I don't know how I lived without it. I bake all the time, and my son loves cookies. I can't tell you how many mixers I burned up with cookie dough before I found this guy. I have yet to find anything to slow it down. Even my super thick shortbread dough. Kitchen Aid has made a real gem here. This mixer is fantastic. It even makes mashed potatoes in no time flat.... I love being able to just stick the cup under there and get my coffee. I also love not having to worry about breaking the glass pots However, you may want to stock up on the washers. Mine have been replaced twice in the year I've had it and it is leaking again.So I cannot leave coffee in there very long. I have to drink what I make very quickly or it gets all over the counter....
