The one thing I don't like about this portable storage unit is that my early version had a cap over the USB connector, which I lost about a week after I put it to use. I'm always worried about causing damage to the unit. The newer versions have a retractable USB "male" connector. Unfortunately, as with any refill service, it is not guaranteed. So if for some reason the cartridge does not pass the tests that are fun before and after filling then I can recycle the cartridge and receive free prints in return.
