I have very dry eyes and have tried all their formulations. The Genteal Gel Drops for Moderate/Severe dry eyes has been my favorite. While it says Gel Drops it is a regular drop, but it is slightly thicker than the average eye drop. This keeps the lubricant in the eye for a longer period of time. There is slight blurring of vision immediately upon putting the drop in the eye, but this clears quickly. The soothing comfort lasts for a number of hours. Additionally, these products have a component that becomes preservative free once it is in the eye, sparing your eye from harmful preservatives that are in so many eye drop products. I have tried other products such as Refresh, Systane, and Viva, so far GenTeal has been the best for my eyes.
