They are good for getting into tighter spots or cleaning ceiling fan blades but just not worth the expense to me since you can pretty much do one room with them and dispose of it - causing an awful lot of waste as well. One good thing about it is that there are no chemical sprays involved, but I don't think that makes up for all of these going into the landfills.... I am in the process of switching all of my cleaning products over to organic and did not know at first how well the organic products would work, however, I was very impressed. This did an amazing job of cleaning, it is organic, and no more expensive than any other glass cleaner. One of the best things about it is that there is no chemical smell - no smell at all - which is what clean should smell like. I was very impressed and would recommend it.... I was using the swiffer wet jet and was tired of constantly buying the expensive pad refills and was not a big fan of the chemical smell. The omop not only does the wet mop, but also dry "swiffering". It is extremely convenient, the price is great ($24.99 for the starter kit), no more buying the pad refills, it is organic, and the dry pads are even compostable.
