Fri, 30 Nov 2007 06:08:07 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Dog-Breed-Dachshund--124807-review-54e71 bittersweet 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/Dunkin-Donuts-review-f2655 Where do I begin.  I had a DD card.  I pass 3 locations, all owned by same person, on my way to work.  Out of 25-30 visits a month 10 were wrong.  How difficult is a coffee with no sugar and cream.  I revised the way I ordered it thinking they may finally get it.  ex. coffee just cream, coffee cream, no sugar, coffee cream on side (got no cream, sugar on side) WRONG!!   The last straw was I ordered a bagel, plain, I was to the point where I stated, PLAIN bagel, NOTHING on it, NOT Toasted, JUST throw it in a bag.  Well that day I pulled away and there was butter on it.   By the way WHO puts a slab of cheap butter on a bagel anyway?.  I went back and I had paid with my DD card.  The woman told me she could not refund my 70 cent different on the plain bagel.   Not on my card or in cash.  I just left as I was in a rush fo work.  I called the 800 number on the card and asked them if this was some new form of extortion.  They refunded my money on the card, gave me a 5.00 credit...... Alot of horsepower, great handling, this model year has all wheel disc bakes which gives better stopping power.   Both cars are unbelievable in the rain.  You feel as if you are stuck to the ground the way it handles in down pours.  This model is a bit pricey for an Equinox but has alot of standard features.  And OnStar is fantastic.  They monitor the diagnostics of the car, can download directions to your radio, even if you make a wrong turn it knows.  It corrects you.  The phone system is like no other. There is even a emergency button if you should need medical help.  GM really has the technology down to a science.  OnStar should be considered fo anyone with a medical condition or an elderly person.  I LOVE GM AND CHEVY!!!... Windows sometimes made a horrible noise as if they were off track.  Electric mirrors and door locks sometimes wouldn't work.  Engine light came on alot yet they could find nothing wrong at dealer???  Instrument panel would light up like Vegas for no reason then die.  4 of us have this model at work, 3 are 04, one is a 2005.  All have the similar problems.  Could not wait to turn in this lease....
