The option to create a playlist isn't really useful because of the way it's set up. And I've had issues updating the software. But the Zune itself, I love. The interface is really easy to use and nicely mimics using a PC. The controls are easy and you never get lost when navigating through the menus and lists. — I do use iTunes to download songs just because it's easier for everyone in my house. I just burn the music to a CD and rip it to my Zune.
