Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion

I bought this lotion because my son had eczema when he was a newborn and my pediatrician recommended several different lotions to try. Of course, being a new mom I had to try them all. This was in my top three choices for moisturizing his dry skin.

I am a big fan of Aveeno products because they don't have a strong scent. This lotion notes that it is fragrance free, although it does have a faint hint of a baby powder scent but you really have to try to notice it at all.

This is more costly than other baby lotions available, however, it does have a thicker consistency which seems to cover more area and moisturize better.

Other positive attributes of Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion are that it is hypoallergenic, lasts for 24 hours and is safe to use every day. It is useful to adults as well. I use it myself in the colder months on my hands and it keeps them from chapping due to frequent washing.

Although the price is a little higher than other department store...

I received the bedtime bath wash by Johnson & Johnson when I was pregnant and I loved the scent, but as I was having a boy I thought I would never use it. When it was time to go home from the hospital my son proved to be hard to put to sleep at night, well using this bedtime bath along with the bedtime massage gel did the trick. Whenever I have a hard time getting him to relax and go to bed at night all I have to do is get him in the bath and the chamomile puts right to sleep, and it doesn't hurt that it leaves him smelling so good. He's four months old now and hardly uses anything else....

Aveeno Baby Wash & Shampoo 8 fl. oz.

Aveeno Baby Wash & Shampoo is one of the many Aveeno baby products I use due to the gentle nature of their products.

This product can be used for washing hair and as a soap product for a baby's entire body. It is a tear-free formula, however, I still try to keep the product out of the baby's eyes because I have tested the product on my own eyes and it does irritate them slightly.

The oat kernal extract within the wash and shampoo is beneficial if your baby has dry skin. My son had eczema and we used this as his baby wash as recommended by his pediatrician.

The 8 fl. oz. bottle I purchased lasted almost six months and I used it liberally each time I bathed my son. Granted, I did not bath him everyday due to his dry skin but the lather really does go a long way.

The bottle is easy to use and has a push-down opening cap so you don't have to struggle with opening the product while you are trying to bathe your baby.

I am not a fan of highly fragrant soaps...

My precious little baby girl smiles with the cutest smile while splashing in her tub. She loves the smooth feeling and sweet scent of this Gerber Lavender Baby Wash. I love it as long as she's happy. She is sooooo sweet and deserves a sweet smelling comfortable bath....

I love this Gerber lotion and bodywash / hairwash. It's got an amazing smell that lasts for most of the day. The only problem is you can't find it anywhere around where I live anymore. I bought it once - and can't find it again. But it is by far my favorite and I've used MANY baby lotions and wash!...

My daughter started suffering from eczema as a result of her allergies. We went through the house switching everything to all natural products to keep it under control. The only thing that made an impact was the Aveno body wash and lotion. It's scent isn't anything to write home about, but it it works really well and is definately good for the skin. I wouldn't use this if she didn't have skin issues (because of the cost) but it's definately worth it to keep her comfy and itch free....

We LOVED Johnson's lavender baby wash. It smells great, lathers nicely (without too much foam) and does a great job of getting baby clean and still being gentle on their skin. There are so many products that aren't really formulated for babies, and this is just one of the absolute best on the market!...

I forgot my shampoo and ended up using my grandson's Burt's Bees Baby Shampoo & Wash. I wondered if something made for babies would do justice on an adult's baby fine hair. I shouldn't have worried. Burt's Bees all natural shampoo did not disappoint me.

This gentle shampoo cleanses with a blend of Sunflower and Coconut oils. Soy Protein nourishes the hair while Sugar Esters soothe and soften. I was pleasantly surprised at how my hair reacted to the shampoo. It was soft and manageable yet had body and bounce. The honey smell of the shampoo vanished with rinsing so real life bees were not attracted to my head- which is a good thing.

Ingredients:

Water, decyl glucoside, lauryl glucoside, coco-betaine, glycine soja (soy) protein, coco-glucoside, glyceryl oleate, sucrose laurate, glycerin, betaine, vanilla planifolia (vanilla) fruit extract, illicium verum (anise) oil, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) peel oil, citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel oil, eugenia caryophyllus (clove) flower...

This product is great for newborns. It is the all in one head to toe shampoo & wash. There is no need for a separate shampoo or body wash, as this is the product. It has its gentle no more tears formula for babies and is a great way to give your little one a quick bath. They are also available in pre soaped washcloths that are great as well.

Aveeno products are great for babies with dry skin. Two of my children use this product and it makes their skin much softer. It has a very light fragrance, light lathering, and easy on the eyes. My son has light excema and it even helps with that....

Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo is a wonderful product! Not only can I use it on my chidlren's hair, but I also use it (diluted with water) for their eye infections. If they wake up with "gunky" eyes, I mix a drop of shampoo with warm water in a little bowl and wash their eyes out with cotton balls. This stuff works wonders!!...

Gerber baby wash is great. It has a great smell and it is at all stores so it's easy to find. Also it is inexpensive and it comes in all flavors. It is also made for sensitive skin. I love this product, I have been buying it since the first time I tried it on my baby, I also buy the matching lotion. Good stuff!...

I have tried Johnson +Johnson head to toe body wash. It is a wonderful body wash to use on your child. It doesn't sting their eyes, smells nice, and leaves their skin feeling soft. I never had good smelling hair,no matter what kind of shampoo I used.

Im a school bus driver,anyway I got this new child on my run,he had the most great smelling hair i ever smelled.I asked his mother what in the world is in his hair? I love it.I have to have it. She told me Grins & giggles sweet pea by Gerber. Well of course i had to go and get it. They didnt have it in my town. They had said it was being discontinued.Wellllll I thought to myself...it fiqures. As long as Ive been washing my hair,,,and mind you im 52 years old...I never had great smelling hair...his mother did tell me where she had got it. So I went there and ,they had 1 bottle left of sweet pea lotion. That is what she had used on his head.after washing it with a shampoo,she had put this lotion threw his hair lightly. It smelled good in the morning when i picked him up ,,and in the afternoon,when i took him home. It never lost its scent. I used it tonight ,just as she did. I love that I can now untangle my child's curly hair without having to take an extra step of conditioning during bath time. My baby had a bad case of eczema as a newborn, so I switched to Aveeno products on him. What a difference! While they are a little more expensive than the generic baby bathing products you find at stores, the quality is completely worth it....

I have 2 boys. One is 8yrs old and the other one is 4 1/2 months old. I have used this product on both my boys and I love the smell. I also use the lotion. It leaves them smelling sooo good. I have bought this product for all the expecting moms, where I have attended a baby shower. I would recommend this product to any new mom!

I have always love to use Johnson and Johnsons head to toe baby wash on my kids. It is great on their skin and hair. I have used it for several years now with both of them. It is pretty inexpensive and last for a long time. Plus it is very mild and great for sensitive skin. It is great stuff....
