wal marts reusable bags are a great idea. i wish they were available sooner. since i have been using them i am happy to have hardly any plastic bags in my home. they are very strong and hold alot of stuff. the cashiers are starting to be more comfortable handling them. i like them better than other stores reusable bags and they are less then a dollar each....

Let me first say that I'm not some die-hard "Green" person. I don't own a hybrid (too expensive). I don't grow my own food or make compost (too time consuming). I don't protest oil drilling (I like my car). But I do try to do the little, everyday things. We recycle. Every light-bulb in our house are the "twisty" bulbs and our Christmas lights are all LED. I try to buy produces that can be refilled/reused to reduce waste. I'm trying to set the right example for my two boys. That's why I always took back my plastic Wal-mart bags to be recycled. That is, until about two months ago, when the recycling box mysteriously disappeared. My house quickly began to fill with the bags and I cried Uncle...I bought the Green Bags, which, by the way, are actually black.

I was slightly skeptical, after all, canvas bags arn't cheap. But when I saw that they were only $1 each, I bought 10! Heck, at that price, if they break it's no big loss. The real reason I bought ten was because...

Great, great bag that is durable, comfortable, lightweight and perfect for work and travel. This bag is cushioned inside to protect your laptop and has a number of compartments (divider in the main area, two front pockets with zippered pockets on top, zipper pocket on the inside and zipper pocket in the back). Always organized, fits a lot of things and its very practical. The material is flexible enough to work around your stuff, but has a solid shape to prevent the bag from looking messy if it's stuffed to capacity. If you travel a lot, this is the only carry on you'll need and if its for an overnight trip, this will do as well. Definately worth the money. I've had this bag for 3 years already and used it everyday until I stopped working, at which time my husband started using it daily for work. It looks like new....
