I could not be a happier American Express customer! The reward points are great, most places accept it, but most of all, the customer service is outstanding. I have never had a more pleasant experience dealing with any other type of customer service. First of all, I am never on hold very long when I need to call customer service. Once I get a representative, they are so helpful! They evidently verify my identity, and tend to my requests without hesitation, whether it be questioning a charge or changing my account info. The best part of American Express Customer Service is that if you ever buy something, and then something goes wrong with that purchase, American Express will remove the charge! No questions asked! Even if you buy something, and break it years later, Amex will cover the cost of replacing it... even if it was your fault it broke! It is so nice to have a credit card that is really "on your side". I could not not give Amex a more positive recommendation!

I Hate Chase. I'm a customer of theirs through inheritence. I was a happy Wamu Customer. But ever since they became chase all they do is nickle and dime you. I share everyones pain. All they care about s getting as much money as possible, they don't care if they lose loyal customers. I tryed to get a $39 returned payment check reversed and all they did was tell me it was my fault. They do nothing to prevent it like tell you theres something wrong with the transaction, The account was linked to my checking with plenty of funds, and they have the nerve to tell me I forgot a number in the account number, the account links automatically! I had nothing to type. I know the fee isn't much, but what effects me is that no one cares. Banks don't want to help people anymore, they just want to get as much money as possible in as little time as possible. I have multiple accounts with them, which will be colsed by the end of the week. I'm going to shop for a bank that actually cares about about people....

I was sent an invitation by Orchard Bank after being classified a high risk for most cards. WIthout a credit score over 650, most regular cards are out of reach. However, most of the cards I was offered either limited me to one store to shop at, charged fees which swallowed up most of my available credit and had to be paid off before I could even begin to use the card, or required a security deposit. Orchard Bank gave me a $300 limit without any of those awful conditions. Not everyone who has bad credit has terrible credit, and many of us are worth them risking $300 for. The interest rate is reasonable for someone with a higher risk, unlike some of those 29.99% cards that cry out "usury." HSBC is a large lender, and carry some of the more popular retail cards, such as Best Buy. I was first turned down for a refi by Quicken Loans in May 2009 as the value of my house dropped. In September Russell Yodzio contacted me to tell me I could qualify under the new regulations. Within the hour my paperwork was filed except for items I had to obtain. Russell kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, advising me and we faxed and emailed the information back and forth. Everything was signed electronically and I chose to do the closing at my office. It was a very smooth process and I am saving a nice amount each month.

i like the bank card some what because the bank tells you that you do not have to pay a over draft fee when you do. i do not like it when the bank lies to you. it gets on my nerves and it makes me mad at the bank and makes me want to go to a differnt bank. i wish thwere was a nother bank out there that would not lie to people about over draft fees like the bank of americ does to its costermers. if i was a bank i would not do that to my coastumers like the bank of a merica does to there costermers. i dont like that at at. if you were a bank would u do that to ur costomers i hope you would not be like other banks out there that will just tell you what you want to here and not the truth. so if you want to know more just leave me a message at here and i will get back top you asap and i will get back to you as soon as posible. thank you for your time in reading this and getting back top me asap thank you very much jason stahursky is my name nice talking to you bye 4 now

When I purchased my new mini van in 2006, I also decided to look for a new insurance company. American Family came to my attention so I decided to give them a try. The agent was very personable and friendly. He even came to my house to drop off the information and insurance cards. He even sent special event ticket offers for local arena football games. I was impressed. Everything went beautifully for the first six months. After that, it was time for my renewal and my rates were increased. I did not have any claims or tickets so I didn't understand. I called to ask and I was told there was a general rate increase. I accepted that and carried on for another six months. Then when my next renewal came through, there was yet again an rate increase even though I had no accidents or tickets. Once again I called because this did not make sense to me. Rate are suppose to go down for good driving. I was told that it was because the rates were based on my credit score and...

Erie Insurance is great, just don't ever, ever get in an accident if they are your insurer. If you do, they will fight you tooth and nail over the claim and then will take an obscene amount of time processing your claim. It will take at least a week for an adjustor to look at the car, and after that the process will move even more slowly. They will assign you a percentage of liability for the accident, even if the accident report from the state trooper states that the other person is 100 percent at fault. Even after the whole thing is said and done it will be another week or two before you actually get your check in the mail, so just make sure you have transportation lined up for all that time that you are waiting to get the money they rightfully owe you. Customer service on the phone is great, but they are really just pulling the wool over your eyes. No matter how friendly they are to you, I'm telling you they will look for any way to screw you over in the end.

I have a bad debt to pay because of the misleading way I was led to have credit cards. The way things are sown upon the soul is a sin. I have the debts to pay of the credit cards and I am doing my seven year payment plan with God of the bible. I do not thing we should have credit cards with the interest rates as high as they are. I want no more credit cards and we spend the cash we have and maybe some day free cash in the other world. I am always in debt now and and pray my 500 score value will go up to get a car. Well, anything sown in dishonor will be made in honor. I have to continue to pray not to get another credit card and to gain interest and do you know someone got over with the lean on my house. i love this credit card very much. if you dont have a crdit card or a bank card than you shoud get this card. there is no late fees or over drowlas on it like other credit cards or other bank cards. so please get singed up with this company it will blow your mind away. i got it the opther day and i love it very much. and i know that you will love it very much just like i love this credit card. you can pay your bills on line with it and you can buy things at the store with it and other things on line with it. and when you get it you can refer other people to get it and when they get it and put money on it you will get 5.00 on your card for refering them and they will get 5.00 for you sending them them the refer to get the credit card. so i am letting you know you should get this card and refer your friends to get this credit card.it is the best thing out there and thats no lie i would not be lieing to you about it. if you dont belive me check it out.

I have been with Wawanesa for three years now. I live in southern California. Their pricing is very straight forward, no hidden fees, no salespeople. You simply request a quote, receive the quote, check the boxes indicating what coverage you want, add up the totals and this is your annual rate. They only insure good drivers like myself. My grandparents have them for their auto and homeowners insurance. They recently had to file a claim because the pool boy next door hit their truck while it was parked outside. The adjuster was very helpful, showed up the very next day. The vehicle was fixed early the next week with not a cent paid by my grandparents. They actually received a check a few days later for finding a place that charged less than the adjusters number. (They returned the check because they felt it was unearned) Oh, and if you are late on paymens which happens to the best of us, no annoying phone calls, just a friendly reminder letter. I am very pleased with the service I received from Quicken Loans. Jeff Koons and Joshua did an outstanding job with the loan. Any questions that I had I simply would email them with the question and within an hour I would have and answer. It could not be simpler. I had previously gone through the loan process with Bank of America which turned out to be a nightmare. Questions were left on voice mail and never returned or returned days later. This was never a problem with Quicken loans. I highly recommend them.

I rolled over a former company 401k to a T. Rowe Price IRA several years ago. Like many other companies, T. Rowe Price offers many mutual fund options. I prefer the funds that are balanced for the year that I plan to retire (e.g. the 2030 Retirement Fund). The returns have been as good or better than my current 401k account. Their website is easy to use and allows me to get paperless statements that I can print if I so choose. Overall, I have been very satisfied with T. Rowe Price and would recommend them to other investors.

Refinancing our mortgage with Quicken Loans was the best decision we have ever made.

Our banker, Dunia Musad, made it all so effortless. She was extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions. I was also impressed that Dunia was so easy to contact. She gave us her cell number and always called us right back if she was speaking with someone else.

It took less than 30 days to close on our refinance from our first contact with Quicken Loans to actual closing! We had to pay no closing costs and were able to lower our interest rate by 2%. We actually went from a 30 year fixed rate mortgage to a 15 year fixed rate mortgage and our monthly payment only increased slightly. We figured we will save over $119,000 in interest alone! No appraisal was necessary either! It was as simple as we were informed and we are so pleased to have used Quicken Loans.

We have recommended Quicken Loans to two friends and hope their experience is as fantastic as ours was!

As a member of BJs warehouse club, I was bombarded with their credit card offer when I joined. I decided to sign up for the card and was approved. This credit card through Barclay's Bank is a VISA credit card, It is accepted wherever VISA is accepted. I earn one point for all purchases and double points at BJs stores. I now make it a point to get my gas at BJs because then I get double points for filling up my tank. The points easily add up for BJs coupons that come with your statement. Each month I receive a $20 BJs coupon. This is essentially cash back as I am shopping there anyway. I make sure to pay off this card in fullas it has higher rates than I would like. It does not maje sense to carry a balance. This card has online banking benefits. It is easy to pay the bill online and check the balance. I also receive a paper bill in the mail and that is where the coupon is located after hitting 2000 points.

I had been a MyPoints member for a few years when they offered this credit card to members. This was a wonderful rewards program. In addition to earning one point per dollar spent for general purchases, you could also earn multiple points per dollar at certain participating merchants online. I earned many rewards by using this card. The rewards offered by MyPoints were more than any other card I have seen. You could redeem points for gift cards for so many popular stores and restaurants. I used this card for all my purchases. I paid the balance in full as the interest rate and fees were high. It had a convenient online banking feature that allowed you to check your balance and pay your bill. I miss this credit card, It was discontinued during the recent banking crisis, perhaps because it was too good to last. I would love for MyPoints to connect with another credit card and bank because I still participate in the website.

Let's face it: Applying for a mortgage loan can be pretty intimidating. Especially if you're a newcomer at it, like I was. I used to work for a retail company and we didn't except the American Express credit cards, due to the fact that the company itself charges to much to have to be used in some stores. I also found out that there is a handful of food places that doesn't except the card either and this is in San Diego. I heard that this was a great card for travelers to use, but make sure you have a back up card that you use just in case you ever come out and your from out of town. Having to go to the atm all the time can be a hassle. I guess you can say "so much for having a hassle free card." When you can't even use it anywhere you want to. Also here is a tip, when going into some diners and shopping stores pay attention to the signs that excepts or doesn't except the card or just make sure to ask an employee or cashier before pulling your American Express card. it saves you time.
