So I purchased the flower's ,vase, and chocolate for $39.99. After ordering and adding shipping and handling to get it there by saturday(this was Tuesday) it cost me $66 and some change. My problem was when tried to track my package it could not be found. I waited til Friday thinking I was just impatient. I checked friday morning. Still it was not found. I was now mad--tomorrow it was suppose to be delivered and I know they had my money(I checked my account) and I wanted my mother to have flowers on mom's day! I talk or chatted to a very rude DHL(the shipper) and they asked me for another tracking number which they supplied me with in the first place. They looked up my name and zip code and my mother's name and zip code and they still could not help me! They told me to call FTD and said have a nice day. Livid to say the least. I decided to talk to a person this chatting is not working. I waited on line for 15 minutes like then...</p>... I make it a point after each clean up to never leave any liquid in either container(for the dirty liquid or for the cleaner side) . I find the liquid will create an odor you can not get out. Whenever I clean a mess with the surface or set in stain I always use the brush to suck up the water ring the machine leaves. It is loud, but what machine isnt. I think it does a great job and easy to store. I simply love it!</p><br /><br /><p/><p/>...
