calliserenasmom says "The only pair of maternity jeans you will need to buy - EVER!" about A Pea in the Pod Secret Fit Belly Jeans

I have always hated the under belly panels in maternity jeans. With my first pregnancy I tried to avoid them and buy all the jeans with no panels. I never found anything I loved though. Fast forward to my second pregnancy and shopping for that perfect pair of maternity jeans again. A well-meaning sales associate at Destination Maternity put a pair of (then they were known as) Mimi's Secret Fit Belly Jeans in my dressing room. I took one look at the price tag and balked for a minute at even trying them on. I was hoping to spend $30 on a pair of jeans and these were three times that. However, the minute I put them on, I was in love. They fit from fifteen weeks all the way up until delivery and were the most comfortable item of clothing I owned during that time. One of my favorite things is that there is no annoying belly panel digging into your skin under your belly and no funky shaped belly from the material cutting into it. And best of all, THEY STAY PUT. I wasn't...
...

calliserenasmom says "You can take it or leave it" about Boppy Pillow

I felt the Boppy Pillow was a "must have" with my first child. And while I did use it often, I didn't find it terribly helpful. With my second child I was just plain frustrated with the thing. It constantly slipped and moved around and is just too soft to be sturdy and reliable. It works the best when you use it in a glider chair or something with arm rests to put the boppy on. Other than that, trying to breastfeed with it on the couch or bed is not very easy. You're better off saving your money and just using a pillow
...

calliserenasmom says "Target Formula is a cheap and great alternative to name brands!" about Target Milk Based Powder Infant Formula

Target Brand Formula is a cheap and great alternative to the big name brands out there. Since all baby formulas have to be FDA regulated, you can rest easy knowing that it is the same as Enfamil or Similac. And in fact, the can even has the ingredients of Enfamil Formula listed side by side their own ingredients so you can see how similar they really are. Why spend $26 on a 25 ounce can of formula when you can spend less than half (about $12) and get the same thing?
...
