Luckily, that only required about 5 minutes of my time.  After removing the existing insoles and slipping these new ones in my shoes, I was good to go. — Dr Scholl's Extra Support Insoles help alleviate foot aches/fatigue, pressure on your feet from frequent standing and/or walking, and they provide some additional cushioning for arch support.
