blue291 says "Saved my life, made me finally see it wasn't about the food!" about Weight Watchers

Back in 2000 I was wearing a size 18-20 and out of pure desperation and not even recognizing a picture of me as a picture of me I signed up for Weightwatchers online. The first 2 weeks I lost 7 pounds. I learned how to track and figure point values for food and then something amazing happened. Three or four months in I just woke up feeling different, what had happened is that I finally understood that my weight problem was not just the food that I was eating. It was about not putting myself first. I lost a total of 79.5 pounds and went from a size 18-20 to a size 7-9. It took about 16 months to lose it all, I got pregnant, had another baby and within the first year of his life was back to goal without trying. Here I am 7 yrs after that first time that I logged in to weight watchers, 2 children, husband, I own 2 small businesses that I run from home and wear a size 7-9. I do go up an down around 5 pounds this time of year but that is what life is all about.

I eat out once...
...

We have been in this house for 10 yrs and never had a mouse until a month ago. I went downstairs to my storage shelves and brought up a shopping bag with a bag of walnuts and a bag of dark sugar in it. I pulled out the bag of walnuts and it was empty, and the brown sugar was opened although not consumed.

My husband plugged this in and no more mice activity. We live in the country and our neighbor has had mouse issues for years and we neved did before now. With this tool I think we have seen our one and only mouse in this house!
...

blue291 says "Great make-up if you are under 35, lines or not!" about Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals Complexion Make-up

I am 37 yrs old and have struggled my whole life from the drugstore to the make-up counters in the mall to find a foundation that offered me even coverage and that stayed on throughout the day.

I love how easy this product is to apply but, it aged me. I always looked older than I was wearing it.

I do not have one wrinkle or line on my face or forehead and yet wearing this makeup made my skin look so dry that it was aging to my overall appearance.

I now use Mary Kay skin care and their mineral makeup which is much better and cheaper than the Bare Escentuals. I have true coverage and a day long lasting dew kissed skin.

Save yourselves money and find your own rep for Mary Kay.
...

blue291 says "Thankfully, something he doesn't mind wearing!" about Pampers Feel N Learn Training Pants

I have tried every training pant on the market and these are the only ones that my 3 yr old son will wear.

I have also out of desperation with training my son found the one and only piece of advice that has truly helped. I follow my son with a bowl, a disposable bowl that I catch his pee in when ever he goes. After a week or so of this he now looks for the bowl but even with that I couldn't get him to wear any other training pants. These have been a life saver on my laundry budget.
...

blue291 says "Great machine to start with and become a seamstress." about Singer Sewing Machine - Quantum XL 6000 - Computerized

This machine gave me no trouble at all making Christmas presents for 18 people this season. The only drawback was when I was trying to sew with a 300 weight fleece. I was sewing a hat that required 3 layers to go through and that is difficult for any machine but I did it. The trick was to go very slowly.
...
