callalily504 says "Most disappointing purchase I've ever made. " about Dell Computers

We bought a laptop from Dell, expecting it to be one of the best PC purchases we'd ever made. That quickly turned out to be completely the opposite. Since we paid top dollar for a so-called quality laptop from a so-called quality company, we declined to purchase the extended warranty. No kidding .. this laptop crapped out during the 3rd month. First the battery gave us issues. It will not maintain a charge. The only way to use this laptop is to keep it plugged in. It won't run for more than maybe 30 minutes otherwise. This literally became an issue within the 3rd month of ownership. Soon after, the screen went out. We have called customer service ( misnomer, no doubt) numerous times to try to get the issue corrected, to no avail. Not only do they not seem to care, they only have people of staff who have limited English speaking capabilities, which makes it very difficult to convey the problem and get an understandbale repsonse. Being that the customer service is outsourced to another...
...

callalily504 says "Quality beyond compare." about Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals Foundation

Bare Minerals is the best make up I have ever used. I've tried Mary Kay, Clinique, etc., and they just don't compare to this product. I like the ease with which the mineral make up adheres to my skin, yet it never looks or feels cakey. I can get full coverage for my blemishes without looking like I have a ton of make up on! I have found the mineral makeup to be soothing to my blemish prone skin.

The only con is I can't find it locally, so I have to order it. I'd love to see a Bare Minerals kiosk or boutique in my area.
...

callalily504 says "Good quality food." about Rabbits

We show rabbits, and have tried a variety of rabbit foods. We have found Purina Rabbit Chow to be one of the best. The price is air ... about $15 for a 50 lb bag in our area ... and it is always fresh. It has a good green color and fresh smell. We never have problems getting this brand of food, although we do have problems getting the particular formula of rabbit chow that we prefer.

After changing to Purina Rabbit Chow, we've gotten excellent comments on our rabbits' condition, and our does have had higher conception rates.
...

callalily504 says "Exceptional customer service." about Evenflo Journey Premier Travel System

We received the Evenflo Journey Elite travel system last year as a gift for our newborn son. We love it! It is a nice pattern, it's easy to steer, the infant car seat snapped securely to the stroller, and it has great storage capabilites for shopping expeditions or trips out with the older kids. Unfortunately the recline on the storller recently broke, rendering it useless. A quick email to customer service to inquire about replacement parts yielded us a NEW replacement stroller. (We didn't even ask for that.) I think the broken part was probably limited to our individual stroller ... I see no reason to think this is a defect across the board with this item. I am extremely pleased with the speed of response to my email, I was provided with a number to call to speak to someone personally about the issue, and I was promptly told I would receive a replacement stroller at no cost to me .... they even covered shipping.

The level of customer service was just supreme ... I'll buy Evenflo products...
...
