First one the motor burnt out (boy did that stink!) when the rake got stuck.  And yes, I sprayed the box with non-stick cooking spray like the manufacturer said to!  The second one got stuck and tried to reverse while my kitty was behind the rake, he promptly attacked the wire knowing I guess that it was what was pulling it back and zapped himself.  He's ok but I no longer recommend...
