I started Weight Watchers online 2 months ago. I did the online because I do NOT want to go to meetings! Also I really don't think I would fit in at meetings, since I just wanted to loose 12 pounds. The plan is easy to follow. I log in and record what I eat as soon as I eat it. If I don't log in as soon as I eat then I seem to forget some things I eat! The points provide me with all I need to eat. I don't like the forums, the format is just not easy to follow. Also I find more recipes at recipezarr than I do at the Weighwatcher site. It is worth $16 a month to keep doing well. I have lost 2 pounds a week since I started.

As one who has had her share of migraines for 15 years I have tried every kind of over the counter relief, and when all is said and done, what seems to work best is Excedrin, hands down. If I take Excedrin Migraine at the first sign of an episode before the pain really gets a firm hold, it reverses the progression within a half hour and even prevents the waves of nausea that accompany the headache. Ibuprofin, on the other hand, still leaves me with a shadow of a headache for as long as the dose lasts and the queasiness also lingers. Acetaminophen is worthless. Looking at the ingredients I can't see where there is any difference between Excedrin Migraine and Excedrin Extra Strength except for different package colors and a special migraine-related warning on the Excedrin MIgraine version. Before they came out with the Migraine version I used Extra-Strength Excedrin with the same results. When I go to the drugstore however, I end up buying the Migraine labelled box anyway. I'm in my mid-forties and very active. I find myself bothered by minor muscle aches and pains more than in the past, but by using Advil as both a preventive and pain reliever works great to prevent pain and allow me to be as active as I want. I take a couple before a long hike or hard workout and then again after. If it's a long hike (6 hours or more) I even take a couple in the middle. It keeps my muscles from getting tight and inflamed and allows me to go further without getting achy. Unlike Tylenol, I don't have to worry about overdosing on Advil and damaging my liver. Best of all, I feel Advil makes me younger than I actually am!

(Also works great at preventing or minimizing menstrual cramps when I start taking it a couple days before my period.)

Dr. Scholl's For Her Ball of Foot Cushions got me excited because my right foot was giving me a lot of pain.

It states on the packaging the "immediate massaging gel comfort for the ball of your foot. Because feel the burn wasn't meant to describe the ball of your foot."

I immediately tried them in my slippers. I placed them as directed. When I slid my foot in, and the gel cushion scrunched up. I had to hold it down to get my foot in.

Next I put it in my shoes, and again it moved instead of staying in place.

When I finally had the gel cushion in the correct place, it did help to stop the burn on the ball of my foot, and also helped the pain in my toes.

I have been using these now for around a month, and still get frustrated when they don't stay in place, and roll up, when I put my foot in my shoe.

As Dr. Scholl's has a guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with the product to mail back the receipt and the UPC code, I think I just might do this. After all I purchased...

Dr.Scholl's For Her Corn Cushions come in a pretty pink box. There are 6 corn cushions in the box. Remove the box from the outer packaging, and then lift at the front of the box to open.

The cushions are on backing paper, and come three to a sheet.

After washing your foot, lift up one of the paper tabs on the sheet, and the corn cushion will come off too. Apply it over the corn, press it down, and then just lift off the paper. The corn cushion is the same color as flesh so it hardly notices on your toes.

The nice thing is that it is completely smooth so you don't have a problem when wearing panty hose or knee highs. It stays in place and is waterproof.

It stays on my toe and won't move. It doesn't tell you how long to wear it, so I normally take it off after 3 days and apply a new one. The easiest way is for me to go swimming and then it pretty much rolls off of my toe, with a little effort on my part. I still swim the other days and don't touch it, and it stays put.

How many of you can say you are busy? If there is anyone here who can say you are not busy, please let me know how you do it. I thought that if I had no stomach craps after taking the tremendous quantity of this laxative that my preparation for the procedure required that it might be a very good laxative. As a diabetic I have to take enough unpleasant medicine. I'm glad to find something that doesn't involve unpleasant swallowing. These are pleasantly flavored little cubes that can be chewed. I have tried vanilla and wild cherry and like both. I prefer the vanilla, but the cherry tastes a little like bubble gum and is also very good. They relieve heartburn and acid indigestion quickly and pleasantly. Each one contains 470 mg. calcium, and I know that is something my senior citizen bones require. They are just effective for my upset stomach as the unpleasant tasting liquids and pills that I had been taking for this problem. They're light weight and take up little room in my pockets. I carry them with me everywhere and keep an extra pack in my car and at the office. I took the pill form of Rolaids for my acid indigestion until I found these, and they are an effective substiute that is much more pleasant to consume.

I use all of hylands products! I love the arnica and any time someone is hurt I give it to them. I also love the fact that it is safer than name brand products you see in the store. About four years ago my daughter fell and hit a sprinkler so hard that it snapped in half. My parents were going to give her tylenol and I said NO!! The bruise was about four inches all the way around. I had my mom give her arnica tablets three times a day and then apply arnica cream to the bruise in the morning and then again at night. Within three days the bruise went down to the size of a quarter and in another day it way gone! Now my parents use arnica all the time. When my dad had surgery I made him start taking it as soon as he got home and he healed faster. The Dr.s were amazed!

I am a type 1 diabetic and have been on this pump for 4 years and Iknow many many other people on this pump as well. It is very dependable,comes in a variety of colors and the company behind this pump 100 percent! It has regulated my diabetes with more accuracy than the shots. I am a very brittle diabetic with lowes down to 24 and highs over 1000 and since on the pump have not had these issues. it is awsome behond words to desribe the freedom of wearing a pump. You can snck as apposed to the shots where you can only eat every four hours. the company will help with trouble shoot any problems and even replace the pump if it seems not to be working correctly. they provide excellent education about the pump and how to opperate it.they answer all questions as well. I would never go back to shots now that I have has the pump!

would highly recommend!!!!

nyquil is an amazing product. the different flavors are nice to have, although the green one is nasty!! the cherry is the best and the cherry/vanilla flavor really opens your sinuses!! it only works for me when im sick though. it can become addicting if you take too much, so be careful!! it definately says what it does. if you cant breathe cause you are sick, it helps dry your nose up so you can breathe. it takes away fever and it helps you get some rest, something you really need when you are sick. the cherry one is a manageable flavor that doesnt make you gag. it has a daytime equivalent, dayquil, that does the same thing, but doesnt have the alcohol content to make you sleep. it comes in liquid and in gel pills but i think that the liquid does the best job. i dont know if it is because it coats as it goes down or if it gets into your system faster, but that is the type that i prefer to take.

I have to say that Cymbalta is such a great medicine. I was hurting as if my body was trembeling inside. I didn't know what was wrong with me. My Dr. ran some tests on me to make sure I didn't have some things going on. Everything came back fine. Then he said , I think you have some depression. Cymbalta will help the aches and make you even feel better. The next morning I woke up and was amazed. It is a real good product. I only take a small dose and I do feel so much better.

It has replacable heads that are easy to change out. You don't need a college degree to figure this toothbrush out. The toothbrush does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. It does't make your mouth tingle or hurt during or after use. It has a brush storage cover, so it stays sanitary. I am sloppy so I am always getting toothpaste all over my brush handle. CLAIRE'S EAR CARE ANTISEPTIC was given when my eight year old daughter Aimee had her ears pierced in August. My daughter Stacy had her ears pierced at a different store in the same mall when she was three years younger than this daughter is now and every thing went wrong. Dtox Patch Detoxing Foot Patch sounded too good to be true when I first reads or heard about it. I should have gone with my gut reaction. I found this product to do little more than make my feet feel sticky and itchy. I paid almost $8.00 for the product (it probably would have been cheaper at Walmart, but I purchased mine at Walgreen's. The instructions were easy enough to follow; the product just didn't seem to have the "power" it claimed to have to pull any type of toxins from my body. After keeping it on for the prescribed time, there was little dirt or toxins on the patch itself. In truth, I get more dirt on a washcloth than I did on this foot patch. (and trust me, I am certain that my body is not at all toxin free, so the patches certainly should have pulled something from my body) I have never used such a product before, and would probably hesitate to even try a different brand. I was skeptical at first because I don't like taking anything that seems like a drug or suppliment to help me sleep. Finally out of desperation a good friend offered me 3 to try at different times. From the very first time I took them, I fell asleep fairly fast, and stayed asleep for about 5-6 hours. I had no trouble waking up the next morning and didn't seem groggy at all. After trying the other 2, I absolutely stand behind this product to help as a sleep aide. They are not habit forming but should be taken with water and not longer than 60 consecutive days. I am the picture of health - I make very good choices when eating, I am athletic and slender. My doctor did an annual CBC plus cholesterol as I was approaching 40 years old. He called the following day to tell me I was anemic and I had high cholesterol. He suggested taking a daily vitamin and omega 3s.

I immediately went to the pharmacy and asked which one the pharmacist recommended. She said Nature's Plus Source of Life Vitamins. I have never cared for taking any type of supplements so it was a big decision. She also recommended I pick up some Nature's - Flax Seed Oil. I do not particularly care for the fish "burp" that comes with fish oil.
