bluegirl says "Deliciously fun." about Minute Maid Pomegranate Blueberry Juice

I tried this the other day at a party. My first impression was that it tasted like candy - in a good way. It's like a grown-up fruit punch, although I'm sure kids would love it too. I started buying this juice for myself. At times it feels a little too sweet, so I just add a little water to tone it down. I do love the taste and I love that it is chock full of vitamins. I'm not normally a fan of Minute Maid juices, but this one is good....

bluegirl says "Lovely...if your lips are not too dry." about Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers

I love Burt's Bees Lip Balm. It is my favorite, and I use it daily...or hourly. It took me awhile to fall in love with the Lip Shimmers version. I thought I would fall in love immediately. The packaging is cute, the color names looked cute. One day, having left the without my Lip Balm I was going crazy. So I took the opportunity to grab a Watermelon Lip Shimmer while I was at the bookstore. The first thing I noticed was that the color was not the same as what you would expect from the packaging. The cap was a deep mauvey color...which isn't what you expect from Watermelon...and yet with different colored caps, that's what I referred to. The actual color was much more pink...like Watermelon! :) The second thing I noticed was that on my dry lips, the color would deposit strangely making my lips look strange. I felt like I was back in the 80s with bright pink lipstick. I threw the Lip Shimmer aside and stopped using it for months.

Recently, I received three more Lip...
...

bluegirl says "Lemony goodness" about Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle creme 0.6 oz.

I love citrusy scents, and I love Burt's Bees products. Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme is a dream come true! The scent is wonderful. It is fresh without being overbearing. Some scented products make you feel like you should put on a gas mask because they are so strong, this one isn't like that. The cuticle cream itself is rich and soothing to rub into dry cuticles as well as dry hands in general. I like to use it while watching t.v. so it has a few minutes to absorb before I need to use my hands for anything. The lemon scent isn't girly either, so I've turned some men onto using it for their dry hands and cuticles as well....

bluegirl says "Over-rated food, you pay for ambience." about P F Chang's - West Homestead, PA

P F Chang's is so overrated. Their menu consists of a whole bunch of overpriced Americanized Chinese food and some fancy desserts. The environment is fun and the service is good. However, for less money, you can eat authentic Chinese or Americanized Chinese elsewhere. If you are the type that enjoys paying for ambience, which is fine, then you might enjoy this. ...

bluegirl says "Predictable and comfortable." about Olive Garden Italian Restaurant: All Locations - Plymouth, MA

If you're looking for authentic Italian food, or if you are a genuine food snob, the Olive Garden probably is not the place to go. However, if you're looking for consistency Olive Garden is a good place. For a chain restaurant, the food is good and the environment is warm and friendly. If you go late or on the weekdays, you can avoid the inevitable crowds. I like the Olive Garden, because generally there is something there to make everyone happy. Plus, no matter where you are in the country, you know what you're going to get. Oh, and I love the tiramisu!...
