In my opinon, I would have to say that Parent's Choice bottles are the best. I have three girls ages 6, 5, and 2 years old. Ever since I had my first daughter, I have used Parent's Choice bottles and wouldn't use anything else unless I couldn't get a Parent's Choice brand bottle. There just a good fit for me and my family. Also they aren't costly and they are easy for little ones to hold on to. They are easy to find because I have found that most stores carrie them. Like all new moms, I tried a bunch of different brands to see witch one I like and worked for my kids, and I always found myself coming back to Parent's Choice bottles. There is just something about them that I find comforting. And my kids enjoyed them to. I also like the shape of the nipples that come with the bottles. How the nipples got fatter at the bottom to keep the nipple from easily being pulled out of the bottle or being pushed in the bottle witch me girls all loved to try to do. I also liked that they don't leak...
...

I bought these bottles in a pack of three when my son was having a lot of spit up. The bottles are plastic but BPA free. They have several pieces, which is annoying when you are trying to assemble a bottle for a crying baby but they seem to reduce the amount of air a baby ingests. You can see the air bubbles come out of the bottom when the baby is fedding. They have different nipple flow options so the bottle can be used as your baby grows. My baby has less spit up when we use these bottles and they do not leak. They are a thicker plastic than some bottles so they will hold up through this baby and perhaps more even after many times through the dishwasher. The bottle design is pretty neutral so they are appropriate for boys and girls. They would make a good gift for a couple who do not know what gender they are having. They are more expensive than some brands but are good quality in comparison. For us, they have been worth the price.
...

I really did not like these bottles. My son first started off with hospital bottles but grew out of them. When I switched him to these he refused to drink out of them. When I offered him these bottles he refused them and would just scream and scream until I gave him something else. Now that he is older his other bottle nipples have worn down so I tried the munckin ones in the bottles he likes. First of all the collapse from him sucking no matter how loose I leave the lid, and secondly they don't offer him very much milk. These are the nipples that are reccomended for children of 6 months of age. I think it is ridiculous that these products don't work, my son isn't a very picky child but when it comes to this brand he will have absolutly nothing to do with it. So all I really have to say is if you buy these it is a major waste of money, our bottles and nipples are now sitting up in a box in the closet. I have found that every other brand of bottles including all other BPA free brands suit...
...

I love Dr. Brow's bottles. I think it is great that they are available in glass and plastic. They are also BPA free so they are safe for baby. They have a great system to help reduce colic and seems to really work. The only problems I have had is that washing the bottles seems to be quite a process. There is five total peices to just one bottle. I know that it is designed this way to help reduce colic but it is very inconvinient to was more than one bottle at a time. If you have the time to do this they are great bottles and I would recommend them to every mom. Also if you fill the bottle past the fill line then you are lkely to get leaking out the lid. This is also kind of annoying. Who wants a bottle that leaks all the time. So you have to make sure you dont go over that. They also come with a little pipe cleaner type brush to clean the straw and the other peices. This is convient because if it wasnt for those you would need to go buy pipe cleaners also .Let me just say I love these bottles...
...

My baby loves the Dr. Brown bottles. Unlike the "cheaper" brand bottles, the nipples on the Dr. Brown bottles do not cave in when he is sucking on the bottle. Because of the straw looking thing that goes inside the bottle the nipple never sucks in. What I don't like about them is all of the little peices I have to clean all the time. My baby drinks alot of bottles so I have clean them alot. The peices have little holes you have to get into and I dont have a dish washer so I spend alot of time cleaning. Buts it better than spending alot of time fixing a nipple while my baby is trying to drink....

This bottle brush didnt last long in my home. I was a lot of bottles and within a week the top had flattened on me. It did not get into corners of my wideneck bottles. Worked fine with tall slim bottles. I did like the fact that the nipple brush came out of the bottom and wasnt attached.

They are fairly inexpensive my local store has them for about $5 for a 2 pack. They come in bright colors so they can be spotted in the dish water. Suction bottom is cool so you dont have to worry about it drying on its side.
...

These bottle are great for babies that have colic or spit up frequently. They are easy to clean unlike other anti colic bottles (Dr Brown or Born Free). They fit in traditional steamers. They have different nipples (most will come with size 1) but new nipples are about $4-5 for 2 pack. The bottles themselves cost anywhere between $8-9 each depending upon the store. I found mine online for $5.00 each and bought a lot. That being said my little one has use the bottles for almost a year and he is still using his original ones. You can also buy a gift set that usually comes with a few bottles, a bottle brush (for cleaning) and another Avent product (like their pacifiers... thats another review). Their nipples are easy to clean but sometimes they cannot leak. ((TIP: if your bottle is leaking try this. Rinse in hot water and flip over so the nipple is facing down. Run your finger along the inside circle and try to screw it on. If it keeps leaking it could be a sign the nipple is worn))

honestly, i couldn't tell a diff between this bottle and the other bottles. i am a BUSY mom, so sometimes bottles roll under driver car seat and i don't notice until 2-3wks later when i clean out car, or maybe i just don't have time to do dishes for a cl days, or bottle rolls into hidden black hole of the crib (LOL), anyway when you find these bottles the little "straw" (if you will) or the things that supposedly eliminates a fussy baby, bc it eliminates gas, which i was never able to say did or didn't work anyway) will becomes so cakes with milk and fungus. its nasty and dang near impossible to clean out too might i add.
...

I started using avent bottles when my daughter was two weeks old. I liked the design and was happy with my decision until i got them home and discovered that they leak. I thought it was just me till my sister in-law told me that hers do the same thing. The avent bottles i used for my son did not leak. I can't seam to figure it out. The only way to get them not to leak is to pull up on the nipple before you put the top on the bottle. And sometimes that doesn't work either. you have to keep unscrewing it to try and get it to screw on right. The only thing i can think of is that something happened to the design when the bottles went BHA free. Not that i want that stuff in my daughters bottles, but maybe somebody needs to look into the connection between that and wether or not they changed the tops when they changed the bottle. Other than that my daughter loves them, but she doen't have to make the bottle.
...

I would definitely recommend the wide angle playtex ventaire bottle!!! this bottle helps with baby's gas and spit-up. the air that the bottle releases helps reduce the amount of air baby actually takes in when feeding. the wide angle nipple resembles mom's nipple and makes baby feel more comfortable feeding from a bottle. i tried numerous types of bottles with my first child to transition from breast to bottle and this was was the only one that worked!! my second child transitioned even easier than the first with this type of bottle. the bottle cleans easily and washes great in the... So as a mother of three boys. I know a few thing about baby products and I didn't use these with my first two boys but with my now 9 month old my husband and I decided to try these and only wanted the best. They are more money then the others but let me tell you it is very worth it. I highly recommend it.
...

When my son was born, I planned on breastfeeding soley...No formula, no bottles...BUT unfortunately things did not pan out the way I would've liked. He had a tongue problem and could not latch on correctly, as well as acid reflux so breastfeeding was very traumatic for the seven weeks we tried it. Anyways, after we found out he had acid reflux, and learned that he wasnt gaining weight, we switched to formula on doctor's orders. I was very picky about the bottles i used because i had heard so much about how they make babies gassy if they swallow the air...etc. I came across Dr Brown's bottles, and read the package top to bottom, and it said how it helps to reduce colic with the unique design of the air flow system that is built into the bottle. I was sooooo skeptical at first considering the price of these bottles is not cheap. HOWEVER, i have used these bottles for a whole year now with my son and along with his meds for acid reflux he NEVER spits up, is NEVER gassy, let alone colicy. Talk...
...

Some people may believe a baby bottle is a baby bottle. I strongly disagree. I have tried the ordinary cheap baby bottles, Dr Browns bottles, Nuk bottles,Gerber Bottles, it seems with my first child who jad colic i tried them all!Finaly...I became succesful when i bought the playtex vent0aire newborn starter kit! What a blessing! He went from a fussy screaming uncontrollably gassy baby to a happy ll baby oy drinking his bottle. The playtex ventaire bottles hve plastic liners inside the unscrewable botto. these liners have small holes in them to prevent air bubbles, and wow what an intelligent invention. I ca literaly hake the baby bottle for minutes and not a bubble one! tht i just on of many fantastic features. They make age and flow appropriate nipples o grow with your baby, and the bottle lso had an angle and plastic grips n the sides which makes it easier for your baby to learn how grasp independently. Please search no more take my advise you will not be dissappointed if bottle...
...

I was a first time mom and knew little about bottles so i bought a few of all different kinds. Some leaked, some were too fast, some were to hard to clean until i used a Nuk bottle. It is absolutly the best baby bottle that there is out there. It has the perfect flow, it doesn't leak when turned over, and one of my favorite things about it was that it's a wider made bottle so it was much easier to clean with the bottle brushes. If anyone asked me my opinion on what bottles are good, I would honestly have to say Nuk. They wont be dissapointed once they give one a try. There are so many different kinds out there to choose from, but I just was not satisfied with any other brand. You have to find one that is good for your baby, one that the baby likes, but Nuk made my baby and i very happy! So please don't waste all your time and money when it comes to choosing the right bottle for your baby, try Nuk....

emmyally says "Gas Free" about Dr. Brown's 8 oz feeding bottel Baby Bottle

I have been using Dr. Browns bottles with my 7 month twin girls. They have been great when it comes to spitting up and gassiness. In fact, they are much better then the bottles I used with my son. The really only drawback to these bottles is the cleaning. Becuase of the way they are made they are not easy to clean at all and you have to use the bottle cleaner that comes with them to stick in the small holes, in fact they can be a devil to clean. That is why I only give them 3 stars. Both my girls have done great on the spitting up and not getting air in the tummy so I would recommend these to other people. I would just tell them have patieence and buy enough that you can at least soak them in clorox or a disinefected to help with the cleaning.
...

knepppi says "Good bottle but can be frustrating as well" about Playtex Ventaire Baby Bottles

I used these bottle with my son 10 years ago and with my other son 6 years ago so when I found out I was expecting again I went and and got some more of these with out a second thought. However do to the change in plastics in bottles these day the new ones had a cloudy look and softer colors. I didn't think to much it. when I went to eah them for the first time I noticed the they were built complety diffrent than they used to be. With the diffrent bottom seal I somtimes have a hard time getting it to sit just right and it leak all over the place making a huge mess. the problem is easlit corrected most times but not befor I have lost half the bottle. The other thing is that the smalller 6 oz bottles LOST ALL the measurement markings the first itme through the washer GRRRR thinking I had a defective batch I went out and got another set only to have to have the same thing happen again. not wanting to throw them away I just used a standard bottle to meaure the water. I did however write to...
...

knepppi says "lots of pieces but well worth it!!" about Dr. Brown's Baby Bottle

I was a little skeptical at first due to the price and number of pieces. But I found some on sale and decided to give them a try. I was already using a brand that was speficly for gas and spit up but saw an improvement still with these. The smaller 4 0z size was perfect for his little hands to hold by himself and it really cut down on his discomfort with eating. Now he is older and we use both of the brands I stared with and he is doing great. I love the fact that they are BPA free so I don't have to worry about negative toxins going into his body. I also love the fact that they come with thier own brush cleaner for the straw part in every bottle so I don't have to buy additional things. The nipples also come in a couple different stage options to continue grow with your child. My biggest complaints are that is takes a little bit longer to make a bottle and put them away after washing due to all the parts. and in the future I would love to see them more price competitive for those who...
...
