After reading this my daughter walks around and says words that rhyme and tells me that "they sound the same so they rhyme!" because that's what I told her while reading the book. It's very cute and apparently has helped my child learn what rhyming means.

It was alot of fun playing this game with the kids and because the game is not just for the young kids, adults can play and be challenged just as much as the kids are! Some of the movie questions are about movies I've not seen in ages! If you happen to get a questioned that was already asked then you can just click the next button and it gives you a new questions so that your almost guaranteed to not get bored with the game. You get to watch video clips and are asked things like what was in the picture or who played this person, etc... It seems like you could play it forever! There is a board that you can open all the way to play a long game or keep it folded up for a shorter game. Since I have a real young one we often times like to just answer the questions on there and not even bother with the board part.

For my 4yr old daughters birthday I got her a Bed in a bag from JCPenneys. It was a complete bedding set for a very reasonable price. The colors are very bright and after several washings (due to a few night time accidents) the colors are still true!

It came with a comforter that reverses from print to solid, 2 pillow shams (because she has a full size bed), coordinating 200 thread-count sheet set with fitted sheet, flat sheet, and 2 matching pillowcases, and a bedskirt with 14" drop that fits footboard and coordinates with both sides of comforter! It was everything I was looking for and so much more!

It's not super soft but it is comfortable, and seems to be getting better with each wash! It has matching curtains and accent pillows that you can add to make the room complete.

I bought this sheet set for my daughter then had to go out and get a set for me too! They are like flannel sheets but a bit thinner. They don't get the pile that flannel sheets get so that's a plus!

If you have a favorite Jersey shirt then you will love the sheets. They are just so soft and comfortable. They are warm enough to compare to flannel sheets in the winter yet light weight enough for you to use them in the summer and feel comfortable too!

Jersey Sheets come in lots of colors so you are almost guaranteed to make a match to your style and they fit the deep pocketed beds!

My husband and I have different ideas on what a comfortable bed should be. Personally I love my old mattress, it's firm with a pillow top. He prefers something softer. So we figured the sleep number bed would be great for us...WRONG!!!!

The best way to describe what it's like and even give you a chance to try it out for much less is to sleep on an air mattress (you know, the ones you sleep on while camping!) the more you spend the more padding you get to put on top of the air mattress so to test this out add lots of foam and fluffy blankets to see if it helps. However when we first called in to complain about the feel of the bed they told us to put the foam padding UNDER the air pads!!!! OK, we did and it did NOT help. Sure when your trying it out in the store your on the best product they have and there is someone there telling you that "This is your number!" Our numbers were not comfortable in our own home!

Also, the machine pumps air in the bed all night long to keep it at your number...I...

The furnace went out last winter while my husband was away on a business trip. I didn't notice it until 2am when it was too late to call anyone. I turned on the EdenPure heater on the main floor (where the temp at 2am was 60 degrees) and by 8am, when I got up, it was 70 degrees in the house! I was so surprised in the morning by how comfortable it was in the house. Normally we use it along with the furnace so that the furnace won't have to run as much, I never really paid much attention to how much the EdenPure does to keep the house warm VS the furnace!

After that we are even more pleased with our purchase. Yes they can be spendy but they are worth it!

They don't get hot to the touch so pets and kids can touch the thing and not get burnt!

My feet are always cold and I generally like it warmer in the house than my husband does so at least at night I can be super warm with my controller set to about 5 and my husband can be comfortable and have his set on Lo. It's like the Sleep Number Bed...only better if you ask me!

Just last winter the heated mattress pad was a life saver, the furnace went out while my husband was on a business trip. I didn't notice it until 2am! I couldn't call anyone and I had no clue how to relight the pilot light. Luckily I had this lovely heated mattress pad to keep me warm in bed and as for the rest of the house...we have an EdenPure Heater that worked great too!

You can feel the box at the end only if your feet seem to rest in the middle of the bed, and you can feel the warming wires with your hands if you are trying to. Otherwise all you feel if the great warmth that it provides!!

It was something new to try with the promise of great looking lashes...what a disappointment. The brush is so big and my lashes are so small that it was hard to coat all my lashes. I think if the brush were smaller the mascara would probably work great...but it's hard to tell when you can't get it all on!

I love Avons Overnight Elixir! It's so true about being just a sleep away. I have long hair and the ends dry out and get frizzy on me, especially in the winter! I add a few squirts to the palm of my hand and rub it into my hair concentrating on the ends. Then I brush my hair to spread out the product and go to bed. In the morning my hair is soft and no longer dried out or frizzy!

I just want to touch my hair all the time now! It's so soft and it looks so much healthier than before. It has a nice shine and...I just love it!

In the morning you can wash it out or leave it on longer for your nighttime shower.

I was so impressed with Arbonne and the products being sold after attending a party. I was a bit disappointed about some of the prices but thought that the stuff must me good then...Right? Well with this product I was wrong.

I read the instructions... Apply eye creme with ring finger. Dot around eyes and gently pat until product is absorbed... I did this, and then my eyes started to bother me from the fragrance in the creme or my allergies. They watered just a little. I try not to mess with my eyes to prevent the spread of germs but I just couldn't handle it much longer. I rubbed on the side of my eye closer to my temple and I got this stuff (sort of like when you have something sticky on your fingers and you rub them together and it "rolls up") on my fingers. It was like the product never absorbed into my skin. So the next day I carefully rubbed it into the skin, thinking this might help it absorb better...It did the same thing.

I threw out the box but I think it's supposed to get rid...

My very best friend started selling Scentsy and hinted to me all the time that I should sell it too. I just couldn't do it. With a limited variety of things for sale I just can't see it being a very lasting business. It seems too much like a fad. For anyone who sells it, I wish you the best of luck...especially my friend!

Now, as for the Scentsy products...

Small plug-in warmers: They are warmed with a nightlight. The unit is a bit larger than I had expected but it still looks good and works very well. However it does get hotter than the larger warmers. Average: $15

Large Warmers: They are warmed with a small appliance bulb. Out of the 3 different ones that I have gotten they don't get nearly as warm as the outlet warmer. The dish can hold more to make the scent stronger if you would like. I held my finger in the hot wax right above the bulb on a warmer that had been lit for 3hrs for 1 full minuet and didn't get burned. Note: the wax feels great on the skin! It reminds me of the hand waxing...

My parents had given the Vtech - V Smile/Motion to my youngest daughter for her birthday. She loves to play the games and it seems to keep her busy and happy while I get some cleaning done around the house. And with her busy with that...she's not making a big mess!!!!! She seems a bit too young to get the full education value out of it but as she grows she will start to pick up on it more. At the moment her older sister helps her along and plays with her. A great bonging experience too!!! Now what mom can complain about that?!

I have 2 homes, in one I have the newer washing machine that has a very handy liquid fabric softener dispenser right on the agitator, and at the other home I have an older model that doesn't have anything for that at all.

I had heard about the Downy Dryer Ball so went out to get one thinking this will make things a little easier for me at the home with the older washing machine...

I filled the ball to the line, pulled the cork into place and tossed it in the washing machine right at the beginning like it says to do. Then during the first spin cycle it's supposed to pop open and spill out all the softener in the water during the first rinse cycle...mine didn't! I tried it many times with the same result every time, it would pop open but it would float on top the water and never spill out, so every time I went to place my clothes in the dryer there at the bottom of my washing machine was the ball still holding all the liquid softener I had put in it earlier!

Now I listen to the machine...

While strolling through the store I came across the Bounce roller and had to have it. As soon as I got it home I gave it a try. I love the scent, it seems a bit strong if you sniff the roller itself but when your done you are left with a nice light fresh out of the dryer scent. Oh! And your hair free!!!

I liked this so much I went out and picked up several more, one for my truck, one for my bathroom, one in my bedroom and one in my suitcase for when I travel!

I love that it has a lid on it so the sticky paper won't collect hair and dust while waiting for it's next use. (I would just hate to waste a sheet before even being able to use it!)

With 4 pets this thing is a Godsend!

I love the Bounce Bar! I had gotten a coupon in the mail and was very interested in giving it a try. On my next trip to the store I was very happy to see that they had it. (I live in a very small town where the new things often take time to get here if they do at all!) As soon as I got home I stuck it to the inside of my dryer and did laundry just to see if it would work...It worked great!

I was a little worried about how strong the scent would be at first because in the box it has a very strong scent but when I pulled my first load out of the dryer I was pleasantly surprised that the scent was there on the clothes but not nearly as strong as I thought it might be... Just perfect!

There has been no static on any of my clothes, they come out smelling fresh and clean like they should, and my towels and bedding have been very soft. This is something that I hope they will soon offer in scents to match the Downy Simple Pleasures line!

It was a good book, it had me wondering the whole time as to what was going on, was the woman crazy....

It was a bit slow at first. This unfamiliar woman arrives in a town and because you know so very little of the woman at first, you almost feel like you missed something. Thankfully you will get caught up further along in the book!

I feel if I say too much more I will be giving away the story, so I guess I better end my review here. It's not a must read, but a good read!

I just had to share this and get the word out. The site has a lot of information on it and if you qualify they will help you get proof of your Canadian citizenship.

Apparently between the years 1948 and 1977 many Canadians were naturalized in the U.S. The new law "fixes" this problem.

Eligible individuals automatically become Canadian citizens...but they don't automatically get their proof so they must visit this site for the application. And apparently Canadian citizenship is also automatically handed down one generation....

This is where it get's personal: My dad was born in Canada and in the year 1976 he was "naturalized in the U.S." So he automatically qualifies for his Canadian citizenship and apparently so do I. My mom called me the other night and the first thing she said was... "Guess what? Your Canadian!" I thought she was joking. But then she read something she had been sent from another family member...something from the Wall Street Journal. It had just enough information...

The Last Lecture has been one of the best books I've ever read. Randy Pausch was able to sum up his life and all that it's taught him in 206 pages. The lessons he learned were great ones that, sure we've learned them too, but to be able to place them in words the way he has and give great examples in his lifetime of when he learned them...well, it was amazing and I most definitely think everyone should read it!

While in TX we have well water that's very hard and there must be other problems with it that cause my towels to smell sour as soon as they are finished washing. I didn't know what to do so I did some research on the Internet and found that this was supposed to help with hard water problems.

It's very reasonably priced and because it works so well with my towels I use it with everything. All my clothes come out smelling great and everything is so much cleaner.

During the potty training time with my daughters I was so worried the smell would stay on the clothes or stain them...not if I used Borax!

The other day my daughter had a friend spend the night, her friend wet the bed...I poured Borax over the spot after blotting it and let it sit there for a while to absorb odors and dry out the stain...worked great.

It has so many uses your bound to find one for you.
