I received an email offer from Ulta.com for free shipping on a $25 order and a free pair of small lamps with a $20 purchase of Ulta brand products. It got my attention so I headed over to the site. As I browsed the Ulta products, I came across Ulta Ultimate Brunette with VIBRANT ColorComplex Shampoo. It was on clearance for $3.33 from the original price of $4.99. I decided to purchase the shampoo and the conditioner along with some other Ulta items. I wasn't as impressed with the shampoo as I thought I would be.

Ok,,,so my sister is a hairdresser (I.E....I get to go to the beauty supply store where you have to have a hairdressers license to buy anything) and I always have purchased the top shelf stuff...paul mithell, biolage etc.... I was staying at a friends house, and this dove brand was all she had in her shower....out of desperation, I gave it a try...I was SO AMAZED!!! It did wonders for my hair, and is a quarter of the price of the other stuff that I ususally buy. It is a MUST TRY!!! I know that on dove.com they were giving away sample,,,,,if you're skeptical, you should at least try it. You'll be impressed...

It is so important that you check the ingredients in your hair care products and be weary if alcohol is one of the top five ingredients. it kills your hair and i am a bottle blonde so i am especially conscious of this. John Frieda Blonde Shampoo may have a very slight amount of alcohol(hard to easily find products with no alcohol) but has mostly essencial oils to help nurture your hair. and its priced right and easy to find at grocery store or target....

So, I enjoy the fragerence of this shampoo. It's easy and convient and it's non expensive. If anyone on a budget i'd advise to use this product follow up with conditioner. if you have thick hair it could make your hairy frizzy, but you can always add conditioner to your hair to make it smooth out. I however been suave loyal and always have done wonders to my hair. It's just a normal american shampoo on everyone's budget that come in variety of smells. If this is not a product for you oh well. I like it!...

I truly believe it is not the shampoo and conditioner that makes your hair fuller or sleeker, its the styling products. I have been using the Sheer Volume collection for about 2 months now. I absolutely loved it until I went on vacation and forgot my shampoo and conditioner, so I just went and bought a 99cent bottle of shampoo. I did remember to bring the Sheer Volume Root Lifter and Hairspray, along with some really big velcro curlers. Anyways, what I've come to realize is that the styling products are what doing all the work. You can achieve the same look with 99cent shampoo that you do with this shampoo. It's not worth the money to buy the shamppoo and conditioner when all you need is the root lifter, hairspray, and curlers!

Sometimes how well a shampoo works for you relies on the type of water you have coming into your home. Mine in the country is a spring fed artisian well; it's relatively soft, and not chemically treated.

But my long hair IS chemically treated (to death) and I've tried every new shampoo out there for color processed hair. This is the one that gives me the best results, every single time.

There are two formulas available in Vive Pro for color treated; normal, and dry/damaged. If you are an at-home hair colorer, you may do well to select the bottle for dry/damaged. I was so surprised at first by the difference this made in the texture and shine of my hair, immediately. Even my husband noticed it!

For this country gal, Vive Pro is a keeper.

Raising a family of females (four of them), I've seen my share of shampoos come and go. Trust me when I tell you that the beautiful Veronica thinks nothing at all about putting a bottle of $30+ shampoo on the shopping list.

Suave Naturals Juicy Green Apple Shampoo

This shampoo is an extraordinary buy at about $3 (or less) for a 22 oz. bottle. No it doesn't say Nexxus or whatever the new rage is this year. But if you look at the back of the bottle you'll notice the ingredients (No, I'm not going to list them).

Now pick up a bottle of your new high octane shampoo. See the astonishing similarity? Keep in mind that the first ingredient (water) accounts for between 90% - 95% of all the ingredients. By the time you get to the 4th or 5th ingredients you're well into the 99+%.

Suave claims this shampoo is fortified with both apple extracts and Vitamin E. Is that important? Probably not very, but it smells great.

I absolutely cant stand Garnier Fructis's Shampoo! It smells good and all but when it comes down too it, it moisturizes your hair but in my opinion it does it too much! If I took a shower in the morning by that same night my hair was extremely greasy!!!!...

This shamphoo is wounderfull. I once in awhile will try different shamphoo and conditioner trying to find some thing that'll do my hair goo. I want soft, managable shiny hair that also makes my hair healthy.
First time I use it I could tell a wounderfull difference. Even in the shower. I do believe I will stick w/this one and won't try any other. And I even got it at the dollar store for like $3.00 or $3.75 not even four dollars any way.
My hair is soft and manageable and my boyfreind even noticed. He is picky and only uses pantein pro-v and he tried it and I could see his hair was softer and shiny. He likes it. And my aunt is going to try it also.

I have read many great reviews for Garnier Fructis fortifying Shampoo -Anti Dandruff and decided to try it recently when I had forgotten to pack my shampoo.

I like the way things are packaged- the feel and look of a container and the color and texture can push me over the edge to try something new or put it back on the shelf. I was not impressed with the very unnatural green of the Garnier bottle. It did nothing for me aesthetically but it smelled good. I took it on the faith of friends and bought it straightaway.

Once in the shower I opened the bottle and poured out a good sized dollop of the product in my hand. I found it strange- too thick with a pearl-like glisten but it lathered up nice and seemed to rinse out well. I was disappointed once I blew it dry however. My hair was limp and felt a bit oily. I thought that maybe I hadn't rinsed well so I tried it again several times during the week but always with the same result. I have baby fine hair with lots of body that......

Ok, lots of products promise lots of things and some exceed their promises. I am extremely picky about hair care products, I notice the slightest thing and expect excellence from anything that advertises it. Loreal Vive Pro Hydra Gloss shampoo & conditioner lived up to the challenge. I have mixed hair (7 diff races, imagine that!! lol) and Loreal made my dry, long, wavy hair soft, supple, flexible, shiny, manageable and without any icky buildup. Try it!! It moisturizes from within, imagine a little nourishing well living inside your strands. And the best part is the more you use it, the better the results. It also doesn't cause breakage in my hair like a lot of dry hair products do. It looks like it will work for any mild to moderately dry hair type. The smell is good but don't expect anything like designer perfume, it is simply clean and fresh....

I absolutely love the smell of Biolage!! Which is the main reason why I bought the shampoo/conditioner. I find that the conditioner can weigh down my hair a little, but I switch it up after using Redken products for a while. If you love the smell, but not wild about the products- try to the body lotion instead! I got a sample and it smells amazing! I kept smelling myself all day long!

I had my hair higlighted a few months ago and even though I loved the color, it left my hair really dry. It felt like a brillo pad when I was washing it. I bought Redken extreme shampoo/conditioner and the Extreme Anti-snap a few weeks ago. I have already seen a big improvement!! I love the redken products. I am going to try the All Soft line next. My hair dresser recommended the Extreme line to get my hair in decent shape and then switch to All soft to maintain. I love it because I can pile on the conditioner and it won't weigh my hair down like others (I have normal hair). The smell could be better- it doesn't stink but I always like hair products that smell great! Overall, great product and I now swear by Redken. If you want to get your hair in good shape, give this a try!...

i wasn't sure about a cheaper shampoo like this at first, but it actually improves the health of your hair. if you've got a problem with dry hair, this is the way to fix it. and even though sunsilk makes other products to improve shine and softness also, this one takes care of those problems, too!...
