It doesn't work. Not at all. The ones in the stores work much better. I wouldn't waste your money on this one. I've tried every lip plumper on earth and the best one being Sally Hanson gloss at $6. This was 2 steps and although it looked nice and is a good color tone, it didn't work in the way it was promised on all the online reviews. I wouldn't recommend this but the color is very nice.... My daughter got the worst acne from this! I tried it too; it doesn't cover well, it's messy, and at the end I looked like I had overly-dry/shiny skin which looked very strange. It worked. Eat as much of the cereal you care to in the AM. Sip the special k water all day and all evening. You will use the bathroom like crazy but that's part of it. Eat as much cereal or bars as you like in the afternoon and evening. I didn't count calories. I got bored and started to replace the cereal with oatmeal and low cal. progresso soup with immitation butter spray. I went from 160 to 142 but it took months.... The doctor needed him to eat but he just wasn't able. He'd say, "Come on over and make me one of your shakes!" I'd use this ensure and add chocolate ice cream (Dr. recommended.)  He loved them! Until he passed away, this helped him maintain his weight and he enjoyed the times we spent chatting while we drank them. I would make them really think and he just loved the chocolate taste. I found they were great on the go, took the place of fattening candy bars and gave us both lots of energy. The flavor is amazing! If you're looking to lose weight, they make perfect meal replacements and snacks!... My friend did too. We were both up all night with cramps and the runs. But you will lose weight and lost water, fast. But not with this, alone. You have to seriously cut calories and fat but this stuff (if you're backed up) will do the same thing as a colonic. Do NOT use this unless you have a free weekend to sit at home and poo. I'm serious. You cannot drink this and expect to leave the house. You might have an accident in your pants and I kid you not. I actually did. I went to the location in Ocala, FL and I was in need of tires. I did get a fair (but not super) deal on 2 back tires. However, they forgot to do my oil change and as a result, I had problems. Also, while I was there a man had to come back because they hadn't set something correctly in the tire and his car had gone all over the road. As the weeks wore on, I noticed that my car was doing the same. I don't think this place has any clue as to what they're actually doing. Further, the shop manager told me that the man who had to return with his car expected the entire shop to stop what they were doing to fix his problem. Well, in my opinion, they should have. This man had bought and paid for a service that was horrible and he needed it repaired. I would have understood and waited. He was there before I was, anyway. I called the shop and told them that they should complete my $30 oil change they never did and they agreed but I was so afraid of something else being screwed......
