capp3736 says "Godiva mild chocolate assortment not really worth the money" about Godiva Chocolatier Milk Chocolate Assortment

I bought a giftbasket from Godiva for myself as a treat and I received in it a box of the Godiva Milk Chocolate Assortment. I always hear how absolutely wonderful it is.

I was not impressed....enjoy cheaper Russel Stover just as much.

I think they are so expensive because of their packaging. I have ordered Belgian chocolates before....cheaper and better.

...

capp3736 says "Buying Celebrity Detox was a waste of my money" about Celebrity Detox: The Fame Game

After all the publicity on Rosie O'Donnel's Celebrity Detox I broke down and bought it. I am curious by nature and love celebrity gossip.

This book was petty and there was not anything that I had not already heard in it.

Don't waste your time or money.

...

capp3736 says "The book "ESCAPE" is sad but powerfull." about Escape

With the raid in TX of the FLDS bringing their beliefs to light, I bought and devoured the book "Escape."

It is well written and once started, I could not put it down.

I found it eye opening learning that there are people that live like this and follow these beliefs. I feel such empathy for the girls and women from what I call a cult.

Unfortunately, the state of TX jumped the gun and went in without enough evidence to save the children but because they did not collect the evidence, these children were sent back. So sad.

...

capp3736 says "Panasonic-GigaRange KX-TG5631S Cordless is the best phone I ever" about Panasonic - GigaRange KX-TG5631S Cordless Phone

The Panasonic-GigaRange KX-TG5631S digital phone is the best one I ever owned. I wore it out!!!!! I tried to find the same one on amazon to replace it but they were no longer in stock and I needed a new one as the buttons were getting hard to push. It lasted a very long time though and was well worth the money.

The quality is great, exceptionally good.

So I replaced it with the Panasonic KX-TGA4308. Just as happy.

If you need/want to buy a cordless phone, I highly recommend the Panasonic-GigaRange KX-TG5631S

...

capp3736 says "Kodak Easyshare C5333 is easy to use and not very pricey" about Kodak - EasyShare C533 Digital Camera

I first bought the Kodak EasyShare C533 and sent it to a daughter as a gift. I also got her the picture printer. She has used it over and over and loves it. Even my 13 year old grandson takes pics and sends them to me.

I had bought myself a different brand, higher quality but it was more complicated. I eventually sold it and bought myself a Kodak EasyShare C5333 and love it.

For myself, it is easy to use which is great because I am not a "picture taker."

I highly recommend this camera and printer dock for people new to the world of digital cameras.
...

capp3736 says "a must have in the kitchen" about Oxo International 9 inch Meat Tenderizer

I ordered the Oxo 9 inch meat tenderizer and don't know how I lived/cooked without it. As a hobby, I like trying new recipes and this has come in very handy.....not only to tenderize meat but the other side pounds out meat like chicken breasts, etc.

It is heavy enough to do a great job but not really heavy....or too heavy. Big enough but not too big....fits in my utensil drawer nicely.

The handle is great for gripping....with rubber covering.

It did a great job pounding out chicken breasts so that I could stuff and roll them.

I have ordered many Oxo products and have never been dissapointed.
...
