bmoltsau says "My Dog Loves Greenies" about Greenies Dental Bones for Dogs

I received a greenie sample in the mail and tried it out on my dog. He loves them. I like the fact that they are healthy and good for my dog. They also seem to clean my dog's teeth very well. He really enjoys the taste and looks forward to his greenie! I would recommend them but also recommend purchasing the size best compatible with your dog. Watch your dog when he's chewing them to avoid any choking hazards, as I have heard about other owner's dogs choking on greenies. Overall a very good product that my dog loves and it's good for him too....

bmoltsau says "Don't Waste Your Money" about Hartz 3 & 1 Flea & Tick Repellent

Before trying frontline I tried out this product on my dog. It is a waste of money. I continued to find fleas on my dog. It was not expensive, but then again, it didn't work one bit, so I would suggest buying a product such as frontline which does work. I would not recommend this to anyone....

bmoltsau says "My Dog Prefers Beneful" about Beneful Original Dog Food

Although I don't think that this is the best, most nutritious dog food my dog's ever had, it seems to be my dog's favorite. He is finicky and won't touch other dog food brands. He seems to like the taste of Beneful and really enjoys the chewy nuggets. The hard peices are good for his teeth. The cost is reasonable and you can find it at pet supply stores and also other retailers such as Walmart, Target, KMart, etc...so it's easy to get. Overall I think it's a good dog food and seems to keep my dog's teeth, coat healthy and shiny and he is a good weight.
...

bmoltsau says "Great Protection Against Fleas" about Frontline Plus

I use frontline plus on my dog and it's a great product. I find it hard to apply down on the skin when my dog won't hold still (which is most of the time). But it's effective and has provided very good protection against fleas. I like that it's not smelly and that it doesn't seem to burn my dog's skin like some sprays I've used in the past. I know it can be purchased online and delivered to your door, which is good. I personally purchase my frontline plus at my vet's office. It's very pricey, in my opinion. And the price goes up the bigger your dog is. Thankfully my dog isn't too large. I believe that prevention ends up being cheaper in the long run. So for the sake of my dog's health, I will use frontline plus as long as I have my dog and I'd recommend it to others. Oh, I also like that one application lasts 30 days - if you don't bathe your dog.
...

bmoltsau says "An Easy Way To Protect Your Pet" about Heartgard Plus Chewables

I buy heartguard at the vet's office and it costs me around 25.00 for a 6 month supply. The chewables are so easy. I just mark on my calendar to remind myself to give him one Heartguard chew on the first of each month. He loves them! He must enjoy the taste because he doesn't even know it's medicine. He thinks it's a treat! He is excited when he sees the package come out. One chew/once a month --very easy. And I feel better knowing my dog's protected. I think the price is well worth it. Prevention is cheaper than having to try to deal with heartworms later. My vet told me that heartguard also has a regular wormer in it, so my dog doesn't have to get wormed each year as long as he's on Heartguard. I love the product, recommend it and will continue to use it.
...
