bjeanmc says "Good knives but I've used sharper" about Ginsu International Traditions 6-Piece Bakelite Steak Set

All in all I'd have to say that these are very good knives for the price. I got them on Amazon.com for $10.99. My two favorite features of these knives are the serrated edge and the fact that they're dishwasher safe. — Dishwasher safe is a MUST for me! I can't stand to hand wash stuff! —...

bjeanmc says "Best eating experience ever!" about The Melting Pot - Houston, TX

We ate at The Melting Pot last night for our anniversary dinner, and I was completely blown away! I've been told by many friends that I absolutely had to try this place...I am so glad that I did. — We did the "big night out" which is a four course meal complete with cheese fondue, salad, entree and chocolate fondue. This was a lot of food and we ate every bit of it! — We did the cheddar cheese fondue for appetizer, the "fondue feast" cooked Mojo Style for our entree, and the original chocolate for our dessert. They also have a wine list that is to die for! — On top of the amazing food and wine, the service is above anything that could be expected. We will definitely return! —...

MAC Eye shadow is absolutely amazing. They offer it is so many colors that it is so easy for anybody to find the right shade for them. I personally wear Retrospeck and Antiqued as my everyday eye shadows, but I have an assortment of colors for other occasions. They are so easy to apply and wear. I would highly recommend them to...

bjeanmc says "Love it! I'd put it up against my favorite Lancome!" about Maybelline Define-A-Lash Mascara

I was at CVS and only bought this mascara because at the time it was buy 1 get 1 free. I figured what the heck. I am so glad that I did! I was surprisingly impressed with this wonderful mascara. It provides wonderful definition to my lashes without clumping. Lancome definicils has always been my absolute favorite mascara, but this Maybelline mascara runs a very close second. You definitely cannot beat this for such a great price. I was not...

bjeanmc says "It may sting but I love it!" about Duwop Lip Venom

I do agree that Lip Venom does sting...but in my opinion it's worth it! I love the way it feels and looks on my lips, and the sting means it's working! The blend of cinnamon, wintergreen and ginger essential oils causes the blood to rush to the lips. This in turn causes a temporary slight swelling that creates "plumper" lips. On top of that, it totally moisturizes your lips. I have not found another product yet that compares to lip...

bjeanmc says "Leaves my hair feeling silky!" about Kiehl's Creme with Silk Groom

I first discovered Kiehl's Creme with Silk Groom about 6-7 years ago, and I've been using it EVER SINCE! (They have since changed the packaging) This stuff is absolutely amazing...it's literally like putting silk in your hair. I rub a small amount through wet hair before blow drying and it totally leaves my hair smooth and shiny. Some people are put off by the fact that it does not necessarily smell "good", but it does not smell bad at all. It basically has no scent...it's very "clean". You have to be careful though because if you put too much in your hair or near your scalp, it will make your hair greasy. The great thing is that for the price, this product is a beauty steal that lasts for a while. ($17.50 for 4.2 oz.) —...

bjeanmc says "Works Great!" about Caldrea Sweet Pea Stain Remover

Let me just start by saying that I absolutely love Caldrea's products. For the most part they are all I buy for household cleaning. — Caldrea's Sweet Pea stain remover works GREAT! I have not used it on a stain yet that didn't come out. What I do is squirt a little bit of the gel onto the stain and I work it in for a couple of seconds with my fingers. I let the stain sit for at least ten minutes, but normally for about an hour. Then, I just throw the garment in the wash with a normal load and it comes out stain-free on the first try! —...

bjeanmc says "Fantastic Product" about Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer Light

This foundation primer is absolutely amazing. For those of you who love Smashbox's original foundation primer but have sensitive or oily skin, this is for you. This light primer does the exact same job as the original primer. I have to be very careful with what I put on my skin...it seems as though anything will break me out. This product did not! I cleanse and dry my face first, then I apply Bare Escentuals skin rev upper. I let that dry then I put on moisturizer. After my moisturizer has soaked in I apply my Smashbox foundation primer light. It feels so silky going on and you only have to use two pumps to cover your whole face. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to smooth out their skin before apply foundation. Trust me, there is a visible difference when wearing this...

bjeanmc says "Decent product" about Smashbox Brow Tech Wax, 1.4g/0.049oz

I have mixed opinions of this product to say the least. It is not a bad product but is definitely not above average, especially considering the price tag. My first complaint would be that the product tends to show up on my black eyebrows. This is not because I am using too much product as you may suspect. I use the smashbox brow brush to apply this product exactly as I was shown by a Smashbox makeup artist and it still shows up white in some spots. It does a decent job of keeping brows in place within the first two hours of applying it, but after that it seems to lose holding power. Guess I'll keep looking for a brow wax that works! —...

bjeanmc says "Best Cold Cream Ever!" about C.O. Bigelow Rose Wonder Cold Cream

I use this cold cream as an eye-makeup remover. It is the absolute best cold cream I have ever found! I used to use Pond's cold cream because my Mom always did, but once I found this stuff I was hooked! I've tried dozens of eye makeup removers and for the most part they did the trick. What I like about this cold cream is it completely removes my makeup and leaves my skin feeling soooooo soft and moisturized. It does not have an overpowering or a very strong "rose" scent which you might think by it's name. — The best part is it's: Mineral-Oil Free, Fragrance-Free, Non-Comedogenic, Non-Acnegenic. —...

bjeanmc says "I feel sexy wearing it" about Burberry London

I absolutely love my Burberry London. This is a true everyday perfume. It's scent is not too strong or overbearing. It's got a very subtle and sexy aroma.

I absolutely LOVE my IS 300. This is by far the best car I've ever owned! It's so fun to drive and the ride is so smooth. Since I've owned this car I have not had a single mechanical problem. I have only had to get oil changes, buy a new set of tires, and get new brake pads. Truly a dream car to...

Smashbox's cream liner is super easy to apply with their brushes and it stays on a really long time. I have NEVER been able to draw a straight line with a pencil liner, so I didn't wear eyeliner...until I was introduced to this product. I would definitely recommend this cream liner to anyone who needs an easier alternative to applying and wearing eye liner! —...

This is the first time I've been able to wear foundation and not break out! This foundation provides great coverage, yet it's comfortably light. You can layer to build more coverage if you prefer. I always start with the Skin Rev Upper and foundation primer.
