Very detailed explanation of the routines or you can just be lazy and follow the clearly listed routine. — — I have followed three different splits and have been very happy with the results. I still havent gotten into the book's details but there is so much info in there it is amazing. — — He has splits and routines that will take you from week one to week 52! great stuff! — — He does concentrate a little on bulking, esp the chest area b/c he normally writes for men but I am sure the audience is mostly men so I cant really blame...
