bichonfrise says "a good product if you don't care about the price." about Zeno Acne Treatment Device

The Zeno Acne Clearing Device is simply a handheld, portable electronic device which applies controlled heat directly to the pimple through a metal pad for 2.5 minutes. The Zeno website says that in two to three treatments, spread over 24 hours will clear up most pimples quickly.

I've had the Zeno for one day and have tried it on my pimple and have found that after the first treatment the large, fat pimple I had was significantly reduced in size. My second treatment, done four hours later reduced the pimple even further.

I have combination skin which gets very dry around under my eyes and is oily on my chin. I break out occasionally on my chin and they are the big fat kind. I do not have sensitive skin so the tip did not feel hot to me. It felt warm but not hot.

But....the price...:( , I paid 185.00 dollars for the device. Zeno also has the device rigged where the tip only heats up (a treatment) 90 times and then you have to purchase a new tip. This to me is a way for Zeno to continue......

bichonfrise says "super nice product with the price!" about Avon Glimmersticks Eyeliner

I normally do not ware a lot of makeups everyday. But, two things that I will definitely use are eyeliner and mascara. They can change your face dramatically.

This is the best eyeliner I've ever used - smooth, creamy and long lasting on my oily lids (it might get smudged after really long time wearing)! I used a Dior eyeliner before this and it used to tug on my lids during application ALL the time. The only complaint I have about this product is its packaging, the ultra thin crayon broke after a few days and little pieces managed fall out of the tube and dirty my makeup case. Overall, this is a fragile but extremely good to use eyeliner!
...

bichonfrise says "hard to apply...." about Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals Complexion Make-up

It has very good coverage and will not clog your pores like some other foudations do. But, you do need to practise a lot to get a natural look. Otherwise, it will become cakey on your face.

A kabuki bruch can help you a lot. The brush comes together with their kit is not good enough. It is too benty on the face. I sugggest the kabuki brush from Bobbi Brown or Kate cosmetics.
...

bichonfrise says "It cleans pores...but also enlarges pores....:(" about Biore Ultra Deep Cleansing Pore Strips 6 ea

It does clean up my nose pores. However, if you do not apply astringent toner right after using it, you will get enlarged pores......But, I can not find another better way to clean my nose, I have to use it once a week. Also, don't use it too often, it hurts your skin. ...

bichonfrise says "a good choice for the price." about St. Ives Apricot Scrub

This a good scrub product for weekly use to clean up your skin, especially worthy for its price. I don't think it is gentle enough for daily use, even they claimed so. After trying so many scrub products, I prefer a more mild one. If you are willing to pay more, you can get excellent srub from dermalogica, the "microfoliant". ...
