WHOSHE7WHATSIT says "It's the Best S & P 500 Fund with the Lowest expense ratio" about Vanguard - 500 Index Fund

This was the second Mutual Fund I have bought. I now own about 13 funds, including sectors, international, emerging growth, etc. This fund is just hard to beat. First off it is a no-load fund and the management fee is only .18%. What a bargain. In fact, the Vanguard Family of Funds have many outstanding funds. Check out their retirement funds - just pick out your target year and watch what it will do for your portfolio....

If everybody is trying to match the S&amp;P 500 then the one with the best overall return on your money will be the one who takes the lowest fees from your account. And since they are not trading any stocks or any other kind of activities in the fund,...</p>...
