I recently got a Zune to try out because I wanted to compair it with my ipod...it takes a little getting used to coming from an ipod but the colors and array of styles you can get is nice! A bummer that it can't sync with all my songs on itunes...also a bummer that I got a larger model. Not as compact as I would like but I did want to go for the ibgger storage. If you don't mind having no access to itunes it will get the job done. —...

AZDave says "My unit's been great! We only hear of the few bad experiences! " about Craig Electronics - CMP615D MP3 Player

For the CRAIG MP3 Player CMP615D Obviously we want to vent our frustrations when something we put our hard-earned money goes awry. I've read the negative comments on this product, especially with the Customer Service responses.I am employed in a technical Fortune 500 Company, and a manager of a division dealing with this type of situation. It's a challenge for us because we don't deal with the " Satisfied" customers. (But WE do the best resolve based on each situation.) — Although I don't necessarily agree with Craig's refund/replacement policies, I would like to communicate to all that ALL THESE "TOYS" IN MASS PRODUCTION HAVE A FEW THAT GET PAST FINAL QA ! For the most part, however, they're great performing products that last and perform as intended. — MY POINT: DON'T DAMN A PRODUCT BASED ON A HANDFUL OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK COMMENTS! Think of the hundreds, if not thousands of these out there that everyone's happy with !!...

I originally bought my zune when it first came out. My zune was $250 which is pretty expensive, but it was worth every pennie. I tell everyone who is looking for something to store music, videos, and pictures they should get one. I bought my zune because I accedently broke my i-pod. I would prefer my zune over an i-pod any day. A zune would be an amazing addition to anyones electronic collection....

I recieved this as a gift last christmas and I love it. I had researched mp3 players and this one seemed to have the best overall reviews so I put it on my wish list. I was not at all disappointed, it has all the features I want. The player is easy to use and I have had no problems at all. It was much cheaper than an ipod and I find it to be a very attractive mp3 player. It definietly has great sound quality and video quality, it's a great affordable ipod alternative!...

I received my Microsoft Zune MP3 player as a gift and was surprised and elated! It's easy to use, has a large screen for viewing videos, pictures, and podcasts, and great sound. So far I've got about 2,000 songs on it, maybe a hundred pix (and counting!) and several podcasts. It's easy to load content straight from your PC. — It was hard to find accessories at first, what with everyone catering to the IPod; that and the fact that my Zune was one of the limited edition (pink) ones:), so of course everything was expensive! This is why I have yet to purchase the Zune dock or any other accessories besides a protective cover...I bought a simple cassette adapter for the car as opposed to the expensive Zune adapter, plugged it into the microphone jack on the Zune which allows me to set my playlist & hear endless faves while driving. No fiddling with controls, changing stations and CD's, etc. I've had it keep a charge for at least 6 hours(!) — I...

The good: The Creative Zen sounds fantastic and features a brilliant color screen capable of displaying photos and video. The player offers a smorgasbord of desirable extras such as an SD card expansion slot, an FM radio, a voice recorder, and a user-definable EQ. It has a slim, pocket-friendly design; is very user-friendly; supports subscription music; and sports a reasonable price tag.The badThe bad: The Creative Zen only comes in black, the control pad feels cheap, and it doesn't come close to matching the max 60GB offered by the player it's replacing. — The bottom lineThe bottom line: We're hard-pressed to find anything not to like about the Creative Zen. It's a great option for anyone looking for a great-sounding, pocketable MP3 player with an excellent, video-capable screen and plenty of extra features. — Specifications: Device type: Digital player / radio; Flash memory installed: 16 GB; Digital player supported digital audio standards: WMA, WAV, ADPCM, Audible, MP3,...

I got this Zune 80 right after Christmas. I use it mostly for listening to audio books. The audio quality is really high. I have proabbly 100 audio books, 1000 photos, and 750 songs with lots of room leftover. They are finally coming out with more accessories. We bought 2 different speakers which work well too. — The cons are big in my opinion. For $250 I was hoping to have a little bit more functionality - I could have paid half the price for an iPod. I want to be able to play a game (even a low tech one without going to all the problems of changing the basic program), maybe just look at my calendar (I wont dare ask for so much as be able to add), and ummm how the heck do you add a movie? Ive done so much searching for free programs that will convert but there are problems there too. Ya, I have an iPaq, and yes maybe I should have bought an iPhone for what I really want, but at Christmas the largest HD was 8gig. — Im sticking with my Zune. Its cute, the software is easy...

I love this product! — — I'm a music freak, and I have to say this thing is great! — — It's very easy to add music! I've been told that certain products like the Sony Walkman's or the Apple ipod's use software that turn the song into soemthing that's compatible with their mp3 (i apologize if i'm wrong). I was kind of scared when I heard about that, but when i bought the sansa clip, it was extremely easy to add music in here, but I did get carried away with adding music, so my mp3 was full very quickly. — — The only problem that i've encountered with the sansa clip so far is that sometimes it freezes for a long time after I delete a song, and I don't know how to fix it, so I have to drain the battery. Another minor problem I have is the headphones. The headphones don't really fit your ear, but I think that can be solved with another pair of headphones. — — I hope everyone will give this product a...

Before I got a Zune, I messed around with my cousin's iPod and hated it. I've always used Microsoft products, so buying a Zune as opposed to an iPod just made sense. There are a couple things about the Zune that I don't like. The option to create a playlist isn't really useful because of the way it's set up. And I've had issues updating the software. But the Zune itself, I love. The interface is really easy to use and nicely mimics using a PC. The controls are easy and you never get lost when navigating through the menus and lists. — I do use iTunes to download songs just because it's easier for everyone in my house. I just burn the music to a CD and rip it to my Zune. (That's something I would do regardless of a lack of compatibility because I like to have a hardcopy of everything.) — I would recommend a Zune to a friend without a doubt. —...

I like this product (Zune)more than any other MP3 player I have had before. Right now I have about 150 songs and maybe 35 movies and TV shows, and I hvae only used about 6 1/2 gbs because of the compression of the Mp4. I also really like this product because it comes with the premium headset. They really do sound good! It actually pleased me, because they are not the cheap junk you usually get with MP3 players. — It is very easy to get the song/movies on the Zune once you add the folders you want the software to search. It also does not take up tons of room on your computer, either (hello Ipod/Itunes!!). — The songs on the Zune come through very clearly, and the battery life is not too bad when listening to songs...Sometimes I go to sleep at night listeningto it, and when I wake up, it is still playing in my ear. The only downfall, in my opinion, is the fact that there does not seem to be any type of equalizer on the Zune. I would say that it would...

I was on the fence about whether to get a Zune or an ipod for quite awhile. What sold it for me was that the Zune has the radio transmitter already built in. I found a very cute limited edition White 30GB zune on clearance, no less, and it was in my hands in less than 30 seconds. Now, I'm free to stop carry all my cd's in my car and can easily put together playlists for whatever I might me doing, or listen to podcasts while I work. The other thing I love is the size and quality of the screen. Videos and pictures look great! I may upgrade to the 80GB someday, but for my first mp3 player, I'm totally...

The Microsoft Zune 80GB media player is expensive, yes. Is bigger than the Ipod, yes. Is made by The Evil Empire, yes. (I know, there are lots of Evil Empires. I'm talking about the one in Redmond.) But there are a lot of things to recommend this player over the Ipod: — — - It sounds great, better than an Ipod in my opinion, and I have pretty finely-tuned ears. — - Its N-S-E-W nav pad is easier to operate quickly than Ipod's wheel, particularly when you are on the run and not looking at the device while trying to operate things like volume — - The video screen is larger, at 3.5", than any Ipod model, so it's much easier to view. — - Ironically, it processes podcasts better than Ipod, important for me since I'm a podcast junkie. Specifcally, it automatically removes podcasts you have both listened to and that exceed the limit you set for the podcast. — - When you plug into your computer overnight to power up, it...
