It feels so light and cooling going on, and it really does it's job! It's not a gloppy spray lotion like some, it's a light mist. You can rub it in, and I sometimes do, but usually just spray and go. I sunburn SO bad since I have fair skin, and I used this product (in 45 SPF strength) on a sunny day on a Florida beach for 5 hours, alternating between the beach and the pool. It did not wash off, and I have a very light tan. No burn! Not even on my nose. </p><p> My ONLY complaint is that my 4 year old doesn't like it, so I buy him his own.
