carolinaanita says "Dermatologist said NO! to Proactiv!" about Proactiv Solution Acne Treatment

I had watched the info commercials for Proactive like everybody else. I had heard rave reviews from a 20 something year old teacher who was just starting on Proactive. When my beautiful 14 year old niece began to have breakouts that were leading to scarring I was actually the one who suggested Proactive. The results were zip, zilch, nada over a period of months. Finally she saw a dermatologist who is treating her with topical meds and laser on a monthly basis with much better results. He said NEVER use Proactive as it is damaging to the skin and in his words, "It will age your skin by 15 years.". He said their marketing is phenominal but that the product is not one he would ever reccomend...

carolinaanita says "Lands End Clothing Is The Best Ever!" about Lands End Misc Women's Clothing

I own a large number of items of clothing from the Lands End Shop @ Sears. I have also purchased a large number of items for others as gifts. I work in a school with young special needs students so often I get dirty but I still need to look professional and feel comfortable all at the same time. I especially love the Land's End Twin Sets. I appreciate how their clothes wash and dry over and over and still hold up and look fresh year after year. You honestly have to "wear" their clothes out. They don't "pill" and look tired and cheap like so many others brands tend to do. I usually buy their cotton blend clothing...pants, sweater sets and even shoes. I wear a plus size 24 W and a women's 11 shoe and things always fit beautifully year after year....

carolinaanita says "Their quality could be better.........." about Roaman's Online Store

I wear a size 24 women's clothing. I frequently shop both Lane Bryant & The Avenue. I like clothes that stand the test of repeated washings as I work with small special needs students and often get dirty. I have purchased several items online from Roaman's and frankly their things are cheaply made. After a few washings they look ready for the give away bag. Sorry...I will stick to the brands I know are better quality such as Lands End which I can buy @ Sears of all places....

carolinaanita says "I love my 2003 Chevy Impala!" about Chevrolet Impala - 2003

I purchased my 2003 Impala used from a dealer in South Florida. I enjoy driving it. It is comfortable. I commute 24 miles each day in heavy interstate traffic. I make 1200 mile round trips at least twice a year. I seem to be getting good gas mileage. So far I have replaced the battery, three tires and had the brakes serviced. The only glitch I have found is that after a heavy rain water holds in the back lights and eventually had to be drilled and drained. Other than this I am satisfied with my car and glad I purchased it.
...
