butterflyfiend says "More Music Than You Really Need At Your Finger Tips!" about Apple - iPod Video 30 GB Black MP3 Player

I didn't think I would be an iPod fan until I got one...then I was addicted! The 30 GB Video iPod in black was a gift (since I filled up my 8 GB Nano and it barely put a dent in my music collection)...it has been a great little musical joy in so many ways. I use it in my car (especially on long road trips), hook it up to my in-home stereo system so I don't have to switch CD's, use it on flights, and everywhere else. Although it's obviously bulkier than my Nano it gives me the added convenience of video if I so desire. At the time, this was not an option with the...

butterflyfiend says "Acceptable " about MediaCom - Cable TV

I have been a customer of Mediacom for years...not by complete choice. They are ok service wise but constant price increases and monthly issues with services such as access to OnDemand content are major negatives in my opinion. Also, the outsourcing of customer service to a company that has rude tactics (when contacting customers. Usually, if you call in you will reach actual Mediacom customer service not this outsourced company) has made things a bit more undesirable....

butterflyfiend says "Amazing Vocal Artist...Despite Everything Else!" about Back To Black by Amy Winehouse

I first heard Amy Winehouse through a British friend that owned her debut album "Frank" (which incidently was finally released for sale in the U.S. within the last few months). I immediately fell in love with her musical style and vocals. Her raw, open lyrics hit on both humor and pain in a way that makes the listener appreciate real music...as once was the style of old Blues, Soul, and Jazz artists of the past. Despite the trainwreck that many view Amy Winehouse to currently be, her music opens the eyes to something more powerful...her talent....

butterflyfiend says "Great For People That Want To Earn More Points For Everyday Use." about MyPoints - Rewards Visa Card

This is a great card that allows user to earn points outside of mypoints.com for every use. Also, online users are able to see their credit score supplied by TransUnion and updated monthly. The interest rate is decent, especially for those with no so perfect credit ratings. Depending on the terms when you open an account it also offers great introductory rates that come in handy for making big purchases without having to pay interest if balance is paid off during the intro period....

butterflyfiend says "A Great Service Not Limited To iPod Users..." about Apple iTunes

I have been using iTunes for several years now and absolutely enjoy it. Although I am an iPod owner, I started using the service before I actually owned an iPod. It revolutionized the music listeners ability to buy the songs they want instead of buying a whole CD and only listening to a couple of the songs on it. iTunes also allows users to import their own music, organize playlists, edit tracks (if a song is too long or you want to cut out the long intro or the hidden track tacked on at the end of your song then you can do so by changing the start and end times to meet your preference). Users can also easily back up their iTunes Library or just their iTunes Purchases either to CD's or DVD's easily...in order to save themselves the heartache and loss of music if their Hard Drive crashes or something else unfortunate happens. For those that lose their music and complain that iTunes does not allow you to redownload purchases, a pop up message asks you if you would like to back up...

butterflyfiend says "I Won't Go Back To Regular Handsoaps!" about Bath and Body Works Anti-Bacterial Deep Cleansing Hand Soap

I absolutely love this handsoap. I usually am not a fan of scented items because they smell can be too strong, but that is not the case with this. Also, there are so many scent combinations that you're sure to find one that you enjoy. I cleansing beads in the gel-based ones help make your hands feel cleaner without being harsh as some cleansers with scrubbing particles do. The cream based ones sometimes leave a bit of a mess in the sink, especially when kids use it and don't rinse the sink well....
