I bought my pair of maui Jim sunglasses over a year ago, then one morning while putting them on the arm snapped. I phoned the customer repair service and they told me I can get the arm replaced for free!!!

I sent the glasses in, with proof of purchase, on the Monday and to my amazement had them back on the friday! (while a postal strike was on- going!)

But to my amazement they had also replaced both lenses completely free! I would definately recommend buying a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses, and will definately buy more pairs in the future- as it is peace of mind that a great service is there when something does unfortunately go wrong!

Quick View: I have a million pairs of sunglasses but I am always buying more. I like oversized ones with thick frames or wrap arounds to keep the sun from making me squint when it shines in from the side. I saw these sunglasses and really liked them. I bought then in tortoise but am going to get the black now that I know how they look and fit.

My Take on XOXO Attitude Women's Sunglasses

These sunglasses are bold. They are not for those who like dainty sunglasses. They have an almost aviator type lens with super thick arms made of plastic. The frame is metal and the lenses wrap slightly. The logo XOXO is on both arms in white.

I have a heart shaped face so I can wear any style of glasses but I feel I look best in aviator styles rather than square or round glasses. I love sunglasses that wrap or block the sun at the sides because expression lines form from squinting and, at age 45, I don't need any help in forming expression lines. This morning I spent several hours with my brother and SIL looking at floor designs and patterns for my house. While out and about we hit a few other stores at the mall and did lunch. My SIL is a very classy lady. She was born with a silver spoon in her mouth and raised in the lap of luxury. Her family owned their own business which was very prominent thru the years and afforded her a lifestyle that I could only dream of. She got to rub shoulders with the rich and famous at an early age. I know this to be true because I have watched their family videos.

Anyway, today I caught a glimpse of some of the prettiest and most elegant sunglasses I had ever seen. Right there in my brother's truck was a pair of his wife's Christian Dior sunglasses. ah yes! Summer is here and the sun is bright! What now....how about eye protection. I have owned them all and although Revo is top line, I prefer Maui Jims. With the 7 layer technology lens you can't go wrong. A layer for eye fatigue, Polorized lenses, a layer to fight back glare (glare from when the sun is behind you and hits the lense from inside). I find that they have great customer service, high quality frames and lenses, and perfect for any sport! However, they are expensive about 100.00 and up. But it will be the best money you have ever spent. They protect from UVA and UVB rays. Protecting your eyes is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. Juicy Couture is one of my favorite designers. Most people associate juicy couture with their fabulous and trendy handbags but they are so much more! They have an array of fabulous merchandise in their fashion line. They make trendy jewelry, dog clothing, dog beds, I even have a dog house that looks like a cupcake lol. They also make swimwear, towels, socks, watches and of course sunglasses. Their sunglasses are always the most fashionable and up to date. They have the cutest desings and it doesnt hurt that they have great uv protection!

I luv this pair of sunglasses.......but they're soooooo expensive. I wish cheaper brands can make pretty sunglasses like these!!
Ok so I already have this pair of Gucci glasses. But my insurance only covers like one pair. So i couldn't get another pair at the same time. I think Juicy Couture should get some kinda contract with eyecare centers so next time i can get the sunglasses with my insurance yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

I have struggled for years with finding proper sun protection while still being able to wear my glasses. I have tried expensive prescription sunglasses, but as soon as my eyes changed I was out another $400!

My optician finally recommended the Cocoons over prescription sunglasses which are designed to fit over your glasses. They are polarized, scratch resistant, and have a lifetime warranty on the frames! The Cocoons are very comfortable, and also include flexible temples so you can adjust them perfectly to your face. I bought a pair of the Medium Slim Line models, but I know they have different styles to fit over any prescription frame.

There are also different lens tints and frame colors, but I got the black ones with gray lenses which are great. The best part is that these are only $50, which is a great deal if you have ever had to buy prescription sunglasses! These are definitley worth checking out!

I went out with the intention of buying a different brand of sunglasses. THEN I found Maui Jim and had to have them. They are absolutely fabulous. I was really disappointed by my Juicy sun glasses. I know I'm not the most trendy person on the planet so I decided to spruce up my appearance a bit and splurged on a few things. My new sun glasses being one of them. They looked fine but seemed rather unconfortable on my face. I wore them a few times and when I put them in my purse, they broke. The side arm came off. I'll just stick to my cheap sunglasses from now on....

I absolutley LOVE my Maui Jim's! They are without a doubt the best sunglasses I have ever owned! I was a bit hesitant at first because of the price, but they are worth their weight in gold! I would never even imagine leaving the house without them! They are fashionable, and they deffinitley keep the sun out of your eyes, especially on those really sunny days!
