, are a nice color and have no taste at all, what-so-ever. The bottle clearly advertizes "No Fish Burbs" and it is true so if this is a concern for you it dose not have to be anymore. I have been using this Nature's Made product for over a year now and have never had any adverse side-effects or any negative experiences and becasue of this I highly recommend this product. The only downside is that it does lack some Omega 9 in the pill and does recommend you take about 4 a day I beleive but the omega 3's and omega 6's included in the pill (which are great for the bodes HDL levels and brain function) are present in reasonable amounts and each pill is low in calories (about 10 per serving). The bottle is also very conveinent; the top is an easy open flip up which is very easy to open, which is great for those with arthitus or...

Even though I think hte pills are kind of big, they easily go through my throat with a large, cold glass of water. THe pills are tasteless, so they are good, as long as you don't pop the capsule.

Their vitamins are good, but they won't accept Paypal for payment. Few businesses these days don't take Paypal for payment. I simply refuse to give out my c/c, check account, or any personal information online anymore. Paypal is great because it gives immediate payment to the merchant, and gives them none of my personal information. It is a win-win all around. Puritan's Pride lost the sale to me because of this. I will only order from a company that accepts Paypal. Puritan's Pride's products are good, but their business sense is bad.

In an attempt to get more fiber into my diet, I originally bought fiber powder that you add to a beverage. The texture was more than I can handle, so I went to my local, natural market, Henry's Farmers Market to check out their fiber capsules. I ended up buying Yerba Prima Daily Fiber Caps because they are all natural and contain several types of fiber, not just psyllium husk seed like most brands have.

What I don't like about Yerba Prima Daily Fiber Caps is that they recommend you take four capsules, one to three times a day. That might not sound too bad, but when you factor in there is only 2 grams of fiber per serving, you would only get six grams of fiber per day if you took all three servings! That's ridiculous because the daily recommended amount of fiber is 25-35 grams.

Ingredients: psyllium seed husks, acacia gum, soy fiber, oat bran, apple pectin extract, USP Kosher gelatin capsule.

A bottle contains 180 capsules and costs around $11.00. If you took all three servings...

I would like to consider myself a healthy individual. I eat a healthy and balanced diet, including juicing and exercise. I am 5' 8" 125 pds. I am a participant of many pageants and have held many titles. My figure is important in this venture alone.

I have never been regular. I have tried Activia in the past and it seemed to help. When I heard of Pearls I did some research and checked websites and blogs to see what others had experienced using this product. Cost being higher than expected, I was not put off, as I am willing to do anything that might benefit my health. It has been two weeks and I am not regular. I've found that any of the Disney brand gummy vitamins have been very satisfying for my kids (I snuck one the other day and it was good- tasted like a gummy bear- no wonder she wants them like candy :)

There's usually 60 to a container- they're pleasing to the eye in bright, fun colors and in kids' favorite movie characters. My daughter has taken the CARS ones and looked forward to mornings just to take her vitamins- didn't think I'd ever see that! She's currently on the "Finding Nemo" gummies (these ones are coated in a light sugar), but there's many varieties out there like "Winnie the Pooh", the "Princesses", "Hanna Montana" ... I'm about to introduce the gummies to my 2 year old as well, since he's at that age where he's starting to get sick.
