cassandrat2001 says "this vacuum sucks!" about Kirby Vacuum - G4

I have a Kirby G4. I have had it about a year and I like it. I actually got it for free from a friend who was getting rid of it. It has very strong suction and does a great job on edges against a wall or whatever. Also, it is self propelled so the fact that it's so heavy doesn't matter as much. I still usually push it anyway because it seems to do a better job though. It has a headlight on the front which is ok I guess, if you like to vacuum in the dark lol The only things I don't like is that it is so big and bulky, it can be hard to carry around if you have back problems or anything. Also it doesn't fit well in tight spaces, under beds, etc because of the size. And the parts are expensive. Overall though, I've been happy with it because the suction is good and it does such a good job on edges, so I don't have to use a hose attachment or anything. Speaking of which, it doesn't have onboard attachments. To use an attachment, you have to actually flip open the front of the vacuum and......

cassandrat2001 says "mixed review" about Nationwide Insurance

I have Nationwide insurance for my car and homeowner's policies and have been happy with them. When I switched insurance companies about a year ago, I called many companies and Nationwide offered the best rate on my car insurance by far. The people there have always been helpful and easy to work with.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with them recently. I have my insurance automatically debited from my bank account every month, and last month it took out over twice what my car insurance should be. When I called Nationwide, they said it a discount I was eligible for had not been applied and it should have been, so they fixed that. But they did not refund my money. They told me all they could do was refund the money over the next 6 months, so my insurance would be a little less every month. It was nearly $100 extra that they took out, all at once, but I had to get paid back in increments. Consequently, I am thinking of switching insurance companies now....

cassandrat2001 says "love it" about Chase - Freedom Card

I have a Chase Freedom Credit card and it's great. I've had it for a year and a half years. It has the option of getting points or cash back rebates and I have mine set to cash. I get 3% back on groceries, eating out, and gas stations and 1% on EVERYTHING else. Once you get $50 in rebates, you can request a check. Or if you save up $200 in rebates, you can get a $250 check! I have already earned almost $400 in rebates in the past year and a half. I love having a credit card that pays me instead of the other way around!...

cassandrat2001 says "this phone sucks" about Motorola - W490 Cellular Phone Cell Phone

I hate this phone. I got it a year ago because the T-Mobile store recommended it and said that they don't get returned a lot and the people who have them like them. I do not like it at all. I have had nothing but problems with it since I got it.

I got this phone in November of 2007. Within a month, it quit working and I returned it with my wraranty. They sent out a new phone and it broke too. In January I got a third phone (same model again) with my warranty. That one worked ok for a while and then in September 2008 I had to send it in for a new one.

Sometimes the phone would just go blank for no reason (usually while I was on it) and I had to take the battery out and turn it back on and it would be fine.

The recent call list was always messed up. Every 5 calls or so one line would show up with a bunch of random characters and symbols instead of the person's name.

It has a memory card, and the phone would say that the memory card had been inserted or removed when I wasn't......

cassandrat2001 says "would recommend it" about Honda LX - 2002

I bought my civic brand new in 02 and have had it ever since. I have been very happy with it. It has almost 170K miles on it already and I haven't had to do any major work to it. I always get it serviced at a Honda dealership according to the recommended schedule. It gets great gas mileage and is very reliable. It has good interior & trunk space for a small car. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a reliable, fuel efficient vehicle....
