With two older children ( ages 11 and 7 ) and twins on the way, I was concerned where we would put two high chairs in an eating area without much room to spear. Mom mothers suggestion was one highchair and take turns feeding the twins. I thought this would be a nightmare. First one child would be mad that they were having to wait. Second it would take twice as long to feed, which is not good with our busy life style. — When I saw these in the baby store I knoe I found the answer to the problem. The chairs easily attach securly to existing chairs and even slide under our table easily. You can feed the kids at the table as a booster chair or use the tray away from the table. This is convenient when company is over. Leaving more space aat the table for other people but keeps the little ones close so they do not feel left out. — As an added bonus, The first year booster seat is portable and has made many trips to Nana's house for easier feeding at her house. —...

groetjes says "Nice chair, easy to use and to clean" about Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair

Since my child can sit, she uses this chair. At the beginning she seemed a bit too small and there was not enough back support. With the new ones in Europe it is improved. You can buy the baby rail and it includes higher back support. I noticed this when I bought it as a present for our friends. — Now she is 2 she climbes safely on and off her own chair and she loves it. The chair is very stabile and is not so easy to knock over! — The cushions make the chair look nice, but I took it off now since it is easier to clean the chair itself with a cloth then cleaning the cushion. — I love it that you can change height of seating and feet rest since kids grow very fast. — The only disadvantage I would say it is expensive. — First I did not like it had no table on it, but now I see the advantages of that. You can put the chair as close to the table as you want. —...

rosomom says "We have one for each kid- useful for years!" about Fisher Price Healthy Care Booster Seat

I purchased the Fisher Price Healthy Care Booster Seat for my oldest daughter when she was about 8 months old. We already owned a Healthy Care High Chair, so I knew the removable tray was something I wanted. I liked the convenience of putting them in the dishwasher. I also really like my kids to SIT STILL when they are eating, so it was important for me to be able to strap them in and keep them corraled. For the first year or so, we used this a few times a month.

When my daughter began sitting in a regular chair at the table, we just strapped the booster seat onto the chair and she was able to reach the table just like we were (no longer needing the tray). She's been sitting in it for meals ever since, and she's now 5. We find the seat easy to strap on to a variety of chairs. At our house we regularly used it with a barstool with a back and a wooden kitchen chair. I've also strapped it to picnic tables (on the top surface, not the bench), a lawn chair, and the tailgate of a pickup...

teafortwo says "Kaboost is Amazing" about Kaboost Kaboost Booster

Kaboost is a reverse booster; it fits on the bottom of your chair, lifting it up to the table, rather than having a seat sitting on a chair. We have a cushy booster that sits on top, and my two year old wouldn't sit in it because his brother (five) wasn't in one himself. This led to lots of standing in the chair to get up to the table to eat. I had read about the Kaboost in a magazine and a day later, was stopped by a woman in a store, and she handed me a card. Her son created the Kaboost. I told her I'd just read about it myself and thought it was a great idea. It folds nicely and is easy to clean. I recommend it thoroughly....

I found this product easy to clean, and a lot less noticable than a bulky highchair. My son felt more like a part of the family since he wasn't seated further away from the table than everyone else. He definatly liked it better than his highchair. I even took off the tray and slid him right up to the table. —...

I think that this product is real good for a child. Being a first time mom, I would recomand this product to everyone. You cna set your child on it and tie the seat onto the bottom of your chair. I think that is pretty neat and would recomand my friends and family to buy this... I just see that it is very helpful and not as danger as the high chairs. With these your child can't get up and climb out of it or try to climb and fall...

I bought this high chair in 2003 before the birth of my first child. I know it wasn't very expensive, but from a name like Evenflo, I thought I could trust them. I used the high chair for a short time with my first child and stored it and just began using it again for my second child. One of the front wheels came off shortly after beginning use with the first child and it never has stayed on since. It makes it almost impossible to push around especially on carpet. Also, with both kids they quickly learned to push the tray off with their feet, which makes for many messes to clean up. With slight wiggling, the seat reclines on it's on which is quite aggravating and scary the first few times it happens because you think your child is going to fall in the floor. I liked the adjustment feature on the chair until my husband pinched his finger in it while raising it the other day. I was just glad it wasn't my child's finger. I contacted...

I just bought this tray to prepare for a 2-day car trip with 8 people in the car. I knew I needed something to keep my 2.5 year old entertained. This try is perfect! It has a cupholder that she can reach and is deep enough so the cup doesn't fall out. The lip all the way around the tray keeps almost everything in the tray, not on the floor. She loves to read, color and do puzzles in it so much, that we use it on small trips too. — — It assembles very easy. We have leather seats in our car and so the strap slid very easily underneath her carseat and it snaps in place in no time. I will say that we have a very large SUV so space isn't an issue, but may be in a smaller sedan. But I think it would be worth...

As first-time parents we walked through our local Babies R Us looking at all the baby gear trying to find all the essentials in baby equipment, we came to the point of where we needed to find a highchair. This should be one of the easiest tasks on the list right? All you need is something to strap your child in that has a tray that you can sit food on. Well, as we stood there looking over all the different types of highchairs we began to think of certain things we hadn't before. — For instance, we have a small house, which comes, of course, with a small dining room, so we needed something that would not take up much space. We also wanted something where the baby/child could feel like they, too, were part of the family even at dinner time. A chair that would leave open the option to allow baby/child to sit and use our table was a plus. Next, we wanted the item to be safe and sturdy; so a highchair that...
