bethanymaxwell85 says "Great stroller - but big!" about Kolcraft Contours Options Tandem Stroller

We picked out the Kolcraft tandem stroller when I was pregnant with our second child. Our 2 youngest children are 16 months apart, so we needed something for both of them! I'm not sure what we were thinking, as far as size goes, but when we got it out of the box our first thought was, "This thing is huge!" It barely fits into the trunk of our Buick Century. Good thing it fits or we would've been in trouble! (Hey, wanna strap it to the top of the car?) It's great for outdoors, but not so great for shopping in the mall. I am constantly running into racks of clothes or getting stuck in narrow walkways. It goes without too much pushing effort and I love the fact that you can switch the seats around to face either way. I never used the infant car seat attachment as the seats also recline, so my little baby was fine strapped in with some blankets tucked around her, in the reclining position. It is quite heavy, so be prepared when trying to hoist it into your trunk. It hasn't been as durable as...
...

bethanymaxwell85 says "Helps curb my depression" about Celexa (Citalopram)

I have been taking perscription anti-depressants on and off for over 10 years. When my insurance denied my request for Lexapro, which had been working for me, my doctor perscribed me generic Celexa (citalopram) instead. I have been happy with how it has been helping me. I stopped taking it for a few months while I was pregnant and found myself in a very bad place. I went back on it and have been taking it ever since. I took it through both of my pregnancies and while breast-feeding. While it is not advisable to do so, I haven't had any negative side effects and both of my children are healthy and thriving. I am very grateful that the generic version of Celexa is available as it is affordable and works just the same. I haven't had any negative side effects, though if I forget to take it for 2 days, I do get a bad headache that subsides once I take it. I would recommend this medication to those struggling with clinical depression. It isn't a magic pill or a cure all, but it does help to lift...
...

bethanymaxwell85 says "Makes photosharing easy!" about Creative Memories photo center

As a former Creative Memories consultant, I signed up to use Creative Memories Photo Center to share my photos. The site design is basic, but makes it easy to share your pictures. If you're a digitial scrapbooker, you can also upload your CM StoryBooks and share them digitally with your friends and family! One negative feature is that other users do need to register and create an account before they can see the pictures. You can perform basic editting as well (if memory serves me correctly). It's completely free and uploading goes quickly. If you're a CM consultant, this is also a great tool to promote the photo processing aspect! The design of the site could be a little more appealing and fun, but the interface does the job. It also stores the email addresses so that you can simply select who you want to send the images to, type in a little message, and you're done! I would recommend this site as it's very easy to use.
...

bethanymaxwell85 says "I love this site!" about Swagbucks

I am online A LOT for leisure and also for work. I spend over 20 hours a week researching on the computer for my job - and this doesn't include any leisure time. I was constantly using Google and then I heard about swagbucks.com. Getting rewarded to search? That's all I have to do? Awesome! I have only been a member for about 3 days and already have 13 swagbucks for doing what I was doing before - searching the internet. All I had to do was add swagbucks.com search to my search toolbar and voila, searching and rewarding made easy! It says that it uses google.com and ask.com, though I have found the results to not be as good as plain old Google. I'm willing to sacrifice this though if it means I can earn free rewards! Referring friends is also a great way to get rewards - you earn the same swagbucks they do, up to 100! It's a little addicting as you never know when a "swagbuck reward" is going to pop up as a results of a search. So much fun!

bethanymaxwell85 says "Seems to help if used regularly" about AcneFree Severe Acne Treatment System

As a teenager, I used perscription creams and oral medications to help clear my acne. I figured that after I was out of my teen years, my skin problems would be over. Haha - guess again! I guess having children once again screwed up my hormones and I have been struggling with facial breakouts especially since having my 2nd child. One of my main problems with using a skincare regimen is my lack of dedication to using the product regularly. I have been using this system off and on for a few months, but I have really only noticed a positive difference since I have been using it EVERY night for the last few weeks. The AcneFree Severe System hasn't completely cleared my skin, but I also have to admit I have only been using the 1 benzoyl peroxide topical cream and not the Retin-A cream on the top. My favorite part about the system is the astringent. I can't believe how much makeup it removes! Overall, I have been fairly satisfied as far as OTC treatments go.
...

bethanymaxwell85 says "My baby girl loved this!" about Fisher Price Rainforest Baby Bouncer

This product was a lifesaver when I had my baby girl, with a 16 month old son already! It's a great product to set a newborn in so that you don't have to worry about them. I could strap her in and set her up away from her older brother, so that she could sleep peacefully, but not off in her room so that I couldn't see her. As she got older, she loved the lights and sounds. She'd kick her legs and really get the seat bouncing! It was such a crack-up to watch. The hanging toys are at perfect height for a baby to swat at and grab. The music and lights are cute, though the music can get a little bit obnoxious. Batteries did go fast, especially when I'd pick her up and forget to turn off the vibrating feature. I would definitely recommend this product. The seat supports the baby so that they can sleep comfortably and feel secure. I often used just the bouncer, with the toy part removed, when she was little. She liked to sit in it on the kitchen table (advised against on the product. btw) and...
...

bethanymaxwell85 says "Evenflo Comfort Select Breast Pump gets the job done!" about Evenflo Comfort Select Single Auto-Cycling Breast Pump

The Evenflo Comfort Select Breast Pump worked well for me. I'm a stay at home mom, so I didn't need to pump on a daily basis. I pumped for the first few months so that I could bottle feed when we were out and about. The Evenflo pump worked well. It has different settings, so I could turn up the suction to maximize the pumping. It was also battery operated, so that you could use it even if you weren't next to an outlet. It worked well for me and I didn't have any problems.

Pros: Easy to operate & clean. It came with a couple extra parts - which came in handy as I lost one of the small rings that are necessary for the pump to operate!

Cons: Average quality.

I think that even though this is one of the cheaper pumps on the market, it works well. If you have a limited supply, this may not work as well and you may need a better quality pump. But for the mom with a good milk supply, this pump works great. I would recommend it as an economical option.
...
