Katrena says "Kolcraft double umbrella stroller great gift!" about Kolcraft Side-by-Side Reclining Umbrella Stroller

My sister gave me this Kolcraft double umbrella stroller as a gift after I had my second child in 2004--a great gift for sure. I'd recommend this product for parents with small children who are on the go and whose children will still ride in strollers. — Here are the positives: It's lightweight for a double stroller, and it's nice having a side-by-side construction so that one child isn't as likely to pull the other one's hair or is griping while strolling because she's not in the front. It's easy to fold and lock and place in the trunk compared to many other heavier brands--just remember to fold the umbrellas back and take the kids out first! Both sides have seatbelts and separate umbrellas. Each side will recline independently, which is great if you have a 6-month-old who needs to recline and an older child who wants to sit up. Any double stroller is going to be a bit hard to maneuver, but this one is surprisingly compact and fits through most doorways. There are times when I...

This stroller is the best there is to my opinion. It turns on a dime, has great manouverability. The air wheels make it very light to push. My daughter loves to sit in it. You can buy an adapter to put the maxicosi on it, so we use since she was born and now 2 years later we still use when we go out. — It folds up pretty compact and it is easy to clean. Excellent rain cover! — Disadvantage: the back does not go up very far, so my daughter is practically lying down when she is tired. —...

I'm amazed at the stroller I bought for my baby. Now she 8 mos. I took the stroller through snow and mud from when it rained the wheels on the stroller is very good. My older daughter weights 130 lbs. she has sat in the stroller and also went for a ride in the stroller around the corner many many times. I also used the stroller to carry groceries in it the stroller is still in good condition after all of the things it went through and I like the stroller. It's very sturdy and strong and I'll recommend this stroller to all mothers who has a baby or toddler. You need to try this stroller out and see what I'm talking about. Talk to you soon. —...

Nice concept but it needs some work. I am still hoping that Graco will jump on the band wagon and come up with a super cool sit and stand. The joovy has terrible storage.. no storage tray for the Moms but you can purchase one that is not that hot. The underneath storage is sooooo small I have to hang my diaper bag off of the back of the stroller which is in my way. This definitely needs some tweaking but unfortunately by the time they come up with a good sit and stand we won't need one.....

This stroller was amazing for my boys! I loved that I could use it for one by removing the extra seat or for both with just a simple adjustment. I took this on the ferry often and it was easy to maneuver, worked great in the city and equally as well while running. The boys seemed comfy and it was trendy and simple to use.
I found this stroller to be very dissappointing. First when I opened the box and was trying to assembly it one of the latching pieces was down inside the handle and it took almost 2 hours to get the piece out and everytime I use it now the release button to the tray in the front keeps coming apart and I have to repair it everytime we use it. I had a different one beofre that was old and I was in love with...

I am writing this review for the Baby Trend Sit and Stand. My oldest daughter is 3 and my youngest is 7 months old. I started researching double strollers when I was pregnant with my second child. I just now purchased the sit and stand from Target a few days ago. I have gone back and forth between tandem strollers and side by side strollers. The Baby Trend sit and stand just over all provides me with everything I need. I didn't want anything to heavy.....check, I wanted something both children would be comfortable in....check, and it had to be as inexpensive as possible without compromising quality....check. It was easy to put together and it steers like a dream. My three year old thinks it's a "big ride" for her and she is just tickled pink that she can sit or stand. The canopy for the baby is perfect especially since we are right in the middle of summer. I can not believe how many strollers are out there that have canopys that are useless. Overall, take it from someone who...

Wow. The external speaker for your ipod means no headphones, and my daughter loves to groove too! Nice handle grip and position - for me. I can see where very tall or very petite parents might be uncomfortable. — Plenty of storage space. Nice and stable, doesn't tip even when my 2 year old beats me to it and tries to climb in by herself. Seems roomy enough that she won't outgrow it for a couple of years. — The air filled, bicycle type tires seemed like a good idea, and probably make for a nicer ride for her, but they are a pain in the rear for me. They don't seem to stay inflated & the pump wasn't in the box when we got it home; another parent has told me that the pump it came with wasn't very good anyway. — It's heavy and bulky; my daughter had to get too heavy to carry for me to want to drag the stroller in and out of the minivan consistantly. — The biggest problem is TURNING. The front tire doesn't turn, and the...

Inexpensive Wonderful jogging/walking stroller that can be purchased for around $150. I was hesitant to buy the safari TT because it was so cheap, I thought that it probably wasn't a good stroller. I was wrong, I tested it in the store and purchased it right away. — The swivel weel makes it so easy to manouver, I even take it to the store sometimes. It has a huge basket underneath that holds everything we need to take along. — The stroller has lots of padding and my girls love it, they are very comfortable in it. — I wish it came with a parent cupholder and the canopy could be a little bigger....
