A big vise of mine is soda, especially Cherry Coke. I've been trying so hard to stay away from the stuff because I can drink a good portion of my calories in soda. So, I was shopping in Clark's Nutrition one day and found Hansen's all natural sodas in quite a variety of flavors. 0 Calories, 0 Sodium, No Caffiene, no artificial coloring and the diet variety is sweetened with Splenda. Now depending on the flavor, the soda can be an aquired taste. However, if you're trying to lose weight and eat healthier and are addicted to soda, Hansen's sodas may be a good choice for you. Some flavors have a bit of a tangy or bitter taste to them, but with being on a diet, one serving will satisfy any major soda cravings without sacrificing the calories.
