We started using the Avon SS line several years ago and I have never been happier with a product. This sunscreen not only does a great job of protecting the family from sun exposure but is also great insect repellant too! It has a pleasant fragrance, is not greasy and really lasts. I would definitely rate this product the best of all the brands we have tried....

FunkeeMommee says "Organic, safe for kids, gentle to skin & prevents sunburn!" about Aubrey Organics Natural Sun SPF 25

Aubrey Organics Natural Sun SPF 25 is a terrific product for both children and adults. It is safe to use liberally, as it has no nanoparticles (which also means it was safe to make). The cream is easy to see as you apply because it has titanium dioxide in it, so you know where you've already applied. — There is no coconut smell for those who despise that "tropical" scent. The product gently smells of green tea and titanium dioxide, which also gives it a lovely green tea color, which goes away as you rub it in. — I use this cream on my toddler's skin and there is never a sunburn, even after prolonged exposure to the harsh summer rays. I recommend Aubrey Organics Natural Sun very highly to all. —...

K32Lady says "very convenient" about Coppertone SPF 50+

I just got home from a vacation at the beach. For the third year in a row I stocked up on Coppertone Continuous Spray SPF 30 and 50 before my family and I left. — I love this product! It is so convenient to step out on the deck and spray myself and my kids. It can be applied in a fraction of the time it would take me to use lotion on all of us. I don't have to listen to the usual whining because the application is so fast and easy. Yaay! — It is a bit pricey because the can seems to run out so fast. That is why I start watching for sales about a month before our vacation. — The coverage is very good. Just watch the wind during application and reapply after long periods of swimming. — You don't spray your face despite what another reviewer claimed. You spray a small amount into fingertips and apply to face. — ...

I used this Coppertone SPF 50 Sport Continuous Spray Sunblock when we went to Rockfest (a rock concert held here in MO) and I sprayed my husband and myself a few times throughout the day. I loved that we just had to spray ourselves then put it back in the bag! There was very little effort required to keep ourselves protected. My husband is a very fair complected man who doesn't get alot of sun on a regular basis so it was important to have good protection for him. I liked it so much I used it for the neices and nephews when they came to swim and it was perfect for them as well! They liked that they could just stand there and I could spray without using up too much of their swimming time. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a no fuss effective sunblock for adults or...

CyndiA says "Burt's Bees does not rub in or off. Just sits there and glows. " about Burt's Bees Sunscreen SPF 15 - natural with hemp

I was real glad to find that Burt's Bees had a sunscreen. I like Burt's Bees products. They're all natural, and this sunscreen is too. It's new out, and it says that on the tube. I saw it at CVS before our beach trip and got a tube. They did not have the Burt's Bees 30 at CVS. I'm generally fine with 15 SPF, so that's what I got by default. — Since I had a reaction to Bullfrog sunblock last year, I even checked with the pharmacist before getting this. He didn't know they had Burt's Bees sunscreen. He said his wife and daughter love Burt's Bees stuff. He checked the label and said it looked fine and also asked where it was in the store (way bottom shelf of sun section) and said he'd buy some too. I was feeling stoked about my good judgement. — We went to Cedar Island, NC. That is very remote. That's a good thing especially with this Burt's Bees sunblock as you will understand later. — The boys and I took a canoe over to a deserted island across from Cedar...

This sunscreen is a great non-oily way to protect my skin. It's high SPF ensures my skin is protected but unlike most sunscreens its non greasy formula doesn't cause my skin to break out, especially on my face.
— Having fairer skin I always wear sunblock when out swimming or just outside for a long period of time. Since the product is from Neutrogena, I felt confident it would deliver a quality amount of sun protection from UVA and UVB rays, and because I did not burn - it worked! —...

I like Neutrogena products, and the idea of a spray sunblock with a cooling effect sounded absolutely fabulous. I saw this "fresh cooling body mist sunblock" with 45 protection and put that right in the basket. — At the beach, I tried to read the directions. Note to self - take magnifying glass next time. I could not read much with small navy blue print over silver. Oh well, what's there to know about sun sprary? Then again . . . — I was in a booth in the bathhouse and thought I'd spray up before exiting. That was not a good idea. Neutrogena spray makes fumes like you would not believe. Good thing I had my bathing suit on. I tumbled out of that changing booth right fast and was coughing and gagging. Out on the beach - no problem. Don't spray in an enclosed area though, or you will think you've been gassed. — On the beach, this spray was dandy. It smelled good - not too heavy. The sand did not stick to me (which I hate). It did have a nice cooling effect....

Neutrogena has great, quality products that are still affordable. When you can't afford to splurge on high end suncreens like Clarins or Estee Lauder, go for Neutrogena instead. I love the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer, Dry-Touch Sunblock in SPF 55. It's not greasy or obscenely fragrant like many other suncreens out there. — As I age, I am more concious of using higher SPF's.
