carenetpcwc says "I can't imagine walking my dog with out it!" about Premier Gentle Leader

We have a chocolate lab, who is big and akward. I'm small (5'6 and 105 lbs). I refuse to let my "dog walk me" and with this system, that can't happen! We did the puppy class, and he did great, but as he's gotten bigger (and into his "adolecence/rambunctious stage" of 6-24 months), he's getting stronger and more currious. This keeps him by my side, and I barely have to use my forearms to walk him. If he pulls at all, it's just a snap of the wrist and he's right by my side again. I give him treats when he comes back to my side, so he's learning to love it! It did requiredhim getting used to it (he doesn't freak out any more like he used to), but it's SO worth it! You may have to get used to people asking why "he's wearing a muzzle" and from stares from the "animal rights finatics" who think this system is cruel and injust, but they're the ones being walked by their dogs who are out of control! I couldn't imagine walking a large dog with out it! It doesn't hurt, he can......

carenetpcwc says "The best swing on the market!!!" about Fisher Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium Cradle Swing

Great swing. My son hated the back and forth motion, but loved the side-to-side! It was a life saver. It did go through batteries rather quickly, but totally worth it when I was trying to get house work done. I haven't found any other patterns, and this one's a little funky, since I like the "classic" look rather than the "baby look", but the kids seem to like it! I didn't mind that the mobile stopped too quickly, because we didn't really need to use it too often. The tray was sometimes hard to snap back on (especially when the baby was wiggly)...Over all, it's a great product, and I would recommend it over the traditional back-and-forth motion-type swing!...

carenetpcwc says "Greatest breast pump on the market! Restored my faith in pumping" about Medela Pump In Style Advanced Backpack

This breast pump restored my faith in pumping! My son couldn't do formula (made him "screamingly-gassie"), and I was unable to "produce" at around 7:00 at night, and that's when he was STARVING!!! A friend of mine gave me one of these, I would use it in the morning (when I had more than enough milk), and it would be given to him when I was "low" at that time of night. He was happy, which made the rest of us happy! I was able to bring it with me, and pump in my car or in a bathroom when I was working. It gave me the ability to never feed my son formula!!! I love the ease of set up, and the way that the cycle mimics the baby's own feeding sensations (slow until "let down" then more vigourous afterwards). I would (and have) highly recommend it to any new moms who are pro-breast feeding (regardless of whether they work or not)! It gave me a freedom to breast feed, and still "leave the baby" with daddy or "Mimi"....

carenetpcwc says "Great bottle for transitioning from breast to bottle!!!" about Avent Baby Bottles

Awesome for babies who may not otherwise take a bottle! Makes transition from bottle to breast very easy. I Loved the easy to clean design. The only down fall, was that as the babies (I used these with my last two children) got older, as I was feeding them, if they pressed on the nipple part at all, it would either leak (spilling precious breast milk-liquid gold- all over them), so I was constantly having to make sure their hands weren't in the way! Over all, very pleased with this bottle, especially since my sons were very picky about not taking any other bottles!...

carenetpcwc says "Seems great, died after 14 months,Motorola won't extend warranty!" about Motorola - Razr V3 Cell Phone

Got this over a year ago, started freezing up shortly after I purchased. The screen had what looked like sand in it within the first month (maybe dust), with no way to clean it. Began freezing up shortly after too, and just 14 months later, stopped working all together. Was told by Motorola that the warranty was out, and that was it! Motorola needs to step it up! Battery life was o.k., but needed what seemed like frequent charges....

carenetpcwc says "Light weight easy to maneuver, great features, folds/stores easy" about Graco Travel System Car Seat

Great stroller, light weight, and easy to maneuver in and out of shopping racks. Has a lot of patterns to choose from. Fits easily in and out of trunk (but I have a mini-van, so I have a lot of space). Easily folds down with one hand. Locks in securily. Car Seats comes out and goes in easily. Included base is a must, and works just was well!...
