      <description>A couple of months ago I needed to rent a car. My insurance company would pay for one of two companies, Enterprise or Hertz. Since Enterprise was two blocks from my house, I chose Enterprise. &amp;mdash;   &amp;mdash;  When I called, the voice and the other end of the phone was very friendly and accommodating. That same person was there when I went to get my car and remembered my name. I was interested in a small, simple car and they didn't have any at that location. They called around, however, and found such a car at a nearby location. They drove me over there to pick up the Chevrolet Cobalt I was to drive. It was clean and the transaction was smooth. &amp;mdash;   &amp;mdash;  Several weeks later my car was found about 60 miles east of my home. The car was fixed out there and, guess what. There was an Enterprise office two blocks from the repair office. Ordinarily car rental companies charge you a fee for picking up at one location and returning to another.
