caligoddess says "Great cleaning!" about Hoover SteamVac - Upright Vacuum SpinScrub - F5914-900

This steam cleaner gets the job done the first time. You can visibly see the difference the first time you use it - we did when we moved into our house and the previous owner had the carpets cleaned but the hoover was able to get a lot of debatable areas even cleaner. Dries quickly as the hoover has great suction and pick most of the water up as you go....

caligoddess says "Multi-functinal & GREAT!!!" about Dyson Animal DC17 All Floor Vacuum

This thing gets animal hair up great. It can clean up the hardwoor floor - great if you have animals as their hair will just scatter if you try to sweep it - the dyson just sucks it up faster than it can try to run from the vacuum. Has attachement so that you can use the vacuum on ANY surface. The only bad thing is that way that the wand is constructed. Makes it somewhat hard to vacuum out the car because the end of the expanding wand is a long solid plastic tube that obviously does not bend to reach under car seats, etc. But it is well worth the money. The bagless canister is very easy to empty and the vacuum is just convenient. It is a great value! I vacuumed the floor with my $300 hoover and then re-vacuumed that same area with the dyson immediately following and well lets say, I am disgusted by what the hoover left behing and the dyson picked up! WOW - this dyson is AWESOME!...

caligoddess says "Handy" about KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Artisan

This thing is great for making goodies to take to the office or send to school with kids. It is nice to have it mix and stand on its own so that you can just toss in ingredients. Very functional. Expensive but hey it is supposed to last forever. It is very heavy though so find a spot on the counter for it and then make that its home....

caligoddess says "Convenient" about Santa Fe Quesadilla Maker

This make quesadilla making fun for the family. You can let your kids help make there own as it is pretty much goof proof. It cooks both sides at once so it even cooks and melts the stuffing. You cannot over stuff the quesadillas or else it will not close right so that is a bummer for the big eaters but it still makes making quesadillas fun!...

caligoddess says "Pretty nifty!" about Foodsaver

This item is very functional. Great for when buying in bulk. It is a little extra work but at the same time you can make bags in portions you will need in the future. Then you can just pull it out of the freezer and defrost it in the fridge in time for when you will use it. Yeah it is more work for you but it is pretty quick and saves time later....

caligoddess says "AWESOME!" about Presto Griddle

This griddle is amazing. It is versatile and functional. You can use it in a variety of ways. You can cook multiple items on the surface as well as switch what you are cooking quickly as a damp cloth on the hot griddle quickly cleans it enough to move onto the next item you need to cook. The drip pan is large enough to cook a few packages of bacon and not even need to worry about if it is filling up too much - cause don't worry, it is good to go! Great surface size. You can cook a lot more than you think you can for its size. The only down side on mine is that the side closest to the plug in thermostat gets hotter than the opposite side...but this is sometime an advantage too. Just depends on what the cook is serving up. It really does not make the product any less awesome though as it is the ONLY problem I have found and it is an EASY problem to work around. Buy it - you will love it!...

caligoddess says "Not all that it claims!" about Shur-Line Trim & Touch-Up Roller 3"

It does a pretty horrible job on edges and corners. Great for touch ups or thin sections of wall i.e. between a door frame and wall corner (if the space is wider than 3.5 inches). If you need an edging roller, this is definately NOT what you want to buy unless the adjoining surface area is going to be the same color as it will splooge over to the other side....
