hortonaj says "wonderful toy if you have the space for it!" about Fisher Price Laugh & Learn Learning Home

My daughter received the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Learning Home toy for her first birthday from my sister in law. She has LOVED it from day one. Initially, she just enjoyed opening and closing the door and crawling through it. She also like the "mail". She enjoys the music and loves pressing the buttons on the radio. She is now 18 months old and still really enjoys this toy. She looks for the key to open the door and will grab any keys when the right one is not in sight. She also loves to talk about the features on the toy (light, on, off, etc.). We have had several children over who also enjoy playing with it. I know that a 3 year old enjoyed it immensely. This is a wonderful addition to the playroom. It does take a little space to be able to open the door and crawl through...but it is one toy that she plays with almost daily. — I almost forgot that about one week or so after she received the toy, it stopped talking. We simply called the store and they exchanged it...

MotherGrizzly says "Buzz Away Sore Gums with this Teether" about The First Years by Learning Curve Buzzing Bee Massaging Teether: Nature Sensations

My not-so-little-little guy, Timothy, is going to be eight months old on July 2nd, and he's teething up a storm. His two bottom teeth just popped through, and he's chewing and drooling more than ever. A quick survey of his closet unearthed a teething toy I didn't know he received: the Buzzing Bee Massaging Teether by Learning Curve's The First Years. I love the First Years brand; they made these simple plastic keys that are Timothy's favorite to gnaw. So when I found the Buzzing Bee Massaging Teether, I wondered if he would react to it with the same gusto. Since it has a massaging feature, I wasn't sure if he would enjoy the sensation on his sensitive gums. Was I happy to discover that not only does he enjoy the teether, but he definitely gets a kick out of gum massage. — — It didn't take long for my son to figure out that biting on the bee's rubber/plastic "antennae" triggers the vibrations. He laughs and keeps biting it, which I think is so funny and also great for his...

I bought this for my son at Christmas when he was 2 months old. I liked the idea that it had simple, yet interesting images. I also liked the fact that the images faced my son. (Most mobiles have objects that only face the parents standing by the crib. What good is that?) He has really loved looking at it, especially when we make it move. — Unfortunately, it does not move on its own. Therefore, we had to keep moving it and bumping it to keep our son fully interested. Furthermore, when we would try to make it sway or spin, the suspended arches had a very limited range of motion. We found that using the extending links (supplied with the product) enabled us to move it more easily, but we still had to do it ourselves. — — We used the extending links when we first put the mobile up in our son's crib because he was still small. (The extending links are like the links of a necklace that clip on between the main arch and the...

This walker is great, my son really moves around the house now and the toy bar lets him play while he is "resting" his legs. Great for babies on the verge of walking. I give this walker 3 stars only because there are others out there like it, although at the same time, my son took a particular interest in this one.

I bought this busy popper because it was the most decently priced one I saw on the shelf at Wal-mart. The animals are cute and brightly colored and the buttons are good experince to learn coordination. The biggest problem I have with it is some of the buttons you have to slide from side to side make the animal pop up even if you just push down on it. So a lot of time my daughter doesn't even do the correct motion with it, she just knows if she pushes it pops...

THIS TOY IS CHILD FRIENDLY AND SAFE. FROM EXPERIENCE I HAVE A 12MO SON AND HE STAYS ENTERTAINED WITH THIS TOY FOR SO LONG...it is a colorful caterpillar that sings the alphabet. it will help your child learn the alphabet easier and in a lot more fun of a way. it has flashing lights and the caterpillar also sings montsongs. A Childs attention span is supposed to be one minute per h..for example if ur son or daughter is six months old they should stay entertained for about an average of six minutes. When i set my son down to play in his pack and play (another great invention) he will play with it for twenty to thirty minutes because of all the different things it does. he can also drag it around the house for a living room toy. — NOW..the cons to this awesome toy is. Although this toy is a great toy for a child it might not be the greatest toy for a young infant. the toy is more advanced for probably nine months and older. before that age it would be extremely hard for...

JUST LAST NIGHT she began actually placing the balls into the different spots for it to go through its little maze and she was so proud of herself and excited and even if she isn't at the 'dino-mountain' .. she plays with the balls and clinks them together to make different sounds and rolls them away from her to crawl after...its really great for cognitive development...
