I was thinking of changing careers and taking a long trip first and an acquaintance recommended it to me. Wow. What a story. It makes you want to get out there and live and stop making excuses. If nothing else it's a great read and you'll feel like you lived all over the world for a year as well. This is one of the few books I've recommend to both my best friend and my mom - and they both loved it.... It's so easy, you just watch your DVD's at your leisure and mail them back in the prepaid envelope when you're ready. Turn around is just a few days. They have a great selection of movies and TV shows, even music videos. Lots of indie stuff as well as mainstream. How much of your money's worth you get out of it is up to you. If I had to choose between that or cable...well Netflix is certainly cheaper!... It dries your greens quickly but without crushing them in the alternative - a paper towel. Also helps you see if you got them clean enough..check the water! If you've got the kitchen space to store something that really only does one thing, then it's great. If not, well use the basket for bread or something between salads!...
