nshelton21 says "awesome diapers" about Pampers Swaddlers

I love these diapers. They are all that I will buy when I first bring a baby home from the hospital because it holds a lot of mess! The only time it leaked was when someone who wasn't familiar with changing baby boys didn't point "it" down! Otherwise, I never had any problem and the "blue" indicator line is a LIFESAVER-it's quick and takes the guess work out of it all. For those who aren't sure what I'm talking about, there is a small yellow line down the front of the diaper that turns a distinct blue color when the diaper gets wet! How genius! The designs on these diapers are always really cute too, and I love how pampers makes them so they fit snuggly to the shape of your babies body. You really can't go wrong with a product like pampers. Sometimes they can be a little more pricey than other diapers but it is worth the money if you don't want leaks all over your babies new clothes.
...

nshelton21 says "great buy" about Target Up and Up diapers Diapers

These diapers are the Targets generic brand diapers. I love them. They are the first store brand diaper that I have actually liked. I find them to be of the same qualitey as pampers and huggies which is what I only used before I found these. I love the color and the design that they come in because they can be used for a boy or for a girl. Also, they are very cheap and a lot of times target will have them on sale and then if you combine them with a store coupon you can get an even better deal. I would highly recommend this to all moms. I used to start out with a more expensive diaper at first because a newborn tends to mess out of their diapers really easily, but I have never had a problem with these leaking, as a matter of fact they have done better than the higher priced diapers that I was using at first. Go ahead and give these a try, I promise that you will not regret it if you do.
...

cheburashka1985 says "Worth the extra cost per diaper" about Huggies Pure and Natural all sizes Diapers

My daughter has the most sensitive skin ever, just like me! When she was born we used Pampers Swaddlers, but they dont make them bigger than size 2-3/ Once we outgrew them, our problems with rashes began. I tried every diaper on the market. It was really rough. Her diaper rash decreased with Huggies brand, but there was still a little rash that seemed painful and uncomfortable. Finally we discovered Huggies Pure & Natural and her rash disappeared within 2 days! I love these diapers! They also seem to be more absorbant than the regular Huggies diapers. So I think these diapers are the best and are worth every dime! Anything to make sure my baby is comfortable!

Also, since there are plenty of coupons available for these diapers, the price with coupons fall at or below the price of regular Huggies diapers. There are also lots of promotions that stores have to save even more money on these diapers.
...

brenrobinsommers says "Love them!! Just as good as name brand (or maybe better!)" about Member's Mark Diapers

I don't even know where to start with these diapers. I LOVE THEM! They are so budget friendly, they are stretchy, and don't leak! What more could you ask for in a diaper. And the last time that I went to go buy some, the price was marked down yet again! Yippee! If you are comparing them to another diaper lets say for price I will give you the lowdown. For 176 diapers of Members Mark brand it will cost you a little under $30. For 174 (Yes, 2 less diapers) of Pampers you will pay right around $45! Does that even make sense. For $15 more you are getting 2 less diapers. Members mark diapers just revamped the look and quality and I would say that they rank right up there with the pampers. They are not bulky, have the stretchy on the back of the diaper to hold everything in, have the number indicating which size you are using on the front which is a new feature that I love and they do not leak!! I use them all the time, night time included and have never once had any issues...
...

I have two girls already, and am expecting our third child sometime this coming May (not sure if boy or girl yet, but VERY excited to find out!) I used Luvs for both of my girls and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I tried many diapers. I went for the expensive brands, the cheap brands, and some I had never even heard of before. None worked as good as Luvs. Who knew a cheaper brand would be the better product?! The expensive ones wouldn't hang onto my kids as they promised. The cheap ones would leave balls of gel on my kids' hineys (as if whatever is already left on them wasn't enough...yuk!) I could find Luvs in stock in every store! It is definately a God-send. I hated to use any other brand. And I definately plan to use Luvs for our newest edition in May. We may even put the brand name on our baby wish list when we fo the gift registry for the baby shower this time around! YEY for LUVS!
...

My daughter has very sensitive skin and seems to leak through EVERYTHING!!!!!! We tried several types of diapers and nothing seemed to work. Finally I tried Huggies and they work great. They keep up with her busy movement as well as keep her dry. They also are very sensitive on her skin and do not cause her any rash or irritation. Finding the right diaper is very important to me since they are something that is so close to my childrens skin all day and night. I am very happy to have found this brand that works in all aspects for us. I do nor have the time to change clothes and diapers ALL day from leaking, nor do I want my daughter to be uncomfortable and ichy from a diaper full of chemicals and fragrance. Huggies is very absorbent and as I said is soft and sensitive to her skin. I would certainly recommend these to any mom of a boy of girl for any reason whether it be leaking, skin sensitivity or other issues. I can always find good coupons for them to get great deals as well!
...

My daughter came home with a bad diaper rash which lasted for two months. I ended up using these diapers and they helped out a great deal. They helped to keep her dry and clean. I tried to use other kinds, but the rash came right back. I also loved the cut out for the umilical cord on the diapers. It took for ever for it to fall of my baby and it was nice not having to fold the diaper over like I had to do with other brands. These diapers also had a strip on them to tell you when the baby was wet. I found this to be very helpful to me. I was able to keep her changed when she was wet. I didn't have to guess this way and she stayed nice and clean. One huge down side to these diapers is the price. They are more than you would pay for a normal diaper. I only used these while my baby had her diaper rash, but for the short time I loved them. These diapers really worked for me and I will recommed them to anyone.
...

I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old. and I have used Luvs Diapers since day 1 of my first daughters birth! I've always loved the smell, the quality, the cute designs...etc. Until recently, the diapers have been great. My 3 year old son is potty training now - but a few months ago, I noticed the diapers quality diminished very quickly - his diapers started leaking through - especially at night - and on several occasions - the diaper even exploded which was a big mess! Sorry LUVS, I was a very loyal LUVS buyer, but was very disappointed to see the quality go downhill.
...

As a mother of two babies in diapers it is extremely important to get the best value for my hard to come by dollar. That was my intention as i stood in walmart choosing diapers. I can save myself 4$ & buy parents choice...Save money live better, right? I actually went thru about 4 big boxes of these diapers sizes 3 & 4 to really give them a chance because I wanted so badly to save the 4$. FYI there are no drinks after 7p.m. 2:00a.m. their beds are soaked. So its use another diaper, change pj's, sheets & blankets & now I have to do more laundry & use more detergent! This was my experience with parents choice diapers, by the way my babies are girls, dont know if that makes a difference....

Before I gave birth to my daughter, I was dead set against using generic or store-brand diapers. I felt that they were not good quality. But after the name brand diapers began to decrease the number of diapers per package (while simultaneously increasing the price per package (!!), I decided to give Parents Choice a try. I was amazed at the quality I found using this product. They are durable and do a great job at keeping my daughter dry. I couldn't ask for a better diaper. The only problem I have with them is that they are not that great for use as overnight diapers (and they are not specifically designed for such). I use a pricier brand for the overnights, and use Parents Choice during the day. I can honestly say that in the 14 months I've used Parents Choice diapers, they've leaked only a few times (during the day). What other diaper can make such a boast? If you're looking for a great diaper but don't want spend a lot of money, make Parents Choice your choice!
...

JoeDegen says "For price, you will NOT find anything better" about Parents Choice Diapers (All Sizes)

While most people, especially first time parents, usually want the very best for their baby, no matter the higher cost, I am one who will buy the best for my money. I don't mind paying extra for quality, but if I can find something that works well, for cheaper, I'm willing to give it a try. This is what happened with Parents Choice Diapers, available at Walmart.

These diapers are JUST AS good as Huggies brand diapers, which is what Iwas buying. In fact, I found them BETTER than Huggies. They stayed dry, my huggies were usually wet by the morning, if I didn't do the midnight change, while Parents Choice are not ever wet. I found PC fit better to my babies form, while Huggies - unless you buy gender specific , or the action diapers, were more of a straight laced - one fit for every baby type of deal.

Now PC is a one fit for all, but it definitely seems to work. I have a girl and a friends of mine has a boy and I convinced her to try PC for one week. They fit both babies wonderfully.

DizzyKiz says "Huggies Natural Fit Diapers to the Rescue" about Huggies Natural Fit Diapers

After changing many a stinky, explosive, disaster of a diaper on my 5 month old baby, I was thrilled to discover Huggies Natural Fit Diapers. My baby just advanced into size 2 diapers and I began this size with the Huggies Natural Fit. (I had previously used Pampers Swaddlers and Luvs, neither of which seemed to provide as great of coverage for my baby.)

I was able to use coupons that Huggies sent me through the mail and ones found in my weekly Sunday newspaper to purchase these diapers, and combining those coupons with an in-store sale made the diapers a relatively good price, roughly 16 cents a diaper. (I believe that when you register on the Huggies website you are automatically sent these money saving coupons about every 2-3 months. A huge bonus when you are using so many diapers each and every day!)

All in all, a great diaper for the price. Keeps my baby dry, contains my babies messes very well, and fit her little body well. I will stick with this brand as she grows....
...

Pampers is the only brand I have ever trusted and used for my kids. When I had my first daughter, it was trial and error for us. Honestly, the only reason I first tried them is because of the pretty color of the boxes. I soon found that after using a package of those and then a package of Huggies, I found myself going back to Pampers. As she grew we went to the Cruisers. I love them. My mother tried to tell me that the store brand was just as good. Not even close in my opinion. You have to use twice as many to get the same amount of absorbancy as Pampers. For my other two children, I have also trusted the same brand. I am willing to pay extra for extra protection I can trust. Spending a little more there can save a little more in the laundry department for sure. Now that I have a young child again that is just starting to get moving a lot more, I need something that won't leak out the side or top and I for sure have that trust that it won't with this brand.
...

j1029d says "Better for Boys than Girls" about Huggies Huggies Sizes 1-5 Diapers

When my daughter was born she came home at barely 6 pounds. The hospital didn't use Huggies, so I didn't use Huggies. However, when she reached a size 1 I thought that I would try them out. I was disappointed by their performance. They linked constantly mostly because they didn't fit tightly around her legs. However, my friends who have boys swear by Huggies. The only thing I can deduce from this is that Huggies are made to fit boys not girls. Now that my daughter is older I've found that she fits a size 5 much better. No leaks, but plenty of rash around her legs. Huggies just don't seem to measure up to Pampers. Plus Pampers has frequent buyer's reward program that I've taken advantage of. Huggies also has a reward program called "Enjoy the Ride" which is nice. I've won a $10 Gap card and that was a nice incentive. However, you can find these codes without even having to buy the diapers. Huggies come in second.
...

We decided to cloth diaper my daughter when she was 10 months old. We made this decision almost completely because of budget constraints. So we chose to do indian unbleached prefolds with thirsties covers. However, I had hear a lot about BumGeniuses and thought they sounded like a great idea, so I bought one. And I love it! If we could afford to, I would cloth diaper completely with them. I like them better than my prefolds mostly because of the fit. They are much trimmer and prefolds. The ease of use wasn't a huge issue for me, because I've gotten the hang of prefolds and they don't take much longer to do than a BumGenius, but the trimmness is a huge thing for me. My daughter's clothes fit so much better in the BumGenius, and I use it when we are going somewhere and I want her to look her best. I've never had any leaks with it and I love that it's onesize. My daughter is now 15 months old and it still fits her great. I doubt she'll grow out of it before she potty...
...

I bought a 5 Thirsties diaper covers for my daughter when she was 10 months old. They were one of the more economical choices, and I thought they looked cute. We use Indian Prefolds and although my daughter is skinny, these covers have never leaked. When we use disposables she has at least one leak a week. They never leave red spots on her legs, either. And I love the variety of colors they are available in. I recently purchased one of the new Thirsties Duos, and I love it too! Being able to use the same cover for multiple sizes is a very handy thing. I recommend these covers to anyone looking to do cloth diapering. All you need are about 6, because you can reuse them until they get soiled or you just want to wash them. I recommed hang drying them, because they'll last longer that way. My daugher looks so adorable running around in her Thirsties, and I'm sure you're kid will too!
...

My little boy got hooked on these at the hospital as a newborn and now will use nothing else. He can honestly tell the difference because if you put a huggies or luvs on him he screams until you take it back off and give him his swaddler. The wetness indicator was why I always spent the extra money on them, until here recently I got a whole box with no stripe. Anyways, these are the softest diapers you can buy, my boy has only had one diaper rash in his life and that was from white cloud not ever with a swaddler.
...

ashleykins20 says "Target Brand diaper- a great value!" about Target Brand Diapers

Ok, we are on a very tight budget inthis house, with my husband being in school right now we have to be very careful and watch every penny. These diapers are a great value and compete with other store brandsinprice, but when it comes to value in a store brand there is no competition.Target brand diapers are the only store brand that has worked for us. THey do not leak and hold in all the "contents" if you know what I mean, they even hold up through the night, which is not aneasy task for any diaper. Also the print is cute polka dots which is cute on boys and girls. The only complaint we had was that the diapers were a little stiff in feeling, but nothing to really complain about. The price is alot less than the brand name diapers and I feel they work equally well. They also come in nice large package sizes which is nice. THey also pair nicely with the target wipes which work equally as well.
...

cotopaxi says "Easiest to use, holds up great, and trim fit under clothes" about Fuzzi Bunz Pocket Diapers

I tried several cloth diapering systems, and Fuzzi Bunz was my hands-down favorite.

The pocket diaper setup seemed like the best of both worlds to me (vs. an all-in-one or fitted diaper with cover). Because the absorbent insert and outer layer separate for washing and drying, it dried dreally quickly (unlike an all-in-one). The insert can be machine dried, and the outer layer hangs dry in a couple of hours, so it was usually dry by the time I was ready to fold laundry. It was also really easy to assemble and use - just stuff the insert into the pocket, and snap on to the baby.

Compared with other brands of pocket diapers (I tried a few), I found that Fuzzi Bunz held up the best wash after wash. The snaps seemed t be the key - a lot of other brands use velcro, and that tended to get pilly and icky looking in my washing machine pretty quickly. The FBs held up wonderfully though - we used the smalls for about 8 months, then the mediums for over a year, and they honestly look if not...
...

People always have bad things to say about store brand diapers. I am not one of them! I am on a budget and Target brand diapers keep me on track. At first I was skeptical because of all the negativity but after my husband lost his jub money was streched too tight for anything more than generic. The first time I used the Target brand diapers I checked it every 5 minutes for leaks. Nope, no problems there. After a few days I started calming down a bit. The I git worried that prolonged usage would cause diaper rash. Nope, nothing. Wow, I was really starting to like these diapers. At half the price I realized I was getting a great deal. No problems had occured and my son was happy. I am about to have a new baby in my house on Monday and I am already stocked with all Target brand diapers. Why mess with what works? Besides you can get really cute prints or plain diapers. Some of my favorites are the Care Bears print and the Spotted print.
...
