Christmas shopping with my 7yr old daughter is an awesome way to spend some quality time with her and get to know her taste a bit in clothing. Although she's a little young to be picking her own clothes, she has an excellent taste especially JEANS. Most people think a pair of jeans is just something you put on when your in a hurry. Well, my daughter and i happened to stop by at Sears Dept. Store and i noticed a pair of jeans that i thought she might like so i took it over to her and she looked at it like it was something that i picked out from a thrift shop. Yuk!! those things are out of style, she pointed out what was wrong with it, its too baggy, color is stale, style is out of this world and kept going and going, I was so stunned and embarrased that i actually walked out of the store. I was speechless for awhile couldnt even comment on her opinion on that pair of Jeans. If your child is as particular about her clothing as mines is, i recommend you dont purchase a straight leg style,...
...

I am very impressed with the quality of clothing that Target provides with their brand of clothing Circo. I have two young daughters who are odd in size. They are tall or even average sized but have a very slender waist. It's like they are in between sizes. I have spent 20+ dollars buying jeans to fit them correctly. Of course, they are growing so fast that they only last a season before they are too short. A friend told me about Target's jeans. I never even looked at them because they were so cheap that I thought the quality would be bad. Not only are the jeans perfect in quality, but they have adjustable waistbands. This is perfect for my kids. I have washed and rewashed the jeans several times with little fading and shrinking. It's the best $8 I have ever spent on jeans. The shirts are great too. They are very colorful and stylish too. The sizes are very consistent with higher end brand clothes. I am very excited to have found this brand as it always my...
...

johnariel says "Great value for the money" about Levi's 501 jeans

Levis 501 jeans are the most comfortable jeans I have ever owned. The durability of these jeans are unbelievable. They do not rip or tear easy like most other jeans on the market.

They are made from good quality materials that do not fade out very easy either.

They have a comfort fit that will not stretch after you wear them for the first time. They are great jeans for any age or gender. My children dont rip out the knees as easily as other brands.

I highly recommend these jeans to anyone who would not mind paying a little more for a better quality pair of jeans. I am so satisfied that I will stick with them for a long time.

These jeans are great for any occasion. They come in many sizes shapes and colors to meet any occasion. They are so durable they keep your legs pretty warm when it is cold outside. Great for everyday wear as well as special outtings.

The levi 501 jean classic fit are the most relaxed non stretch jeans I have ever had.
...

CAROLINEMODENBACH says "Best Value" about Old Navy Pajamas

Old Navy offers some of the best PJ's. You simply can't beat the prices. They tend to put them on sale during the holiday season. So, be on the look-out. Not only are they trendy. They are always coming up with inovative and classic plaid styles as well. Their main reason for being a great value is the quality of the fabric. They can with-stand many washings. I have Old Navy PJ pants that are three years old and have yet to form any holes or runs in them. Old Navy is awesome because it offers such a large range of clothing for any age group. The sales at Old Navy are hard to beat. This week they are offering their PJ pants for seven dollars a pair! That is amazing if you ask me. PJ pants are a great universal or last minute gift idea. I would highly reccommend this product to anyone of any age. They are durable and quite stylish as well. I have a college age daughter that wears hers to class!
...

My son recieved this outfit from his grandma as a gift. He loves it because it is long sleeved with jeans and had lightning mcqeen on it, and he thinks he looks cool. I love it for multiple reasons. Not only does he look nice in it but the clothes are very durable. The clothes never shrank in the washer and dryer witch is a hard thing to come by when your talking about kids clothes. Also the jeans seem to be very strong, usually within a few weeks there are holes in the knees of his pants. These pants show no sign of wear and tear. I think more kids clothes should be like this. The main things I look for with kids clothes are durability, fit, strength, and comfort. The fit in this outfit is rally well, he does not tug at the neck and the jeans dont drag on the floor, they also fit around the waist really well. Alot of kids clothes, pant in particular fit lengthwise but not in the waist or the other way around. Thats why I like the Disney Pixar clothes and also why I gave them five stars.......

I bought a pair of jeans from Zana Di jeans for my daughter from Toys R Us a couple of years ago and they are the best jeans ever! She wore them for over a year and then passed them down to her younger sister who is now wearing them. When she is done with them they will be passed down to my third daughter. The jeans have cute designs that look like little tattoos with hearts and designs all over them. They are light blue in color and work great with almost any top. The jeans also have the sizable feature. They have elastic waist and elastic adjustable waistbands in them. They work really well for my kids who are different sizes/shapes. My oldest daughter is skinny and we had to adjust the waist to be tight and then the younger daughter is not so skinny so we had to adjust it out more for her and then it fit both of them just right. I would say this is great for any kids you have especially if you have more than one to pass them down too!
...

we bought to sets of these at walmart and they are just perfect. they come in both boy and girl designs. we picked the plain light blue/dark blue and the blue robot sets. we use them as pajamas. they come with long sleeved top and long pants bottoms. we mixed and matched the robot top with the plain bottoms and visa versa. i am definitely going to buy more for my grandson.

he also wears them under his clothing on really cold or snowy days (which we are dealing with right now). i know they go up to at least 5T. they seem pretty durable in the wash also. it's nice to see something that stands up to a very busy toddler as he can wear out, stain and demolish clothing without even trying. i would recommend these to any value concious parent that wants something that will last and last. i think he will grow out of them before they even start to look old. i thought the price was pretty stiff at first. but then after having him wear them i realized they were worth it!
...

passionatlypink says "Good Quality, High Price" about Justice shirts

My neice loves to shop at this store! She gets very very excited everytime we go. The problem is this store is very expensive. 24.50 for a shirt, 40.00 to 50.00 for pants. The good thing is they are forever sending me coupons for 40% off and have sales for 3.99, 5.99, and 7.99. I buy things a little big and keep them around until the next season. I try to only do this with plain things because then I don't have to worry about her not wanting to wear them because of "style". The ladies that work at my loack store are always really helpful and enjoy having my neice in store. It makes me enjoy going to this store. The clothing that is here has so far been of really great quality. We have not had issues with this ripping, stitches falling out, or colors fading. My biggest complaint is that even with the 40% off some of the items are still expensive. I however will continue to shop here until I can't find the deals!
...

I love the brand, and I love the prices... but the sizes are all wrong. I found that they tend to run small. My youngest son is 18 months old, and currently wears a 2T-24mo. size clothes. I had bought him a 2T and it was like trying to squeeze a 25lb. baby into a newborn diaper...he was NOT happy.

My suggestion to anyone wanting to buy this product as a gift for someone, or even for your own child, get at least 2 sizes bigger, and wash ONLY in cold water...DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER!

My all in all feeling about this product is great, but the manufacturer really needs to realize that not all children are built the same and if they spent a few extra bucks on material, they would sell more product.
...

The Fruit of the Loom Boy-shorts packaged under-ware are amazingly soft and comfortable. These panties fit just right and show no signs of the dreaded VPL, visible pantie line. I used to be a thong wearer, but with the Boy-shorts, I can be comfortable and not be a fashion mess up. Not to many people know about the amazing benefits of wearing boy-shorts, compared to wearing thongs, but I can tell you they are huge. The fact that the boy-shorts fit so well and accent all the right areas is just one of the great things about this type of under-ware. They are very comfortable, durable and have a wide range of cute designs and colors. The fruit of the loom Boy-shorts under-ware are great to use when wearing tight jeans or something that may show your pantie line. They hit right below the area this is most visible and are not seen at all. The Fruit of the Loom Boy-shorts are amazingly fashionable and are reasonably priced, I love them.
...

mommyx3 says "A pair of high-quality children's shoes!" about Vincent Shoes Tuva Boots

I am very happy with the Tuva boots that we received from Vincent Shoes. The quality is exceptional and the craftsmanship is top notch. The boots are made with both suede and leather and have stylish chrome buckles for added flair. From a parenting stand point, I like that the boots have a zipper closure which makes it easy for your child to put on or take off the boots.

I would highly recommend Vincent Shoes. Our experience has been very positive and I'm sure we will be making future purchases. The only drawback I see is the high price tag. I find it very difficult to spend $90 on a pair of shoes for myself let alone for my children. But like I said earlier, the quality is superb. I will most likely wait for a sale before our next purchase.

I also wanted to make note that after months of wear the leather part of the boots still looks great! However, the suede has started to show signs of wear.

My daughter has a Rothschild jacket that she just loves. The jacket is white, brown and has two hues of pink. The jacket also came with a hat and scarf which she now loves. Since we live in Texas and have really short winters, she has never really worn a scarf so it took a little getting used to.

The outside of the jacket is a wind and water resistant polyester and the inside is lined with a nice, warm fleece that keeps you cozy. The design is fun and trendy and also comes in a pink/green combo as well. The adjustable elastic cuffs and the stand collar help to keep it nice and warm. My daughter can vouch that it works. She stayed outside longer than both of my boys which is quite unusual.

I am very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the Rothchilds jacket. What I really like about the jacket is that it is machine washable!

Lee young boys jeans last far longer than other jeans that are a little lower priced. They also fit slim children better in their regular sizes. They have a better varity of sizes and colors but still not enough in the slim boy area. The knees in the jeans last much longer the in the lower priced jeans, and you can still get a good price, particularly if you watch for sales on these items. However, there still seems to be less variety for boys in this category than there is for girls. Girls in the same size category have much more variety in both colors and sizes. There especially seems to be a lack of black and khaki and navy colors and sizes for young boys. The can be used both for casual dress affairs and required for school uniforms. Unfortunately, many times I have to go to another brand to get the colors I need for school uniforms. There needs to be more of an all around variety in this product.
...

J.H. Khaki young boys pants and jeans, particularlly sizes 4-8, are usually a good price, especially if they are on sale in the store. However, the problem is they do not have enough slim sizes in the young boys category. They also tear in the knees way too easily that it makes the price less an incentive to buy the second time. The adjustiable waist is nice for slim boys, but not nearly so helpful if the knees don't last a reasonable amount of time which most of them do not. Also, most stores do not have enough availability in any of theboys sizes. There always seems to be much more variety for girls both in size and colors. More colors need to be available in young boys sizes, especially in the dressier pants category, particulary more khaki and navy and black. These are not only used for school uniforms, but also dress up occasions. They certainly do not hold up well for school uniforms.
...

Garanimals clothing is one of the best clothing lines and my children absolutely love the designs on the shirts. We have been shopping at Walmart forever and anytime we go there we make sure to stop and look at the kids' clothing because Garanimals always has something cute. The clothing line is so affordable that it's almost unbelievable. To purchase clothing for 3 children all the time gets so expensive but I keep it under out-of-control by getting Garanimals.

The clothing comes in all sizes from Preemie to 5T and the best part about the clothing is that the prices are like $3-$5. You can't beat that!! My kids love the clothing for the cute designs on the t-shirts and how comfortable they are! They have tons of sweatpants and sweatshirts. T-shirts and pant sets and onesies from Garanimals from when they were babies! (Man, I miss those times). Garanimals gets an A+ from me and my children!
...

Mthach says "The Levis 527 Kids Jeans Are so Cute and Fit GREAT!!!" about LEVIS 527 Pants

I bought the levis 527 denim jeans for my son, because he is always wanting to dress like Daddy and those are the jeans that he wears. When I found them in the children's sizes I thought that would just be too cute to dress them alike, and I knew that it would mean a lot to my little man which means the world to me. These pants fit him better than any other pair of jeans that I have gotten him in a long time. They are a great quality not shoty and they look great. My son is a little husky, not bad, but enough that a lot of pants are too tight, these are GREAT! My son loves looking like his daddy and I love knowing that his pants fit him! It is hard to find pants that will stay up and do nothave a crotch at his knees which drives me insane! These pants are great and I would recomend them to any mom or dad! The quality alone is worth the extra that you pay and if you watch you can find them on sale!
...

storm1 says "cute and warm" about Gap Gap Jacket with Hood

We really like Baby Gap and Gap Kids clothing. The prices are really good(mostly) and the selection of styles are nice to choose from. When you go into the store during a sale, you'll find many great items at a fantastic price! That was the case when we bought our son the Gap logo sweatshirt with hood. It was only less than $15 and originally $45!

The jacket is a nice orange color with the GAP logo on the front. I'm not one to wear my logos for everyone to see, but for a child, it's no big deal and sort of cute depending on the style of the logo.

The zipper zips up nicely however the hood is a bit too big for my son's head. Maybe they do that on purpose so that it can fit any child's head or if you plan on wearing another cap or hat underneath the hood.

There are pockets to keep my son's hands warm and it fits nicely over his hips so it will keep him warm during those cold days and nights.

mistystar0003 says "Faded Glory Girls Jeans wear out too fast but they are adorable" about Faded Glory Faded Glory girls Jeans

We bought a pair of Faded Glory Girls Jeans size 6 in August at Walmart.

They are really adorable, darker than blue jeans but not as dark blue as some of the jeans out there, they have stars on the leg and back pockets. In their favor they have the adjustable waistband which is practically a necessity these days. They are kinda like todays version of bell bottoms, or flairs, they flair out below the knee.

As I said in an earlier review, my kids are really hard on clothes, but even with that I was still very dissapointed with the amount of time these lasted, just over 3 months. Its a bit strange too, some parts of the jeans look okay but all the sewn, and pocket areas are wearing out. These are not even remotely close to being to big for my daughter so I know the seams and stuff arent tearing because of that. Some parts are extremely faded, and not in a "cool faded" way.

The tag says they are 55 % Ramie, 27 % cotton, 10 % polyester, and 2 % spandex.

I would say 5 out of 10 rating
...
