I loved that we just had to spray ourselves then put it back in the bag! There was very little effort required to keep ourselves protected. My husband is a very fair complected man who doesn't get alot of sun on a regular basis so it was important to have good protection for him. I liked it so much I used it for the neices and nephews when they came to swim and it was perfect for them as well! They liked that they could just stand there and I could spray without using up too much of their swimming time.
