Playstation 2, the original 'fat' one. Yeah I have one, got it for only 60 bucks. It is the best game system I have played so far! My friend said they over heat all the time so I wasen't so sure at first. But then I played it for like seven hours straight, and when i touched it, it wasent even warm. The fan is great! Might have to clean out the dust somethimes though.

Bad things about it are... When you put a disk in it takes a while to read it so you can start playing. Also when you restart a game you have to eject the CD and then put it back in. I dont know why but you do.
...

khxcle says "The Playstation 3 is a tech dream." about Playstation 3 - Playstation 3 (80gb)

I bought the Playstation 3 80 gb version as a blue ray player at first. Then, I came to realize that I had bought much more. I noticed as soon as I got it that it had a internet browser that I could use if I wanted to show the family something or if I was just too darn lazy to move.nitty It got better once I started to finally play a few games on this big boy. Once the visual came to the screen of my 1080p LCD TV, I was in awe. I had never seen a game that could be this realistic ever. I was also glad that I was able to play my old Playstation 2 games on it. It saved me time and brought me back to the good days. When I finally got to the first reason why I bought this powerhouse, playing a BluRay movie, I was amazed. The quality of the picture, the sound on the surround sound and everything about it was excellent and above expectations.

Down to the nitty gritty: The sound is a 10/10, The graphics/picture 10/10, The size 8/10, Games 9/10
...

What can i say about the the Playstation 2. Soo many words, but so little time. It's one of the best consoles of all time. With shooters, rpg's, racing, etc. You can go fat or you can go slim, with the two different models they came up with. It can come in black, silver, pink, any color youw ant. Just check it on Ebay. I prefer the slim model of the Playstation 2 because it is very portable and easy size to fit in places. I've played many great games on the playstation 2. LIke final fantasy's or kingdom hearts or anything. People still play it today because they can not get rid of the funness they have instead of the playstation 3. Personally, i am sad PS2 is getting old, because it may not have the amazing graphics or designs or movie features like the PS3, but the fun and easy looking graphics it contains. You can buy the PS2 for cheap now but there may not be much games because of the newr models. Check it out and see it for yourself.
...

djankiew says "Heavy and bulky but I love it for texting" about Verizon - LG VX10000 Voyager Cell Phone

I use the Verizon - LG VX10000 Voyager Cell Phone daily. I like this phone because of the querty keyboard and since I have big fingers (which I hate) I am able to text without fat fingering it (unlike the LG Dare).

The touchscreen can be adjusted to suit your touch and the what's cool is the having the ability to have to display screens, one on the front and one inside.

The sound quality of the phone is decent, I do get some complaints but I don't know if it's the phone or the service.

The phone is heavy and bulky - there is no getting around that. But I really can't complain about the phone because it meets all of my needs. What I love the most out of it is VZ Navigator and the Mobile Email.

I travel for work and purchased an attachment/holder for my car to use my cellphone as a navigator. The phone syncs up with my bluetooth headpiece so I can listen to music and still hear the directions.

orbitgal says "best starter DSLR out there!" about Olympus - E-510 Digital Camera

The Olympus E-510 is my first DSLR. My uncle is a professional photographer nad has used Olympus products since his film-shooting days and recommended this brand as a good starting out camera. I stepped into this from a Canon point-and-shoot and I am so glad I did.

First of all, this camera is easy to use if you are familiar with DSLR cameras and their lenses. Olympus made this camera user-friendly and all one has to do is spend a day or two reading the manual (warning: it can be very technical) to get a grasp on what this camera can do. The image stabilization that is built into the camera body really sold this camera for me.

Next, after becoming familiar with the settings and menus on the camera body, one should become familiar with the lenses. I bought mine and it came with two kit lenses. They were a wide angle (14-42mm) and a zoom (40-150mm) lens. I used the kit lenses for about 8 months before buying my first prime lens. I bought a macro lens because I wanted a good portrait lens....
...

djankiew says "I can't believe they can't hear the background noise!" about Plantronics - Voyager PRO

Plantronics has never done me wrong.

When I saw the advertisement for the new Plantronics PRO, I was intrigued. Could I really stand in a wind tunnel and have someone hear me clearly?!

So I purchased it and tried it out. I called my work phone from my car using the headset. I had the window partially open and left myself a lengthy message.

Then I called myself again, this time with the window completely open and the radio on.

Then I called again with the window closed and the radio LOUD. Not super loud, but enough that someone would be able to pick up I was listening to something.

What I heard when I checked the messages was...ME. Nothing more than ME. I COULD NOT believe it. I was clear and there was NO background noise. I even checked the message with someone in my office and they were surprised that I had the window open and the radio on when I told them.

I also used it to call my mom when the Cubs game was on the TV. Nothing in the background.

When I first received this phone, I was overwhelmed about how many icons there were. I also had a problem with the hourglass timer that kept popping up every 3 seconds. I took the phone back for a brand new one, identical model, and I didn't have any more problems. The first one I got just happened to be defective. Once that was taken care of and I got the hang of how everything works I am extremely satisfied. I especially like the memopad, because if you are ever out and need to jot down a note and don't have a pen, you can just type it into the phone and save the note for later. The picture quality on the camera portion of the phone is not the best, but it does have an audio recorder and an alarm that you can set to any song that is saved under my music. Not to mention, the internet radio is great!
...

When checking on manufacturing for computer monitor and TV maker's liquid crysteal displays screens. Right now he is taking the same flights- but in coach- getting his fledging LCD television company off ground. He was flying back and forth so much", said woo chief executive mission viewjobased eqd crop. He thought, to himself "why am I doing this for somebody else, When I should be doing this for myself? In six months after leaving viewsonic, woo launched EQD in Novemer.

The LG Vu is a super sexy touch-screen phone with a 3-inch display and haptic feedback. Features include AT&T Mobile TV, HSDPA speeds, a 2.0-megapixel camera, a full HTML browser, and quad-band support. The LG Vu's camera lacks flash, and there's a learning curve involved with the touch screen. Streaming video was a little choppy as well. Despite a few quibbles with the touch screen, its full features and excellent performance make the LG Vu one of the hottest phones this year. You know, its funny sometimes. I was looking for a new cellphone as I had my last one for 2 years (Sony Ericsson w810i) and I wanted a smart phone - or at least a smarter one....

So I get the info that the LG Vu is available and I run out to put one in my hand and check it out. Most of the reviews were very good and although my opinion of LG is lukewarm at best, I decided to strongly consider buying one. But when I got to the store and started playing with the phone and features I wasn't crazy about it. My wife has...
...

mark9241 says "game is worth it." about Microsoft - Xbox 360 - Halo 3

the halo 3 game is a video game that is great gameplay amazing grpic filled with laughs and violence. great co-op and fun challenges. the live portion of the game is alot of fun over 20 levels of fighting against each other

This is a must own game for anyone with an Xbox 360. Don't listen to what everyone else says about how bad it is. I mean sure the storyline in the game can get confusing but in the end its all worth it. The campaign mode may get boring and repetitive after playing through it alot but thats when the multiplayer come into play. The multiplayer is by far the best thing about this game. non stop fun and entertainment.

Next-gen advantage: Taking full advantage of the power of Xbox 360™, Halo 3 expands on everything that has made the Halo franchise great, adding a wealth of technical and gameplay advancements.

Evolution of design: Next-generation high-definition visuals, enhanced A.I., an advanced real-time lighting engine, and new weapons, characters, and challenges...
...

njchicaa says "We are very happy with this Samsung 50 inch Plasma TV." about Samsung PN50A550 50 in. Plasma TV

When we decided to finish our basement, my husband decided it was the perfect opportunity to buy a ginormous HD plasma TV, upgrade the cable, buy a Blu-Ray player, etc. He chose the Samsung PN50A550 Plasma TV because it was highly rated by Consumer Reports and last year's model so he could pick it up for a nice price online.

I've never been one for super-fancy electronics and didn't have a burning desire for HD TV... until we actually sat down and watched an episode of 24 on this Samsung 50 Inch Plasma. The difference was like night and day and I found myself migrating to the basement each Monday night so I could see Jack Bauer in HD. The picture quality really is incredible and far surpasses what we've seen at local sports bars and even some of our relatives' houses.

When the upstairs TV died and we decided to move the 50" upstairs and buy a 58" for the basement, I was a bit nervous because I had heard that plasmas were better for low-light areas while LCDs were better for brighter...
...

Ok I have to be honest. I did not buy this camera. I didnt even want it, This was one of those gifts that your employer gives you after you've been on the job so long. There were many items to choose from but nothing that caught my eye. I have had serveral digital cameras in the past and it was just no big deal to me. But by a friends suggestion I went ahead and got this camera, and boy was I surprised. The Olympus Stylus-7000 is by far the best digital camera I have seen yet. It has a huge LCD screen and the color and quality of the pictures beats anything I've seen. It has a 7x optical zoom and 12 mega pixels, Everyone who has seen this camera seems impressed, Also from past experience I know how the batteries on a digital camers can be, even the rechargable kind. And while this camera does come with a rechargable battery I am very impressed with how well it keeps a charge. Now this camera comes with many features, some I havent even found yet I'm sure, but I can say from someone who's...
...

JessicaF57 says "So happy with my choice" about LG - Voyager Cell Phone

When I first saw the Voyager I knew I had to have it. The thing I loved most about it just from looking at it was that it had a HUGH keyboard. It is so much easier if you are an constant texter like me. When I finally purchased the phone I couldnt have been happier with the product. It is a touch screen and the screen is really big and easy to read. I used to have the LG Chocolate, and while that is a nice phone it was so tiny, and even though this one is much larger it is still sleek and stylish. It still plays all the music that the Chocolate played but it has a much better sound and is also louder. The only down side I have found to this phone is, let's say for instance you are trying to pay a bill over the phone and you have to enter in many numbers at a time, even on the slowest speed for the touch screen it is sometimes difficult, and you end up hitting a number twice without even knowing. But other then that I love this phone, I am so happy with my purchase and I would recommend...
...
