MRSverret says "Didn't work as a wash cloth" about Munchkin Bath Critters - Frog

This cute, cuddly, soft little critter can be used as a bath toy or a washcloth. The Munchkin Bath Critter - Frog is made of a terry cloth and croaks when his belly is pressed. With his green body and big eyes this cute critter will make bath time more fun.

I bought this toy/washcloth for around $5 at Wal-Mart. I had bought something a little similar when my oldest was younger but it was more like a glove. The Munchkin Bath Critter - Frog is, about five or six inches tall, stuffed frog. You can let your little one play with it in the tub or use it as a washcloth.I think this is a really cute bathtub toy. It just doesn't cut it as a washcloth. It doesn't lather well, at all. I've tried it with several baby washes but it never works. It's like the frog just absorbs most of the soap.

Overall this is would make a really cute bath toy however it doesn't work as a washcloth. So, if you're wanting it for washing I wouldn't recommend it but if you're just wanting a soft, cuddling croaking...
...

ekimasil says "so easy to take with EVERYWHERE!" about Huggies Natural Care Disposable Washcloths

I was a bit skeptical when I got a package of these for my baby shower. How could that dry rough piece of towel be anything soothing to an infant? And I expected it to really lather and wash my newborn?

Being a first time mom, when I first tried these, I was very shocked! Just add a little water and I had a lather like no other! These were great for those days when you had to keep your baby's belly button out of water. I don't know what I would have done without them!

Now, with two little ones, these are GREAT for travel as well. We use them with our 2 year old as well. They are easy to pack, since they are dry. Also great on the run. All you need is a bit of water wherever you are and you have an instant bath.

I keep them in the car and diaper bags. They are great for diaper accidents, after messy meals, at the park, and actually are GREAT for overnights for kids and adults alike! I used them myself in the hospital after the birth of my second.
...

jenainwonderland says "Great for traveling! " about Huggies Disposable Washcloths

Pros:

I love this product for traveling! Too many trips I have had to pack heavy bottles that have ended up spilling and getting everywhere!

This product is great for travel. When I pack I pull out how many I need for the trip and put them in a ziploc and I have everything I need for bathtime. (except for toys and towel) I already love huggies baby bath and this is great for on the go.

Cons:

Sometimes I run out of soap with just one. If I put to much water in it trying to reach my toddler I run out of soap and have had to use two.

It is a little wasteful - I would never use this product for everyday use. When I am home and I have a washcloth and baby soap available I would rather use that to waste less.

Overall:

I do recommend this product to keep on hand. You never know when you are going to need to travel at the last minute or if you run out of baby bath and you can't go to the store it is a life saver.
...

Huggies disposable washclothes are a lifesaver. They make bathtime so much easier than before. There is no more fumbling around for a washcloth and trying to find soap and shampoo while still holding onto your little on in the bath. Just grab one and your off. There is enough soap in one washcloth probably to wash two children although I have not tried this. they are great for families that are on the go as you can pack a few of these and save space in already full bags. Both of my boys have sensitive, dry skin and this is one item that has not irritated them. They are more pricey than buying just baby shampoo but as a timesaver, it is definitely worth the extra cost. The best part is at the end of the bath, you can just throw them away. Less laundry because we all know that as moms one thing we don't need is more laundry. These washclothes are an excellent buy and are very handy to keep around the house. I have recommended them to friends and given them as shower...
...

dmlichnerowicz says "Great price for a basic necessity" about Circo Washcloths

Anybody who is a parent or has worked with infants and toddlers knows messes happen...all the time! I picked up a 6-pack of Circo Washcloths at Target for under two dollars to have on hand for those frequent occasions. Each washcloth has a different color or pattern, all very whimsical and modern. The cloths are 78% cotton and 22% polyester, and like most baby washcloths, are very thin so you can get in between tiny fingers and are gentle on babies' skin. The washrags are packaged in a little plastic carring case, so they are ideal for tucking into baskets for baby showers or slipping into a suitcase or diaper bag for travel.

When I first opened the package and unfolded one of the washcloths, tiny fibers from the fabric went everywhere!!! So a word to the wise, open these up over your sink or trash can, then toss them right into the washer to avoid having to vacuum.

Overall, these washcloths are great. They're versatile, soft and gentle, have cute gender neutral patterns,...
...

I have a nephew who everyone is in love with. He has delicate skin as I was informed by the mom. So when babysat him one night I wasn't sure what to use after a big night of spaghetti and meatballs. I went to the store and I just grabbed the wet cloths and right after I used them my nephew was clean and smelled really nice. Just the way his mom would of liked him. Now I buy them and keep them at home, my girlfriend uses them too for removing makeup or just to have that nice scent of shea butter. The lotion is good too!...

My son received a Koala Baby Hooded Towel and Washcloth Set with the Frog theme from my friend as a gift.

My son absolutely loves baths! He could stay in the bath until he shrivels up like a raisin. He splashes water, plays with his ducky and then it is towel time. I love wrapping him up in his Koala Baby Hooded Towel because it makes him look like a little baby again - all swaddled up.

The set includes a large hooded towel and a washcloth with the same matching print. I am really impressed with the quality of the set because the material is made out of a really thick terry cloth. In fact, the hooded towel is thicker than some of my towels!

The only negative thing I have to say about this set is that the bright color of the towel does fade a little bit after a lot of washes, but that doesn't affect my opinion of this product.

The towel set is made out of 100% cotton.

The Koala Baby Hooded Towel and Washcloth Set costs $12.99 at babiesrus.com and also comes in these patterns:

Yellow...

...

The Huggies Natural Disposable Washcloths are awesome! My husband and I take those with us when we go camping or visiting relatives. That way we don't have to worry about the mess of open bottles spilling, and they are great for saving space in the suitcase. We also like to keep a set in the garage during the summer so when our 2 year old comes in from a muddy day or just having fun, he can wash right there his face or hands with the cloths. All you have to do is add water and they are for hair and body. One cloth does our 2 year old. LOVE IT...keep them regularly stocked in our house.
...

Huggies Shea Butter Disposable Washcloths

I received this box of 14 disposable washcloths in a basket at my baby shower. My son is now 19 months old and the box is still almost full.

I tried the washcloths a few times and have to admit I will never buy this product on my own. They do not lather for very long and are small and hard to use for cleaning. These are more of a convenience gimmick in my opinion.

One of the noted features on the box is that the disposable washcloths are made with Shea butter with moisturizers. Shea butter is one of the final ingredients in the product which would explain why I found the product to be insufficient as a moisturizer.

Also, there are added fragrances and perfumes which I try to avoid at all costs due to my son's sensitive skin. I just don't see the necessity of adding perfumes to baby products.

Finally, the washcloths come in a box which is okay for storing in your bathroom, but not convenient when traveling. I took them along on a trip and had to...
...

Huggies Diposable Washcloths are one of the items that every mom should add to her shopping list! they are more than just a bath time item. I have used them long care rides, an inexpensive beauty wipe to wash my face at night and the best was when my older son went to camp for a week I packed Huggies Disposable Washcloths, instead of a bar of soap that would do nothing but collect germs and slime for a week, when he was done showering all he had to do was throw it away and be done. My son came home with the softest skin of any camper!

Huggies Disposable Washcloths should be a must have for any busy mom on the run who doesn't want to worry about carrying around wipes that if you don't get them closed properly the next time you reach for one they are all dried up and useless, Huggies Disposable Washcloths just need water and the amount of lather you get will clean up the biggest messes!
...

I have a 14 month old and I have been using Huggies Disposable Washcloths since she was born. They are gentle on the skin, do not burn her eyes (if it gets in them), and are just extremly convenient. They are so much easier than using a regular washcloth and soap and don't make more laundry. Best of all, they don't cost that much! When my daughter was smaller, we used to cut them in half since they are so big. I would recommend them to any parent!...

I love wrapping my little guys in a hooded towel after bath time. Problem is the traditional hooded towels you get when they are babies only last around 6 months. For Little Man's second Christmas, when he was just over a year old, I asked for someone to find us some toddler size towels for him. My mom came through with a Disney Hooded towel designed in the Cars theme.
Just the right size for a toddler, the Disney Hooded Towel measures approximately 2' X 4' with the hood in the middle of the 4' side. The best part is that the towel is Cars - Lightning McQueen Themed. There is a large picture of McQueen with a trophy. Then with a face on the top, the hood is like your toddler becomes Lightning. This piece is also filled with batting to make it just a little bit poofy, making it look even more like a car. The towel itself is thin but soft and seems to dry pretty well. Personally, I have only used it for my hands, but Little Man always comes out of it dry.

My Viewpoint...
...

I Love Huggies Natural washcloths. They automatically make a great lather and get baby very clean without getting liquid soap everywere. They are disposable so I do not have to buy tons of fabric washcloths (I have no washing machine so I have to take my clothes accross the street which I can only do every other week, in this case I need a million of everything!). In addition they smell great and do not break out my son's sensitive skin. Highly recccommended....
