bubbajeanne says "Movie is pretty good, the extras are amazing!" about Futurama the Movie: Bender's Big Score

The movie was pretty good, kinda predicable plot, but lots of extra jokes and background stuff make it well worth it for those paying attention. Watch the opening scene carefully for the digs at Fox for canceling the show in the first place. In the extras, you can listen to a similar scene from a convention (Comic-Con?) where the actors did a reading on stage. It is extreamly funny. Another great one is "Everyone Loves HypnoToad". Take the time to watch it, after a while little stuff will happen, and it is so stupid you may find yourself rolling off the couch with laugher.

However, being a math-science teacher/geek, the best extra was the math lecture. Learning about all the extra math tricks they put into each episode was very cool, and now I want to sit down with a calculator and find them all!
...

bubbajeanne says "Happy movie for girls of all ages" about Ever After: A Cinderella Story

This charming movie stays close to the Cinderella story, keeping things a bit more realistic by leaving out the fairy godmother element. The acting is great, and there is nothing said or shown that would make you blush in front of you grandmother. It is still entertaining me the 20th time I see it....

bubbajeanne says "Amazing fun that took me back to kindergarden" about Star Wars Legos Playstation 2

Very fun game, all the characters from the movies are there for you to play with and run through the star wars storylines. Weapons control is a bit difficullt at times, but nothing too serious. As you pass levels and collect coins, you can buy characters with different skills and powers, and go back to previous levels and do new things, which keeps the game fresh beyond the first time you beat it.

I don't play many video games with my husband, but we both sat down for this one together and had a great time breaking down the legos and finding all the hidden secrets.
...

bubbajeanne says "Great food, easy to find something for everyone" about Sonic - All Cities, USA

Sonic has great food that is made fresh when you order. Popcorn chicken is a great snack, cheese sticks are much cheaper than at a sit-down restarant, and burgers are great. Drinks come with crushed ice, and there are many different things you can add in such as lime, vanilla, or cherry. You could also choose slushes, floats, and smoothies.

The only negative I have found is many locations in my area (Houston) seem to have slow service. If I need to grab something very quick, I usually pass up sonic for a different chain.
...

bubbajeanne says "Favorite Drink Ever-Malibu Coconut Rum and Pineapple Juice" about Malibu Rum Coconut 42 Proof 1.00l

I worked in bars and restaruants throughout high school and college, and I served and tried a lot of different drinks. Now, as an "adult", I rarely drink alcohol more than once a week. When I do enjoy a drink with my friends, it is almost always Malibu and Pinneapple Juice. It tastes a bit like pina colada, without all the slush to give you a headache. The rum mellows the taste of the juice and complements it very well....
