I need Advil quite often, because I have chronic joint pain-in addiion to back pain that is aggravated almost on a daily basis by the lifting I do in my job. I love to garden too, and I can't give it up for pain. I wouldn't be able to carry out the daily tasks I need and want to do if it weren't for Advil. If I take Advil prior to what I know may cause me some pain, I usually prevent the inflammation before it starts. With Cold & Sinus, I can use Advil for the reasons I always do, in addition to when my allergies or a cold become a problem. I fight allergies daily, and tend to pick up colds from work, especially if I get run down. So I am so grateful to be able to use it as needed, if I happen to need more than just advil. My job requires constant talking, and I cannot afford to have that "nasal" sound in my voice-its unprofessional. A flu may make it necessary to stay home, but as long as it is only a cold, or allergies, I am so glad to be prepared with Advil Cold & Sinus....

I might sound like a commercial here, but I am a Sensodyne toothpaste user and it really works. A couple of years back, I wanted to whiten my teeth, so I started to use many whitening toothpaste. I did not pay much attention to other oral health issues. I started to notice that I felt sensitivity to my teeth when drinking cold water, eating fruits, or drinking juice. I also started to noticed the lack of enamel in my front teeth. It probably was a combination of things that lead to me having sensitive teeth issues.

A bit after that I started to use Sensodyne original toothpaste and my sensitivity went away. Morning and before bed. No longer noticed anymore loosing of enamel. Still somewhat concerned about white teeth, but glad not to have sensitive teeth anymore. Luckily, my new favorite toothpaste company came up with SENSODYNE PRONALMEL TOOTHPASTE. Now this is my new favorite toothpaste.

I've used a Sonicare for 15 years now, at my dentist's recommendation, and my cleanings take only 45 minutes. My dentist is pleased with the condition of my gums, and how little plaque builds up on my teeth. My husband, whose gums were not in great shape, started using a Sonicare at the same time I did, and he has had the same great results. I have tried a couple of other brands while traveling, but nothing compares to my Sonicare in terms of speed, gentleness, and quality. While the price of a Sonicare might be high, the cost is well worth it. Sonicare is the original, and the best, ultrasonic toothbrush in my experience.

I have to say, I didn't expect this product to any different than the other products out there. I figured I'd try it because I had a coupon for it since it is a fairly new product, and it was on sale also... but I must say, I was blown away! This mouthwash actually does what it says it does...oh my gosh! Me and my young daughter have been trying to take care of our oral health better...it's better than having pain, discomfort, cavities, etc that are completely unnecessary. So we have been using floss again, using anti-plaque products, mouthwash, sonic tooth brushes, etc....I have to say that this product is one of the best products I have come across in a while....but it's actually the best mouthwash I have ever tried, and I have tried alot. It leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean, not overly so, but nice and fresh...for hours. I like the long lasting mint flavor, I didn't try the peppermint yet, but I highly recommend this product to all.

My mom started using Phillips Milk of Magnesia every night for about a year. She uses it for regularity. She loves it, she recommends it highly. I have tried for the past week but I just cant get use to my stomach bubbling after every meal, she says that my body will get use to it and I will not have this problem, but I don't know how much longer that I can handle this. I do believe that is a good product especially for the price and the fact that it does work is selling me. I have tried other things that did not work like some power cleanse pills from a vitamin store, but I was taking three times the amount of pills and not getting no where near the results that I get from using the Phillips Milk of Magnesia. The pills are easy to swallow and there is no after taste, they just make me extremely thirsty. I would recommend Phillips Milk of Magnesia for regularity or for the occasional constipation instance.

There are several things that I like about this product I guess the thing that I like the most is that is does not cause rapid heart palpations, it has actually decreased my appeteite and the pills aren't hard to swallow.

I started taking these pills because after a few months of faithful dieting and excercising I was not seeing the results that I thought I should be seeing so I felt that I needed a little help. I was already on a low calorie diet and have been using some of the recipes off of the back of the pamphlet which really aren't that bad.

I have told all of my friends about this product, because it hasn't made me jittery and is really working for me. I am thinking abiut trying the extreme version because I would like to lose another 36 pounds or more.

I cant give all of the credit to the pills becauseI have changed my lifstyle drastically with the diet and excercise, but I would highly recommend it.

yes, Alli will help you lose weight and teach you to eat properly with healthy food and excercise but the side effect are horrible. whne they mention on the website and on the side of the bottle that you may experience lose bowel movements or oily spotting and stools its just an understatement. I've never been so afraid to take a supplement in my life. i'd eat healthy and all, but I would still have accidents. There were several days that I had to leave school just to change my clothes because of spotting that was oily and it's more of a grease stain than an oil stain. It's like pooping out horrible smelling bacon grease from the counties dump. Otherwise its a great product, you just have to be very careful of what you eat. My cousin used this product and lost lots of weight she also used panty liners fro the side effects. I would say try it if you think that you can do what you are suppose to do.

I have bad back pain from years of hard work and I am sick of spending my money on medication that promises to do everything, but does virtually nothing.

I saw the Tylenol 8 hr in a local store while searching for the single miracle med to relieve me of my discomfort. Not for an hour or so, not just take the edge off, but relieve me enough to get my daily activities done. Something I wasn't going to spend an outrageous amount for, with just enough tablets to last 2 or 3 days while taking 2 tablets at time every 4 hours and ultimately upsetting my stomach!

While rumaging through the same number of products tried over and over again with no satisfaction, an old friend walked by and pointed out the 'new' Tylenol . She promised it was unlike any other! Whether out of desperation, trust in my friends' promise, or to prove her words wrong, I walked out of the store not knowing I would feel years younger in an hour or so! Now I get my money's worth...

My husband and I both use these toothbrushes and have been particularly happy with them. Their vibrating action (especially when the batteries and brush heads are new) leaves your mouth feeling like you really did a thorough job of getting your teeth cleaned. We've had our toothbrushes for quite a while and haven't had to replace anything except the batteries and brush heads occasionally. My dentist also suggested to take the toothbrush and just use it to massage the edge of my gums during a tv show for added benefit of better cleaning. (I tend to be lacking in the area of flossing, so this was suggested as a solution to get at under-the-gum-line food and bacteria). The toothbrushes are not too expensive for the use you get out of them. Although the replacement heads come in a pack of two and are about $6 a pack. Do to a brain tumor, and problems with my eyes, I have been on many of the most comonly used pain medicines that so many people depend on.

The major problem that I have found with every pain medicine that I have been on is that I constantly had to increase the level that I was taking.

got blister on calf of leg, after 3 days it was very painful and looked like dead flesh,went to plant EMT he said, i should go to fam. DR. or emer. room.

i couldnt afford either so i went to walmart to see what they had. found PRID ,remembered it from chidhood. by this time i had large knot under blister 'bout golfball size and skin around was purple, quite painful.

thought i'd try this if it didnt work i could go to ER monday. this was sunday morning.

shaved leg, washed with hand sanitizer, applied PRID with gauze and tape. after 4 hours i removed bandage, pain gone , scab softened gauze soaked. washed again reapplied PRID, left on another 4 hours. anyway long story short, knot went away by 3rd day, healed by end of week.

I bought the Crest spin brush because it was one of the cheapest - mistake number one I suppose - oh yeah- it was a mistake to buy it period.

This brush needs batteries - of coarse I didn't think to purchase these at the time of purchase so it was back to the store - my 2nd mistake.

The brush has two speeds - you never need the lower speed as the high speed doesn't have enough power to do the job. I found it difficult to get into those hard to reach areas - behind and edges.

I complained but continued to use the brush thinking I would get used to it. After about one week it just quit working. I assumed the batteries were dead so it was back to the store again.... another story. When I went to change the batteries - I found this most disgusting mess.... apparently there was not a good seal where the batteries go and there was this totally disgusting mess of you know what all....

I threw the brush away.

I'm 22 years old and began smoking when I was just 15. Smoking was in my family - everyone including my granny smoked ciggerates. Being overweight, I decided that I had to stop smoking in order to begin losing weight the healthy way. I started taking chantix 2 weeks ago. It took me about 3 days to quit after 7 years of smoking. I just couldn't smoke any more after those 3 days. I feel SO much better. I'm breathing better, feeling better, and just overall in a fantastic mood.

This medicine IS expensive - it was covered by my insurance but I still forked over 50 bucks for the starter pack. However, considering that I bought a cartoon every two weeks, I'm already saving $60.00.

I tried alli and I have to say that if you follow the dietary guidelines it can help you lose some weight. If you don't follow the guidelines, then I have had people tell me it gives you horrible side effects (meaning a lot of diarhea); but I never had that problem. I think the best thing about alli is that by eating within the guidelines it is really retraining your body to eat properly. That is eating a lot of vegetables and very little oils. It is a lesson that anyone wishing to lose weight needs to learn. Another thing about alli, is that it is not a quick fix. It takes time to lose the weight. That is a good thing, since too much weight lost too quickly almost inevetably gets put back on just as quickly and usually more weight is gained. The biggest drawback that I see to alli is that it is not something the manufactuers intend for you to ever stop needing to take. While they provide counseling and internet interaction, which is all great, there is never a goal that...

I recently used Nexcare Waterproof Bandages to cover a small red patch on my arm. They really are waterproof and if that's your main concern, and you don't mind pain, then these are for you. When I removed a Nexcare Waterproof Bandage, the adhesive literally pulled the skin off my arm. It was very painful, but it's even more painful now, and I'm left with a scab and swollen lump where the bandage adhered to my skin. Further, even where the adhesive did not pull my skin off, my arm is red and raw where the bandage adhered to my skin. Unless you want to lose a layer of dermis, don't use these.

I have used the Atkins diet to lose weight several times but when I add carbs back into my diet, I gain the weight back and usually more. I can follow the diet for several months but it is not a lifetime change for me. I feel fruits and whole grains need to be in my diet in larger quantities than the diet allows. For a few weeks, omlettes, salads and cheese taste so good. I start losing weight immediately. I love being able to eat steak, chicken wings and blue cheese salad dressing while losing weight. I do get headaches easily when I am on this diet. After a few days, the cravings for carbs decrease. I am a carb addict so when I eat one I usually eat many. I enjoy food more when I am on this diet. I plan meals better and eat a lot less simple sugars. I also eat a lot of unhealthy foods on this diet and do not actually feel it is good for my body. I think there are many better ways to lose weight for a lifetime change.
