dadandus says "Babee Tenda Baby Converting Crib -- A Must Have" about Babee Tenda Safety Convertible Crib

This Babee Tenda Baby Converting Crib saves space, saves money, it is the safest and built to last.

The crib is one piece of furniture that converts from a crib to a toddler crib (special side door feature), to a toddler bed with side rails, then to a toddler bed without side rails, and finally to a day bed.

Saves space: It takes up as much room as any crib and converting is easy without all the extra parts or purchases you have to make with store bought cribs that convert.

Saves Money: Buying One Babee Tenda Baby Converting Crib will come with everything you need to convert plus the mattress and box support. It even has wetting pads built in to the mattress and box support which is very nice and sanitary.

Safety: 70 years, no accidents, no recalls

Built to last: The construction is unsurpassed. It has gone through all of our kids and with cleaning it goes back to looking clean and new. This crib has formica head and foot boards, it is bolted together,...
...

jrector86 says "Beautiful crib" about Angel Line Jenny Lind Crib

I searched FOREVER looking for a nice crib at an affordable price and finally settled on this one. I am very pleased with the purchase. I ordered this on a Saturday and was able to pick it up at our local store by the following Saturday. The box was in good condition as well, a slight concern considering some reviews talked about the damage that occurs during shipping. My husband and I had the crib put together in about 2 hours, but it is definitely a two person job. One person needs to hold the pieces in place while the other tightens the bolts and screws. And while the wood is soft and dents easily (typical of pine), the crib is made of actual wood, not pressboard which is nice. The crib is very sturdy also. It is much more sturdy than some of the others we looked at in the stores with drop sides.
So all in all, the crib is beautiful, sturdy, and affordable. All of the qualities I was looking for and I can't wait to put my new son in it. However, I only gave it 4 stars because I never...
...

flowerchild123 says "Great modern design crib, no frills, clean lines." about IKEA Hermelin crib

We looked EVERYWHERE (okay, a little exaggeration) when selecting a crib for our baby. Lucky for us there's an IKEA in town and, although they only had a few to chooses from, we found the Heremlin crib, which we bought and have loved ever since. We like clean lines and this one fits the bill. There are no scrolls, flowers, or ornamental details on the crib or the legs, and we really like that. The color is blue, which may be a turn-off for some parents, but it fit our decor perfectly. And it went together quite simply, as all IKEA products we've purchased do. We are pleased with the quality and like that it wil convert to a toddler bed later. And at only $129, we are satisfied with the price...especially because several of the other modern-looking cribs are several hundred dollars. IKEA fits our lifestyle and our design style, so this was a perfect fit for us. The only downside that we've found is availability in the store, which is happens on occasion at IKEA. We made the drive twice to...
...

We decided to purchase this 3 in 1 crib for our daughter for the fact of it's safety rating & even better that it turns from a crib to a Toddler Bed & then to a Day bed & on the side has an attach changing table that can be detached when use this bed as a toddler or day bed for a dresser with shelfs on the side & a drawer underneath which is great for all the baby goodies to have all in 1 spot... I LOVE it, Its very e4asy to clean as well!!! THE ONLY THING I MUST SAY THAT I DO NOT LIKE OF IT, IS because the changing table/dresser is attached to the side of the crib... You must always make sure that there is nothing hazardous to your little one on there as once they learn to hold on & stand up, they can reach easley to grab things off of it, & us parents know the first thing they do when they can get whatever in there precious hands is it goes stright to the mouth... So everynigt before bedtime we have to assure our other children or ourselfs have nothing on top of the changing table/dresser...
...

When I was about five months pregant, I was invited to a free baby "safety seminar" at a hotel. It ended up being a Baby Tenda rep grossly exaggerating the unsafe nature and durability of every baby product on the market, praying on the nesting instincts of a pregnant woman.

We paid $650 for a crib/day bed with many more cons than pros. In fact the only good thing I have to say about it is that I liked the nifty little doors. After my c-section it was hard to bend over the crib, but I could unlatch the door and slide my baby out. The two handed latch was great for safety, but difficult to open.

Now for the cons. The crib in not standard size, therefore you can only use their sheets (blue, pink or yellow). The bed that was touted as indestructible was far from. The "safety expert" said our baby could use the day bed until age eight. I was reluctant to believe that, but I did believe age 6. He jumped up at down, showing how strong the bed was and demonstrated how a...
...

We love our Summer Infant Nature's Purest Bassinet. This was the best money we spent. Our youngest daughter is a preemie. She was born at 32 weeks. She slept in this bassinet for the first 7 months of her life. She loves it just as much as us. The bedding is so soft. It is made with premium, organically grown and naturally colored cotton. It is very easy to clean. My husband put it together by himself so it wasn't that difficult to put together. I love the extra storage under the bassinet. I kept all of my sheets and blankets under there along with diapers and wipes. It was nice to have everything you needed right there within hands reach. I also love that this bassinet rocks AND has wheels. The wheels offer stability as well as easy moving. I love that this bassinet is not super huge. It stayed in our bedroom right beside our bed. It hardly ever got in the way. If it had to be moved it is very lightweight and easy to move. The top come apart from the...
...

tmwells813 says "The Graco Pack N Play is so much better than a bassinet" about Graco Pack 'N Play Portable Playard

The Graco Pack 'N Play Portable Playard is a wonderful product for the new mom. Our little man slept in the Pack N Play, exclusively for the first 2 months. He arrived early and Nursery was not done, so this gave us a safe place for him to sleep and for us to change him. The detachable changing station was a life saver, keeping mom from having to bend over to change him, after having surgery. The diaper stacker and storage cubbies kept everything that was needed within reach. Because he was using the "bassinet" section only, we kept extra sheets and blankets stored below him for easy access. It folds up easily for travel or storage. The only things I would change...the mobile needs movement, the light needs to be a bit brighter and a place to store the changing station when it is folded up.
...

I bought this Graco Pack 'N Play Emelia as a replacement for my Fisherprice Simplicity Rainforest pack 'n play. I was so disappointed that I had to find a replacement. I was only getting $100.00 to find a replacement. I found this one on sale at Target for $99.99. It is so pretty. I love that it has the changing table on the side above the bassinet area. It has pockets on the end to hold diapers and ointments. The pad is very comfortable. It also comes with the music box with a light and timer. You can choose several different tunes. It takes up less room than the rainforest pack 'n play I had but doesn't look any smaller where the baby plays. I really love this pack 'n play and feel confident that it is safe for my daughter. Eventhough it wasn't my first choice, I'm glad we have it....

ConvenienceAddict says "good for 1-baby family--not so much for toddlers/multi-child fam" about Simplicity for Children Milan Crib Changer Combo

The Simplicity Milan combo crib was fine for a while, and I think it would be OK--even good--for your first child, as long as you don't mind having to use two hands to put the side down. It moves around easily but stays put when you need it to (if no one--like your kids/their friends--"unbrakes" off for you), has everything together (as pictured), etc. The changing table portion (my favorite part of this item), while taller than many, is pretty sturdy and has rails on all four sides. Its smooth flat slats are much easier to clean than round or beveled ones. The pad is nice and smooth, easier to clean than others I've used. I'll probably keep it even if I don't keep the whole furniture unit, in the end.

I think it's pretty cheaply made--thus the price, and the recommendation as good only if you don't have any rough users in the house. There's more than one place on the slats where splinters have been peeled/ripped off and the bottom of the under-crib drawer busted through...
...

shanvlasic says "My co sleepr was the best product I bought for my baby!" about Arms Reach Original Co-Sleeper

I LOVE my co-sleeper! We live in a two bedroom apartment and already have one child who is five. When he was a baby, he slept in bed with me and I was always so worried that either myself or my husband would roll over on him that I barely slept. The Arms Reach co-sleeper makes it possible for a breastfeeding mother to feed her baby without ever really getting out of bed, or allowing the baby to fully wake up.

My daughter is eight months old, and we are only now retiring it, and only because the mattress is kind of hard with the bars under it- and I think that may be contributing to my daughters frequent night wakings. But, up until this point- she has slept like a dream.

When my son was 4 months old, we moved him into his crib because I just wasn't getting enough sleep with him in bed with me. By the time I heard him begin to fuss and actually get out of my bed to feed him, he was WIDE awake and crying. Now, with the co-sleeper, I am able to roll over at her first signs of hunger, lift...
...

we love this toy. ihave had my child sit in this seat from the time that she was a born till this day she is 19 mos now, she just loves to sit in it and rock hereself, the sound and music amuses her and she loves to just sit back and kick, literally. she also like the little light and music that appears at the top, it is very comfortable aand very interative toy, she like the soft texture and alos the swinging. it is very light weight and easy to store, she also like to drga it around the house and sit in it!!!

we have had this throug 3 kids and 6 yrs., it is still in such a good condition that we are surely oging to pass it on to our friends. im sure they will love it too. it does not fold any more hence storing in small storage areas maybe a problem but if you just have a play area you can leave it there and use it as a receliner for the child/ baby. i prefer this ot the other swings that they have in the market these days.
...

The Graco Pack 'N Play Portable Playard has been an extremely large blessing for us! I have used it while traveling because I personally do not trust hotel cribs, and I have felt comfortable using it every time! We had no problem setting up the Pack 'N Play, either. It was very easy to set up and take down, which is a major plus for us.A down side (not a really big downside, however) is that it is pretty heavy. My husband could carry it himself but with me and the baby, it was sort of hard to carry it by myself.

The attachment is GREAT for diaper changing, as well! It is very stable, and I have just now stopped using it (my daughter is a year). Children should still be supervised if you do plan on using this feature, however. We used the play pen quite a few times, and it is stable. Very, very safe. I also loved the price! We got it as a hand me down but I priced it, and it is very affordable.
...

As a mother of 3 girls, I have had plenty of experience with newborns & having a place for them to sleep. We got the Graco Travel Lite crib as a shower gift for my first daughter. It was the perfect alternative to a bassinet in our bedroom when we first brought her home. We didn't have a second bedroom in the house and with limited space in our bedroom, the crib was great. We used it with the bassinet attachment until she weighed too much and then used it as a crib until she was almost 9 months old. Even after that, it worked great as a travel crib for a night or two. My third daughter is still using it as a crib at 6 months old.

It is a wonderful space-saving tool and is great for it's intended use of traveling. The crib is easy to set up and take down, and also does not take up much space when stored. I would not use it as an alternative to a full size play yard, as it is not really big enough for a crawler to move around in. However, the Travel Lite crib is a more...
...

We got this crib for our first baby almost 4 years ago for our first baby, I liked it that it converts into a toddler bed and has the storage drawer, that helps a lot. 2 years ago when we were havig a birthday party at home, one of the kids who attended the party broke the crib's mattress support ( it was a toddler bed then ) so we had to put the crib away. Then, months later I got pregnant with my second child and I decided to try to fix the crib, since everything else was still in good condition, so I called the manufacturer and told them what had happened with the crib, and they told me that they will send me a new crib, and I just ahd to pay for the shipping, that was way cheaper than buying a new crib, so they sent me the new crib in less than a week after I called, and then I sent them back the head and foot board of the old crib.

My husband put the crib together, and we are now using it for our baby. It is really a very good product, since it converts into a toddler bed and later...
...

ktfusa2000 says "Great for space restricted, little pricey" about Baby Trilogy Spindle corner crib

I was able to buy a Baby Trilogy spindle canopy bed for my fifth son. I loved the iddea of this bed, it is a corner crib, with three siddes, somewhat pie shaped. Fits snugly into a corner of the room, leaving more space in the nursery. I loved the canopy, and the front panel ,is a drop-down. This crib is only available at specialty shops or online, and the mattress and bedding has to be special ordered, unless you know someone handy with a sewing machine.

I love the way this crib looks, it is unique, and I love that it doesn't take up as much space as a traditional crib. On the down side, once my son started moving around in the crib, he was constantly getting his legs or arms stuck in between the spindles. He evventually became more mobile, and learned how to get himself out of those predicaments. Overall I am still very happy with my purchase, and would recommend this to others, but won't be passing mine on to any friends, I'm saving it for my kids!!
...

rubygirl says "Excellent crib, nice style and function" about Munire Essex Crib

I had the hardest time trying to pick a crib for our nursery but ultimately decided on the Munire Essex in Classic Chestnut. I read Baby Bargains and quizzed other moms, went to numerous baby stores and the Munire was a top notch choice. We also wanted to match the crib with our existing furniture and the chestnut was a great choice. My husband was able to put it together in relatively short order. We had to get some replacement springs due to a voluntary recall but it was a very easy process and their customer service was fantastic. My son has reflux and we ended up having to tilt the mattress in the crib but it was easy to do. The one point I would note is to make sure you have some touch-up wood markers on hand. When baby starts to teeth or when using a mobile attached to the crib, the finish seemed to scratch easily. I was a little surprised given Munire's reputation that it wasn't a tougher finish, but it wasn't bad. Bite guards can be bought and put on the crib to prevent...
...

kimreddabook says "Very nice play yard for the money!" about Graco Pack N' Play Emelia

I am expecting our second child in a matter of weeks and needed a new play yard. We had purchased our previous one at a yard sale and were less than pleased. I looked around at Target.com, Walmart.com, Babies R Us, etc. and found this one to be a good bang for the buck. I wanted something with a changing station and bassinet, but didn't really care about a lot of the other features, even though this one does come with a cute little mobile.

When the pack n play arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that it went together fairly easily. I had to refer to the directions a couple of times to get the correct rods in place, but overall it was hassle free. I had it completely out of the box and assembled within 10 minutes. Now that it is assembled, I can take it down and put it back up within a matter of 2 or 3 minutes. I love that it has wheels for easy portability from room to room. My only complaint is that it is about 1/2 inch too wide to fit through the doorway. I was really hoping...
...

this2shallpass19 says "This is a great high-quality crib that turns into a bed!" about IKEA Leksvik Crib

When my husband and I were shopping around for a crib, we were amazed at how expensive they were. I guess I should have known that they would be expensive, but when you are preparing a nursery, things can add up quickly.

I thought I would take a look at IKEA because things there can be quite cheap since you have to assemble everything yourself. I saw the Leksvik Crib which is made from real wood and at a great price, so I had to have it! We also bought the IKEA Sultan Dromma crib mattress too.

The IKEA Leksvik Crib is a crib that converts into a toddler bed. I thought this was perfect because then we wouldn't have to buy a bed for quite a while. I love that the crib can be adjusted to two different levels. It can be at the higher level when you have a little baby, and then lowered to the bottom when your baby is old enough to sit up.

Unlike most things at IKEA, the Leksvik Crib is made out of real wood (Beech & Spruce). The crib comes in a beautiful dark brown...
...
