Simple answer....no other lender. I have done refinanances before on my home and I have to say Quicken Loans offers excellent service. I have never worked with a lender that was more professional. They offered me a refinance product that will save me alot of money over many years. Just when I thought I had no other options financially...Quicken Loans offered me a fresh more realistic glance at my finances and provided me with the resources to better my situation. very positive experience overall. honest and upfront from start to end. Helped me understand how the competition was trying to "hide" certain things and that honesty led me to choosing Quicken. my only frustration was after it went to underwriting, we kept having these little "oops, I didn't realize we needed this too...oh, you need that also...can you get this for me?". This delayed the closing by over a month and frustrated me to have to keep going back and jump through additional hoops.

From Start to finish, Bryan Endreszl of Quicken Loans made me feel like I was his only client. I had ALOT of questions and concerns about such an important decision.

He picked up the phone almost every time I called. On the rare occassion I went to voicemail He would return my call immediately.

He listened carefully to what I wanted from my refinance and went above and beyond to make it happen.

I have already recommended Quicken (and Bryan) to 2 relatives. One of whom has just closed their new mortgage!

I have been with my "hometown" bank for 20 years and have NEVER recieved the kind of service that I got from Bryan Endreszl of Quicken Loans.

This is the Mortgage banking of the future.

As a first timer home buyer, quicken loans did a good job of explaining the ropes and getting me a great rate. Dave Carr explained and gave great advice on actions I should take to lower the actual out of pocket expenses needed at closing. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to feel at ease about the entire process. There was a glitch that I feel was minor and should not have extended the process an additional month, however, I would recommend a friend or family member to Quicken Loans/Dave Carr for their future mortgage needs.

Thank goodness I had a good rep, for the other Quicken customer service personnel I called for help gave me contradictory information or could not answer my questions. Mike Mantua, however, not only went to bat for me initially but was there throughout the lengthy process, even when others were suppose to handle the final stages of the refinancing. First, I found incomprehensible that because I am retired I was immediately looked upon as suspect in even being granted access to the loan process, despite having the assets to qualify. Second, some of the required paperwork seemed redundant. Third, I was asked to refax and resend several times as required paperwork seemed to be misplaced. Since the rep I was handed off to was constantly on the other line, I talked to multiple people who told me paperwork I had sent several times was not in my file. Fourth, my online account showing the progress of the loan was constantly inaccurate. After the loan was approved, it still showed my owing several...

We've gone through the home loan process a couple of times now, and we know what a headache it can be! However, we were very pleased with how easy this loan process was. No repeated requests for information, no long waiting periods were we wondered what was happening, and very fast responses to our questions. Bottom line, no headaches! Robin at Quicken Loans was very knowledgeable, really listened to what we wanted, and then provided us with several options to choose from. We contacted several loan companies for quotes, and Robin was the only one who came up with an option that fit what we needed. Plus, she was able to come up with the options while we were on the phone with her, while a couple of the other companies were just getting around to giving us options 4 days after our request! Through Quicken, we got a great rate with incredibly low closing costs; the other guys couldn't come close to what we got. We have kept Robin's contact information, and the next time...

Quicken Loans gave me a better rate than the one I had inquired about and Adam Gusich kept me informed every step of the way. I had been working with a broker I have used twice before, but because my homeowners association is in litigation with the builder, he couldn't find a lender that would finance the loan. He had been stringing me along for 6 months before I called Quicken Loans.

I would highly recommend Quicken Loans. I would also recommend checking the closing summary carefully; I had several errors on mine.

FHA loans are very difficult. Anthony Ashford was great at getting me in the game and approved initially. However, when we ran into some FHA snags, Anthony's supervisor, Mike Worley, was able to pick up the ball and run with it! He kept everything going through every single hurdle -- even when underwriting disapproved the loan time after time due to problematic FHA rules. They are to be commended for their ability to navigate a system that the government has been very difficult. I went through several other lenders before coming to Quicken because they couldn't successfully navigate the rules. Without these guys -- I would not be a homeowner today. Thanks guys!

Also, I want to mention that while being an out-of-state lender, their online system is great! Everything is done online and you can upload all of your documents by scanning. It makes the process efficient. Final signatures are done on all documents at closing, which sure does cut through the paper-chase.

I never bought a home before and I was nervous! You read about this and that and all these things to watch out for that it ends up very confusing for a first-time buyer. We also didn't have the best credit. A year ago we started the process of buying our home(from another bank), only to put a stop to the whole thing because no one was explaining anything to us and I didn't feel good about it. This time I worked with Rayna South from Quicken Loans and from day one he was very patient and explained everything to me - even when I know I asked him some of the same questions over again. He never made me feel like I was a bother and always returned my calls and emails. The entire process was very smooth. I actually felt like I was working with a family member. Bert and his group at Quicken loans have been helpful and informative every step of the way. I could go online and see where the loan was at any time. The thing that slowed things down was another fianance company, not Quicken. When it was time to close, I had one person talking to me giving me information about closing and had another person from Quicken trying to call and tell me the same. Closing was easy and done in my home with less paperwork that I have ever had in a loan process. Would recommend to anyone.

We were looking to refinance our mortgage, but got declined when the reappraisal came in $30,000.00 lower in just 2 years. Out of the blue, we got a call from Steve Balone of Quicken Loans. We never heard of Quicken Loans. Steve explained we could refinance and we needed to place a $500.00 refundable deposit.

This seemed strange but decided to go ahead. The ball got rolling, so to speak, and we began to fill in the forms on the internet and then faxing information. Again, out of the blue, we received a call from another mortgage lender (don't remember name) who bad-mouthed Quicken Loans. ... We are glad both of us (my wife and I) decided not to listen to her.

I have allready recommended this company to one of our sons who is in the same situation as my wife and I, where our latest apprasial came in lower than what we owed.

corey wacker and his team at quicken were exemplery in their handling of our latest re-fi. even when specific questions arose about property taxes being paid, they went the rextra mile to find the answers for me. the best part of the quicken team is when you become a customer, you are taken care of forever! they call me when the numbers are right and let me know that it is time to consider the re-fi. with my busy scheduke , that is a lifesaver.

After having been turned down by Bank of America for a refinance, we contacted Quicken Loans. We were beginning our third year of a 5-year arm with BAC and we wanted to go to a fixed rate. We could not show a 12 month flow of income because we were living off of cash for the calendar year of 2009 (at the suggestion of our accountant and financial adviser) so we were denied. Our assets were not taken into consideration. Abe Abbas, our Quicken representative, went to work for us and we were approved in a very short period of time. We certainly appreciate what Quicken was able to do for us. The process was very efficient and proved to be a very positive experience. Thank you Quicken!!! Danny & Maggie

We had our loan through Bank of America, but they were 1/2% higher when we looked at refinancing. Quicken was the lowest and basically the easiest. There were lots of changes that we had to ask about, some were mistakes, others misunderstandings. Basically if not for Scott Sheedy, our banker with Quicken, we would have walked away from the whole thing. He worked everything out and was very helpful and understanding. Too bad the rest we worked with were not more like him!

What made me chuckle in the end was that Bank of America bought our loan from Quicken, so they ended up losing out on the fees... very short sighted on their part.

My primary contact, Carly Hoffman, did a terrific job early in the process, and got me a good deal on a structure that fit my needs. Execution left a little to be desired, but the more people I talk to, the more common that seems to be. All the documentation was in place weeks before the close, but then suddenly with three days to go, more and more was needed. I was worried we weren't going to be ready for the close. It was anxiety-producing, and I wondered, "These folks do this for a living, right?" But we made it (with only a few minor errors in the closing documents). Overall, I'd recommend that someone include Quicken Loans in their shopping-around, but wouldn't recommend them solely..

Their excellent customer service wasn't just a ploy to get us reeled into selecting a mortgage with them. They kept us informed and checked with us on a regular basis to assure that we had no questions or concerns. The agent who contacted us listened to the reasons we were considering remortgage and selected a mortgage that best fit. Since we were not having difficulty making payments and simply wanted to reduce our overall interest paid, we were hesitant about getting into a long, time-consuming loan process. But, it was so quick and easy, I couldn't believe that we were actually done with the process when we closed on our loan.

I think the quality of your experience has a lot to do with the quality of the agents who handle your mortgage. There was another agent from Quicken who had called us about 2 months before and tried to sell me on the remortgage idea. When I told him I needed to discuss it with my husband and to call me back the next day at 3 p.m., I never heard from...

I was redirected to Quicken loans by my real estate agent to see about a better interest rate after another client had an excellent experience with them. Mario was awesome, taking the time to make me feel comfortable and that I could ask any questions, anytime even before we started the process of going through the loan process. Afterwards, Sara was extremely helpful, keeping me updated as I sent in forms and on time with the closing process. For an experience that I had heard was extremely stressful from other people who had bought houses, it was the best I could have expected. Thanks so much!

We refinanced with Quicken Loans last month. They offered an excellent 10 year rate with no points and no closing costs. The whole process was smooth and uneventful - just how it should be. We dealt with Skylar Swiecki, who patiently answered all our queries. Almost everything for the approval process was done online, with only one form to be signed on paper and faxed to them. All our employment info was already available to them, our credit history, the works. The only human contact we had was the notary public who came to our house (at our convenience after work hours) to witness us signing the actual HUD-1 and other papers. From start to finish took about a month. We had no complaints whatsoever and would definitely do business with them again.

After spending a lot of time unsuccessfully trying to refi my home, I contacted Quicken Loans. I spoke with Moe Kasham & he immediately got to work. He quickly figured out a low rate & also how to roll a few of my higher interest/higher payment credit cards into my mortgage. Moe was always available & quickly responded to phone calls &/or emails, even on evenings & weekends! He worked hard to make sure he got us the deal that best suited our needs & payment amounts. He was also worked very had to get us closed in a reasonable time!

Aside from the wonderful customer service we received, we were also very impressed with the ease of getting documents back & forth. Everything was accessable online, through a secure site. This worked well for our lifestyle. It was also nice to be able to check the status of our loan at any time during the process.

My favorite part of the process was that Quicken Loans found a notary in my area. This notary came TO MY HOUSE on my time to do the...

After having been pulled through the eye of a needle, tied in knots and then left to hang for four months with Bank of America's home refinance division, I was leary of talking with ANY mortgage company again! But I was motivated to refinance while rates were low, so I asked a Realtor friend for a recommendation. She suggested Quicken Loan on-line. I was skeptical, but called and spoke with Ryan Kennedy.
